Experiencia negativa: I don't recommended. From beginning to end the worse. They didn't help me as I'm still in pain even the MRI shows degenerative changes. Waste of time and effort, they don't even care.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t recommend this clinic since I suffered a really bad experience with them. Dr.yogesh kuldwalker did a carpal tunnel surgery in my right hand and he committed nerve damage in my hand and now my hand doesn’t function properly and I am in extremely severe pain nonstop and my hand is not fixable.He told me that it was gonna stay like that and not even physical therapy could help my hand get back to normal. They didn’t take responsibility nor care how my hand was left. I’ve been to other doctors and have been told my hand can’t be fixed no more. I’m not able to work anymore and my life has been changed forever.

Dr. Solis gave us treatment options and saw him through the recovery process. LSMC office staff also helped us navigate school district insurance processes and requirements.

Sometimes there is a wait, but that’s to be expected at doctor’s appointments, I feel like. No one ever makes me feel rushed or like I’m an inconvenience for asking multiple questions. Experiencia negativa: If you cancel same day be prepared to pay a fine. Usually you have to cancel a day before if you have an assigned appointment with a Dr. but here it’s just PT as a class or as a whole. There should be no charge for canceling 6 hours before a PT Session . I stopped going…

Experiencia negativa: I had a horrible experience in both clinics . I live in plantation and they sent me to the other clinic by springiiel . I said ok is fine when I got there they questioned me why Carlos sent me there . Also the manager ask me what medications they gave me at the emergency room. I did so I had one nice therapist and without telling me the change her . Without telling me also I complain to the main office that I was not happy there the smell . Well in that clinic only accept people from 70 or up goes there .they did not have my three referrals they were like I never receive anything and it was a lie . Talk to my doctor and she sent me to Dr Hospital . Supposedly the manager was going to call me and nothing happened. They don’t care if they loose patients bad service .

Experiencia negativa: If I can leave no stars I would. The wait time after your appointment time is outrageous last week I waited over an hour and a half to be seen. Then after being called in they made me wait an additional hour and a half to see me. What’s the point of having a set appointment if the facility doesn’t honor your appointment time. Would I recommend anyone to the clinic the answer would stay far away from this place.

Experiencia negativa: Been here multiple times for appointments, so don't come at me saying blah blah blah. Anyways, it's always the same thing.. my appt was at 10:20, and rn it's 10:45 still waiting to be called. They always take life to take ppl in. If you arrive early it don't matter bc u still have to wait ages .. me hecho un sueño mientras me hablan zzz update: 10:56 and still waiting.. I asked front desk twice and they told me I was next.. update: 11:24 already in a room waiting to be seen

Experiencia negativa: I can't see another Dr. For a different injury and if I do I need to continue with the new provider. I was told they can make their own policies because they are a private entity.

Experiencia positiva: Great experience and help. Took one star off because lobby was noisy. Kids with loud videogame tablets and phones should not be allowed. Headphones or ear buds should be required so as not to disturb waiting patients. Tending to this would greatly improve professional atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: I have recently had Carpal Tunnel surgery to both my right then left wrists done by Dr Armando Gonzalez at Laredo Sports Medicine Clinic. Dr Gonzalez knows what he is doing and I highly recommend his services. Thank you for your intelligence Dr Gonzalez and for providing the relief I from the pain in my hands.

Experiencia negativa: My mother and I have been patients of LSMC, different doctors of course. For the most part they are good, but the wait time is horrible. My mother had an appointment at 10AM. Front receptionist was extremely rude when we notified her there was a change of insurance. She quickly changed her attitude before I saod something. It took 1 hour (11:06AM) to be seen by the doctor. I do appreciate that the doctor talks to my mom (the patient) instead of only myself. It didn't even take more than 5 minutes to make a determination on what the outcome for today's visit was.

Experiencia fantástica: As a physical therapy patient at LSMC, I have to say that I’ve always received exceptional care and service. I am always greeted and asked how I’m feeling, and if I’m hurting in a certain way or area, I can tell that they are mindful of it. Today was one of those days where my therapist took the extra time and care to make sure that felt better before the treatment and after. If you are needing therapy, I HIGHLY recommend LSMC. They’ll make you feel welcomed and part of the LSMC family, but most of all they’ll make you feel better.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t know how this place has any 5 star ratings at all. I’ve heard nothing but bad experiences from others. RUDE STAFF! They gave my mother the wrong documents needed to present at her Drs. Follow up appointment and because of their mistake they had to reschedule her for 2 months later! She is already going through so much and this makes everything so much worse. Breaks my heart to see how the staffs careless mistake is affecting her. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Experiencia negativa: I had a DOL case here. The PT and the ortho PA both told me the DOL wouldn’t authorize more PT. I asked if I came back on my private insurance and the PA told me she’d just send me to pain management. At this point PT was the only thing helping. I spoke to my claims adjuster who told me it just sounded like they didn’t want to do the paperwork because they certainly would have authorized more PT if it was requested.

Experiencia positiva: I will give a 5 star for Dr. Gonzalez and the receptionists at the front but for Rocio in the back I will give a 1 star. Very rude. I am a patient in need of papers being signed for work and Rocio sighed at me and asked me "why didn't I give the paper to the doctor" and when I told her I did tell the doctor. She still proceeded to blame me for not giving the paper to the doctor. I then told her there's no need to be rude she then just pointed me to follow the arrows to the front with no apology. I am disappointed as a medical professional myself in that type of attitude towards patients that are in pain and don't want to be in this position to begin with. There was no need to sigh and make those remarks as if this is a situation I am in often. That was extremely rude. I am disappointed yet I want to Thank you Dr Gonzalez for always being professional and helpful. I hope that behavior from the staff/nurses is corrected.

Jorge was a huge help when both knees were replaced, and Brandon has patiently and persistent when directing the rehabilitation of my lower lumbar. The managers are fantastic. Experiencia negativa: One of the worst places to go in Laredo for treatment. They rush you and their priority is getting paid and charging your insurance if you have a good one. Nothing good here if you want to be properly treated. Only good thing was the new facility, but it’s being operated poorly. GO ELSEWHERE.
