Experiencia fantástica: First of all let me say that I am not from here and was leary about getting a procedure here because of my overall people experiences here in Laredo. But I had a most excellent experience here for my first out patient experience which was an endoscopy. From the registration to the final procedure everything was a breeze. To find high points in a medical procedure seems impossible but I can honestly say that I was treated with utmost care and respect from start to finish which made the process much betted than it would have been had it not been for the excellent and caring staff. At check in the staff was friendly, helpful in answering questions I had and very kind. It was quick, effficient yet also I did not feel like a number. When I arrived the following day, everyone I talked to was so very kind and compassionate to me. They even let my wife go to the room with me while they prepared me for the procedure. In the procedure room, the staff there was also beyond kind, patient and compassionate to me. This really helped alleviate any fears I had going in. All in all procedure went quickly and smoothly and I would highly recommend anyone to the outpatient services at DH of Laredo. -Joshua A.
