Experiencia fantástica: Team Rehab PT is excellent in every way--could not be better. I was not a believer in PT and did not have good prior experiences, but Team Rehab was totally different. I was there for a problematic recovery from hip replacement, preparation for a 2nd hip replacement, and final rehab for both. Jake is amazing, and the other PTs there (I worked with 4) offer overlapping, complementary, and original insights and creativity in services. The atmosphere, including the great receptionist (Victoria, who expertly takes care of ALL insurance matters and scheduling) was super positive, generous, personal, flexible, and collaborative with me and all patients I observed. Meticulous and accurate assessment occurs immediately and continues throughout rehab, and it gets to the root problems, follows their changes, and guides modifications of treatment--both manual manipulation and exercises with dramatic results. PTs and trainers know how to give you just as much as you need and can do. They modify everything according to personal preferences, changing circumstances, and evolving goals, all holistic and takes the entire body into account, not just the problem spots. Always clean, organized, and bright, with great equipment. Everyone there cares, observes, thinks, guides, teaches, explains, and has great sense of humor and understanding of human life! They like their work, each other, and their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Team Rehab - 1 in Ann Arbor is the Best! I highly recommend their services. All of the DPT's are very knowledgeable, caring and listen to your concerns. They followed me after a Hip injury which eventually required surgery. They have continued to work with me and I am almost at 100% now! The entire staff is also very knowledgeable and caring. The receptionists is also very helpful with insurance and transportation. The treatment areas are privet if needed and the whole office is very clean as is the equipment. Highly recommend their service!

After 6 years of bouncing between PT, Epidurals and pain, this Rehab group has kept me procedure free and mostly (a small miracle) pain free longer than any previous Rehab group. Experiencia fantástica: I have not yet finished my rehabilitation and physical therapy at Team Rehab on Green Court. However, I already feel a significant improvement in the mobility and functionality of my operated shoulder. The exercise program and especially the massage are helping me manage the pain and stiffness from the injury. I receive massage therapy from the wonderful physical therapist, Jesse Fannon. She is very attentive and focused when working with the body and is skilled at identifying and diagnosing problem areas. After her massages, the range of motion in my shoulder improves, and the pain decreases. I am grateful to Jesse and the entire team for their excellent work, assistance, and care.

Experiencia fantástica: The atmosphere in this place is amazing! Everyone genuinely cares about your situation and wants to help you get better. The physical therapist, Nikolas Bowman, is really intelligent, giving information about what you're doing and why, and also teaching about how the body works to better understand your situation. I really feel these are the people to see if you have need of physical therapy.

Experiencia negativa: I changed my 5⭐️ to 1⭐️. I Had to leave the clinic, after on and off care since 2014, because of inappropriate emails from the scheduler. There was drama constantly in the clinic and it was extremely stressful to go to PT and be exposed to that constantly. Clinic manager blamed me in emails. The whole dynamic of the clinic changed over the years from focusing on patients when it opened in 2014, to focusing on how many patients you can get in every 15mins beginning in 2021. I have hEDs so to not have a PT or PTA working with me and just hand me a sheet of paper and say go do your exercises was costing me tremendously. I was in more pain and began going backwards. My PM&R physician’s and Orthopedic Surgeons were NOT happy that I was ended up with injury after injury, or that Femoral Osteotomy was delayed do to negligence in the clinic because sublaxes would happen. I would often end up with frequent sublaxes. The exercises they had me doing they didn’t ensure were done properly, or the proper exercises for someone with my orthopedic and medical conditions. PTA’s would often sit around if no other patients were in the clinic. While only 1 PTA actually did all the work with other patients. In July, I left the clinic because the drama and inappropriate language from the front desk scheduler was not being addressed. I did not feel safe in this PT clinic anymore. It wasn’t a safe environment anymore. This delayed a Femoral Osteotomy surgery out of state that had been scheduled for a year. PM&R doctors and surgeon were so angry at the phone call they received from Clinic Manager (who was my PT) They were even more upset when I showed them the emails from the staff member and the inappropriate terms she would use in emails. It wasn’t professional. The clinical manager tried to tell them it was my fault. However the PM&R doctors told clinic manager they would not be discharging from their care, so he should stop demanding that because it has no bearing on my care with them. When PM&R had me in clinic day after the call for a regular appt, I had printed all the emails sent to me from the scheduler and PT. PM&R were not happy with the PT clinic at all because they crossed a line and then tried to blame patients and disrupt medical care vs addressing the clinical issues within the PT clinic. I transferred to a different PT/clinic and immediately began recovering from injuries from sublaxes caused by not being taught the proper way to do exercises and my hEDs. Now I have been taught how to do the exercises properly by PT’s familiar with hEDs and EDs. Built up muscles and was able to have my Osteotomies. This was the first time I ever truly had a supportive PT and athletic therapy team as invested in my recovery from orthopedic surgeries and from hEDs.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place! Never too busy. The Physical Therapists were great listeners and always took the time to answer any questions I had. I recommend this place highly!

Experiencia fantástica: They take the time to know you and they don't push you to do things that will hurt. They are a big help in getting you back to where you should be. It is bright and spacious They keep it cleaned and are very friendly. If I need rehab again this is where I will go hands down.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to several PT places in the area and I appreciate the smaller venue at Team Rehab. As opposed to "going through the motions" to address my shoulder, my therapist was always problem solving to find better results for me.

Experiencia fantástica: I had knee replacement surgery 1 month ago, I’ve been working with Team Rehab for two weeks, and I’ve already recovered almost all of my range of motion. I very happy with results they have helped me accomplish (so far).

Experiencia fantástica: I had a superb physical therapy treatment with Team Rehab on Green Court. My goal is to put off surgery as long as possible. When I asked my shoulder surgeon to refer the best PT, he suggested Charles Vaughn. He listens, tests, does soft tissue work, tests again, and repeats. Charles' expertise translates well to complex cases and his diagnostic approach identifies and corrects the causes of the issues. Nick is also excellent, knowledgeable and very caring. Krystal is an effective and attentive administrator. I enjoyed my clinic visits because everyone is kind and professional, creating a positive atmosphere for healing. My pain went away after doing the exercises Charles prescribed. I would not hesitate to return when I require PT again. Thank you all so much for being the best PT team ever!

Experiencia fantástica: Charles Vaughn - never have I ever worked with such a caring, knowledgable human and I've been through my fair share of PT professionals and orthopedic surgeons. As an old gym rat (retired trainer) I didn't believe anyone could work out issues accrued after a lifetime of physical pounding and injury. Charles, (along with his wonderful team) has given me the proverbial new lease on life and allowed for movement and activities I thought of in the past tense. It's been quite a ride - I cannot recommend the team more highly. And I cannot thank him enough. Now back in Brooklyn, I'm longing for winter break in Ann Arbor if only to check back in with the Master!

Experiencia fantástica: To whom it pertains: I have been "suffering" with increasing painful joint and skeletal mis-alignment for at least 3 years now. it was recommended to me to contact the services at Team Rehab. I gained instant improvement and lessening of immobilizing pain after first treatment.. I have a ways to go, but, if step 1 was this effective, the future seems suddenly very bright.

Ryan is an exceptional therapist because he takes the time and effort to get to know each patient, educate him/her on their physical condition and treatment, and establish an after-care program that the patient can refer to if/when his/her condition declines for any reason. I really appreciated how Ryan adapted my daily treatment exercises to how my body was responding on that particular appointment. I highly recommend Ryan Pawloski and the staff of Team Rehabilitation located on Green St. Ann Arbor. In fact, if I ever need future physical therapy, I definitely will go to this facility and staff.

They are all so amazing there and super friendly and caring. Dr. Ryan was so patient and kind but also pushed me to do more when he knew I could. They have private rooms as well as a big open space with tables and exercise equipment. It's clean and they have kept up with all Covid regulations. I know if you go here you will be extremely happy!! And ask them about Mel

Experiencia fantástica: I first came to Team Rehab several years ago. I had been to several other clinics, but was not happy with any of them. Team Rehab is huge difference. The PT's talk and actually listen to you. In other programs I could see that each patient was giving the same exercises whether they were there for a knee or a shoulder. Because I was so pleased at that time, I returned with another injury now even though my doctor had recommended another clinic. At Team Rehab each patient is an individual and is treated as such. I would highly recommend Team Rehabilitation.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the best rehab place I have been to. They take the time needed to give you The individualized care You need and listen to what your issues are. I had been dealing with elbow issues from climbing for over a year and was unable to even do a pull-up anymore. Within a few weeks I was back up to doing 10+ pull-ups. They also helped me with issues in my knee from running even though it wasn’t the main reason I was there. I almost thought I might have to give up climbing, but thanks to the excellent staff and care they provide I’ll be back out climbing as soon as this pandemic is over! Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants care from people who truly care and want you to heal.

This team is the most knowledgeable, professional, supportive and caring group of people. Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here since my surgery in October (ACL and MCL reconstruction & meniscus broken in 2 locations). My surgeon strongly recommended this place for my recovery. I am glad he did! There are so many great things to say but to sum it all up, if you are that person that want to go somewhere where the people care as much as you do for your recovery, then this is the place for you. Great atmosphere, fantastic and friendly staff. I have been to other physical therapy places, but this is by far my favorite.

Experiencia fantástica: I started experiencing knee pain and though i'd have to stop running for a few weeks. They helped diagnose the issue to tightness in my lower back (i'm a computer nerd who sits in a chair for a living). I was running again with no pain in a few days.

I came in one day barely able to stand, let alone walk after throwing out my back- by the next day I not could I stand without discomfort, but I was able to walk normally. Within the next day I was able to bike and move around with greater ease and I am surprised it was so quick! Sam took the time to listen to my problem, has been super patient with my zeal to get back to my workout routines, and has given great advice throughout the process! The team has a whole has been very patient with scheduling and helping me get back to normal and I can't recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I went in limping on the worst day of foot pain ever. By the end of my first appointment I had been given an exercise that greatly reduced the pain. I didn't know that it was caused by a nerve in my back. Now, four weeks later, I am walking easily and looking forward to getting back to my usual level of activity. I could not be more pleased.

They came very highly recommended by my surgeon and I can see why. I like that I get an explanation of anatomy to help me understand why I might be having issues that are not at the surgical site, but are related due to the way a muscle or tendon is connected. I would recommend.
