Fantastic experience: I began having chronic neck and upper back pain in early 2022. I saw so many doctors and did 4 months of PT and nothing changed. I had given up hope that it would get any better. My pain got a lot worse around March/ May and I wanted to get back into PT. I googled dry needling and that’s how I found this location with an incredible doctor. Greg is a one of a kind physical therapist. He’s aggressive with his technique and exercises, and it pays off. I started seeing Greg at the beginning of June, and I feel the best I’ve ever felt. He takes his time to listen and understand the pain his patients are experiencing. He truly cares. I never thought I could feel this good after 2.5 years of excruciating, 24/7 pain. Thank you Greg and the whole team!

Fantastic experience: A really easy process and good experience.We probably waited five minutes and everyone was professional and polite. My daughter came here in November. 2023 with hip issues. I need someone who would listen to my daughter's health concerns and respond appropriately that information. Doctor Rupp follows up with what is going on with her at the time. Because of the excellent care received, she feels so much better after each visit. As a parent, you will go To The Moon & Back. Fantastic experience: I am very please getting therapy for lower back pain, sciatica and stenosis of the Spain . The staff is very attentive, careful to use gentle but motivating encouragement. In only 4 session I am having better balance and much less pain when I walk. I highly recommend this company if you are dealing with lower back pain.

Fantastic experience: By far this is the best location for PT providers. Greg and his assistant are the best. I refuse to go anywhere else. I get one on one detailed guidance and instructions. I am the type of person that needs details to do PT correctly. They are all so personable and happy and shows me tough love. Which is what I need. The other patients who come here are super friendly and nice. They always ask how I am after each one. Especially if you look like you are in distress. If you hate going to PT you will love going here and you won’t hate PT.

Fantastic experience: Short version: Greg and team are very professional, friendly, and ultimately, effective. Long version: I had severe knotting (some spasming) on the whole left side of my neck and trap area that was painful and prevented me from doing anything active such as golf and working out. Instinctively, I rested with some light stretching. After 9 weeks with zero improvement, I decided to go to Optimal and ended up doing a 6 week program (1-2 visits per week) that consisted of dry needling, exercises, stretches, and an at home program. I was green lighted to working out at week 4 (50% of capacity) and hitting golf balls again. I'm writing this review about 3 weeks after my 'graduation' and my neck/trap area continue to improve and gain strength with no setbacks. Thank you Greg and team!

During the pandemic I experienced a lot of bad things that left me reclusive in my house, and the staff here has been great with helping me recover physically from that while I handle the mental fallout. Fantastic experience: Everyone there is so caring and amazing and really listen to you and what your body needs. They are so nice and don’t push you too hard if you don’t feel good. I love it here I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Optimal Therapy to work on my hip flexor and it has been great! Greg and his team are truly amazing - they are all very kind and push/ encourage you without it being overwhelming. Over the course of my sessions, I saw great improvement, and we were able to adjust what exercises I was doing based on how things were healing and how I was strengthening different muscles. I felt like Greg, Jason and Kristina were very receptive to feedback - for example if I said I was feeling pressure or pain in a certain spot, they were helpful to adjust exercises as needed. I'm so thankful for the time that I had here because with their help I'm feeling so much better & mobile versus when I first came in. If I ever need PT again, I will specifically ask for a referral to this clinic and team!

They are very knowledgeable and really want to see you succeed in life without pain. The office is spacious and uses a good variety of equipment. I love that they mix things up and keep it entertaining while also challenging you. They place a lot of focus on physical strength and stability through exercise and stretching to solve the root of whatever problem you are facing. I have really enjoyed being a patient here!

Fantastic experience: I tweaked my neck/trap/shoulder while doing chin ups and after a month of thinking the pain would go away on its own I finally made an appointment to see Greg at Optimal PT. The pain had gotten so bad I had to lay in bed to do my remote job. After the first session I already noticed a big difference in my pain, and after going 2x/week for 4 weeks the issue was almost unnoticeable. I still do the exercises I learned as pre-hab for rock climbing. I appreciated how knowledgeable and honest Greg was and I would recommend him to my own friends and family.

Fantastic experience: The team is awesome! They listened to you with any concerns and able to answer your questions. The exercises is perfect to feel and see positive results. I started with debilitating shoulder/neck pain. My appointment I came in first just talking for a better understanding. Then created a regimen of exercises to strengthen and stretching.
