I met with Dr.Gow, he will do the assessment and explain to you what he need to do with the adjustment on your body. On my first day , I feel the difference already on my body when he did the adjustment .Dr.Gow is a very good chiropractor.

2 months ago Fantastic experience: Really easy to get in after sleeping wrong and having difficulty walking/doing my desk job. Just after one visit I left better than how I came! I was able to walk and we went over a Wellness Plan that I'm looking forward to completing in the next few months. Highly recommend chiropractic care, and the Joint has been great! 5 months ago Positive experience: I used to go to a chiropractor regularly. He retired and went to several chiropractors, and was never a good fit. My son comes here, he kept telling me dad. You gotta go I should have gone much much earlier. Professional they listen to you when you tell them the different things I walked into the doctor's office with sayattic nerve on my right leg, I walked out standing tall. The doctor took his time with me. Adjustment me several different areas tok's time listening to what I had to say. I feel it's a good fit. I signed up for the monthly adjustments. Can't wait to get back from my next adjustment

5 months ago Fantastic experience: I been going here for a couple years now. I like that its a walk-in and i can go whenever i have free time on the weekends. I'm an UPS driver and the wear and tear from work got to me. My back went out one morning and i was able to walk-in and get adjusted. Signed up and been going every weekend since. All the doctors are awesome. Each got different but similar routines. And all the front desk girls are always welcoming, especially Sandra.

5 months ago Fantastic experience: I've had muscle stiffness and soreness in my back and neck for years and I came here because I saw they were running a "back Friday" special for super cheap first timers to come get examined, adjusted, and set up with a plan and they really did the dang thing! The receptionist Sandra (I think that was her name) was friendly and helpful, and the chiropractor (Dr. Gowd I think) was apparently mad popular because while he was helping me there was a line of people who were willing to wait for specifically him, while the other doctor also got others going, it was clear that this location has a loyal clientele. Definitely a good sign. I got adjusted and set up here in Elk Grove, but I live in Colorado so they made sure to help me figure out how to continue care there and I really appreciated that, I was pretty sure I was going to have to figured that out on my own. He explained how the ongoing process works, and what he was doing as he was doing it so I felt pretty comfortable. I'm not really that comfortable with people touching me but he did a good job making me feel secure about what he was doing and the way he was manipulating my body, and preparing me for whatever was next. Every pop and crack was heaven. I feel great, and am excited to continue this journey! The prices are fair, the service is great, and even the cologne the doctor was wearing (that's kind of lingering on me afterwards lol) is really nice 10/10 would recommend.

6 months ago Fantastic experience: Justin Fotter is one of the best doctors of chiropractic I’ve ever seen. I first met him at the Joint in West Sacramento. Now, I follow him to Elk Grove. He is kind and very professional. He does not rush and carefully takes care of each patient even if it is busy. I definitely recommends him!

8 months ago Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to a Chiropractor, and it won’t be my last. From the front office director, Sandra, who was behind sweet, kind, professional and funny. To Dr. Gow who seamlessly adjusted several people while I waited, and when it reached my appt time, he was kind, empathetic and didn’t rush although there were someone else waiting. It was a thorough adjustment and I feel incredible. I suffer from migraines and neck pain pretty consistently. Here’s to less stiffness and a full recovery of those sharp aches and pains.

9 months ago Positive experience: The waiting without an appointment is taking getting used to. However the adjustment was very worth the wait. I think Dr. Fotter pulled my neck out over an inch. Such relief. Dr Gow started it and Fotter finished and I'm feeling like myself again.

11 months ago Fantastic experience: I love going to The Joint, so much so that when I’m traveling I go to the local Joint when I find them. I have been to The Joint in ten cities and eight states including my home city. Yesterday, I went into my local Joint office and saw Dr Oliver who I had never met before. Dr Oliver is a wonderful person. Who is very friendly with a great sense of humor. He asks clear and concise questions and really listened to my answers. He’s careful, caring and compassionate. I have previous neck injuries and arthritis in my neck. For the last several years the manual neck manipulation has been painful for me. I mentioned this to Dr Oliver and had him read the notes from my recent neck MRI. Not only did he explain what the medical language meant but he said he thought he could adjust my neck without causing pain, with my consent of course. I agreed and I was amazed! The adjustment did not cause any pain and my neck instantly felt better just like it used to after a chiropractic treatment. I forgot to mention that I had just come from physical therapy appointments and my right arm, shoulder, neck and back were sore. When I left nothing was sore. I’m proud to be a member of The Joint and so happy to have met Dr Oliver. If you’re ever in Elk Grove California and need a chiropractor come into The Joint, you just walk in and they’ll see you. If you’re ever have never been to a chiropractor think about what life would be like to live with less pain or even pain free. I’m not talking medications. Chiropractors can work wonders if their patients are willing and able to work with them. They are not miracle workers. It may take repeat appointments to get you feeling good and healthy again. You may need some maintenance appointments but if you’re like me you will praise your chiropractor and become a little advocate for them. I got bucked off a horse thirty six years ago and landed on my head. I went to the chiropractor for the first time. They did x-rays in office back then… this was not at the joint. I had a full blown concussion, whiplash, messed up my neck and shifted my right hip. With chiropractic and ultrasound treatments plus massage therapy I never took anything stronger than OTC Tylenol and Advil. I ate good and started doing yoga when my chiropractor said it was ok to start. Other than that I walked or rode a bike. I could go on but I think I’ve said enough. Check out The Joint!

1 year ago Fantastic experience: My daughter has been coming for a couple of months. She had sever pain in her shoulder, back, and knee. She’s improved so much and really enjoys the information and explanations she get from Dr. Gow and Dr. Bogert. I got my first adjustment here today and it helped tremendously. My neck, sciatica, and knee were really flaring up. Dr. How did my adjustment and it felt so relieving. He offered really great information about body mechanics and a plan of action to reduce my pain. I’m looking forward to my future visits and being pain free!
