Fantastic experience: I originally found Joint Chiropractic in Denham Springs. I was excited to try a local one out. Excellent adjustments and Dr Clark is now my favorite!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so personable. There is never a long wait. The treatments are usually very satisfactory and quick, with extra attention to areas of concern by the doctors. The Joint is a good place to keep the body limber and in alignment. Wish there was a Joint a little closer to me, but no complaints.

Negative experience: . The receptionist and ladies in the front are very helpful very respectful however I was being seen for all of 2 to 3 months and never receive chiropractic care. I just got shocked therapy and massages which when you really go to chiropractic care for a car accident or no fault like they were milking my insurance for And I didn’t even they milked my no-fault claim which was my lawsuit for upwards of $9000 and did not I didn’t receive any chiropractic care at all. They never popped my joys back in place they never I never receive any chiropractic care like I did in New York State. It was the worst experience of my life going through prestige and I will never do it again. I wouldn’t recommend it. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone to go to prestige. It was a terrible experience. Never got the service that I actually needed. They just kept milking my insurance and giving me shock therapy every day. It was not worth the funds. It was not worth $9000 for me to do five Therapy sessions and an x-ray to leave out still feeling the freaking same terrible experience. when I asked if they would calibrate my machines for home, my shot therapy machine and my neck brace machine for home. They told me they could not do it or they would ask the doctor and I never got back to me. Every time I went in it was always oh I’ll still have to ask. Oh I’m waiting for a response. I had everything that they were doing for me as far as shot therapy at home and I advised them that I was not supposed to be going there for that I needed to be realigned I needed my spine realign. I need my neck realigned never got those type of services so worst experience worst experience.

Negative experience: The chiropractor that “adjusted” me was very rude and not professional whatsoever. I was very overlooked and silenced when i told her it felt like she didn’t do anything to my back. She lifted a lever and put the middle of my table up and then just popped it back down and did nothing… when she was pulling the lever up she used my hurt back to support herself bending over to pull the lever up. i wasted $30 and will never be back. Walked out feeling the same amount pain in my back as when i walked in.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. I would recommend to anyone. They literally take care of you and get you where you need to be. Very thorough and they listen.

Negative experience: It’s a no for me. The ladies in the front were very sweet and the office looks nice, but the “adjustment” service I received was garbage. I was put on a table and before the chiropractor would “adjust” me, part of the table under me was raised. When she pushed down, the part of the table that was lifted collapsed to its original position and made a loud *bang*, but no popping in my back happened at all. It was weird! Some weird metal popping device was also used at the end and it did absolutely nothing but make noise. There are multiple providers at this location from what I understand, so maybe mine just wasn’t very good, but I left confused as to what I had just experienced and felt like it was a snake-oil establishment. I walked out in the same condition I walked in, just $30 poorer.

Negative experience: I went here to this location because I had lower back pain wasn’t to bad ,the girl chiropractor couldn’t and didn’t pop my lower back where the problem is at ,she told me she didn’t want to force anything that’s why she didn’t pop it ,I’ve gone to other chiropractors when I had worse pain and they popped it,I feel like the $55 wasn’t worth going at all,or at least to this location, place was clean and staff was friendly that’s the reason for 2 stars

Fantastic experience: When I first came in, my neck had very limited movement and so much pain that I couldn't stand it. Nothing I did would relieve the pain. After 5 visits,I have almost full range of movement in my neck and periodic pain. The level of pain is minimal, more like uncomfortable than pain. I am so grateful for the Joint and the doctors there.

Negative experience: There was a note up from saying one of the Dr was out on vacation. The service I received was so poor. The chiropractor lady said "easy peasy" when she was done. I was in and out so fast! This poor service is not how other locations go about business. Based on the super quick less than good service I received I would not recommend this location. She did not glance over my file with notes or do anything with my legs. It would have been another 30 seconds I am guessing.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and Dr Clark is excellent. However the young lady needs to be more thoughtful about smoking brushing her teeth or drinking mouthwash. Smoke for a non smokers is offensive and stinks. It gets in your hair and on your clothes as well on your breath. She is good at her job but needs to improve her hygiene. I’m not trying to get her in trouble but she needs to know.

The doctor (Dr. Michelle Velez) took the time to listen and understand all my problems then informed me of what she was going to do to help the issues. I had immediate relief. Then she gave me a plan for completing my healing process. Thanks to The Joint team (Crystal, Livia,& Dr. Michelle) for their help and being warm and welcoming from the minute I arrived.

Fantastic experience: I have visited two different locations here in Texas, and at both I have been treated excellent. They're very friendly and seem to have a genuine interest in helping people feel better. I had 2 ribs get displaced and ended up in the hospital with no explanation of what was causing my myriad of homeostasis related symptoms. I researched and found information about misalignment because I felt that my body was working against itself and I was have nerve pain in my back. This led me to giving chiropractic therapy a try. I was in a really bad state of extreme tension and pressure build up in my entire body and head, and they weren't even sure what I might have going on, but they treated me so empathetically, and were able to relieve the pressure I had so I could function. From there, I went to the next visit 2 days later, and that's when she found the ribs poking into my back. I feel like I would've been shuffled around from Doctor to Doctor trying to keep me alive and possible surgeries for the issues of GERD, IBS, Vertigo, heart rhythm and breathing issues, etc.... The list includes every part of me. That's what was being affected by my bones being displaced and out of alignment. ALL OF ME. And all this was a result of being 200lbs for 3 years on my small frame at 5'1. I am so grateful for their service and compassion and their help with any stretching it any other type to help me with my certain situation. I also would love to point out that the doctors are very empathetic and kind when helping those with mental disorders. They create a feeling of understanding that has really helped me out tremendously! I highly recommend them. Thank you to my Savior Jesus Christ and The Joint chiropractic!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a chiropractor that would possibly be open on a Saturday because I was really needing one at the time. I found the place called “The Joint” which was open 7 days a week! They also took walk-ins and run a new patient “special” on first time visit! To me, this all added up to a great place to come to get the relief I needed! The staff greet you upon entering and though it takes a bit of time to do all the paper work and watch an interesting video while you wait your turn, it is a GREAT place to get the adjustments you need. The chiropractor that took the time to inquire about me and my pacific needs was TERRIFIC! She observed things that I really didn’t know was an issue. She noticed some swelling at the back of my knee, which wasn’t given me any pain at the time. A BIG “Thank You”, to Michelle, for making my first time adjustment a relief! Look forward to returning visits!
