My cardiologist actually recommended that I see a chiropractor as part of a more natural healing approach. Dr. Trevino took the time to listen carefully and explained everything in a way that was clear and reassuring. I truly appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable he was. After my adjustment, I felt noticeable relief and much more relaxed overall. The lady at the front desk was also very kind and welcoming, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable from start to finish. We commute every Sunday regularly to visit Dr Doug for regular adjustments and maintenance. We also love seeing Orlando’s smiling face. He’s always there to help us with any issues with our account. We are commuting from Burleson/cleburne to Grand Prairie. There are other locations but these two guys are worth the drive.

Negative experience: They did not explain a plan that I signed. Is it $89 a month I have paperwork did not say anything about $178 and that’s what I was charged and I asked the man about this little program. They had set up for me and I said is it’s $89 a month a month and that’s what the paperwork said but I was charged $178 which left me in a very bad line with some of my bills that I didn’t get to pay and I’m in trouble for it because of them I tried to talk to the manager and he did not get in touch with me yet. He was supposed to on Monday or Tuesday and did not here. It is past Christmas. and I still have not heard from him. I canceled my membership and only went twice twice and I asked for a refund I have not heard from nobody and it’s supposed to be $29 for new patients but I got charged $178 and I’ve got proof of that. I will not be going back to this place. They really charged me for two months and I only been there twice and I won’t be going back. I am so disappointed they need to make it right. I tried to call. I left messages up at the place to talk to them. It has to go through management just make it right please that’s all I ask.

On the first day i got there i couldn't even get off my car without assistance and every step was agony nevermind sitting down. When Dr.Doug attended to me he was very mindful of my pain and took his time to help me feel better. After the first appointment i was actually able to move and not feel as much pain. On the second i was able to walk and move with little to no pain. Overall i really recommend this place.

I attend the joint in both both the Bay Area and pinole and in Grand prairie and Grand prairie is definitely my preference. Receptions always fast smooth with the technology that they have and now they have an app I haven't tried yet but they're always upgrading. Highly recommend

I discovered The Joint about 10-12 years ago. I love that they have affordable options to suit your needs and you can change plans as your needs change. I originally stayed out on the wellness plan, but then had to slide on over to the flex plan due to a financial flow issue. I recently developed sciatica along with some building discs and had to move back over to the wellness plan. It was so easy! I've been suffering with this sciatica nonsense all summer. I was in so much pain I was initially scared to get adjusted. Let me tell you, though, after 2 adjustments I'm feeling SO much better!!! Wish I had gone in sooner!! Dr. Doug is patient and communicative. His goal is to help not hurt!!! I strongly urge you to give them a try if you're suffering with any back pain. It could change your life!!!!!

I always have neck pain that turn into headaches, even after just one adjustment by dr. Doug I slept so much better and havent got a headache since.
