Fantastic experience: I would recommend Benningfield Chiropractic to anybody who is experiencing any uncomfortable pain or numbness. They are a very friendly staff and can get you in for an appointment very quickly. I have been seeing Dr Jay off and on for several years with any problems that arise. Now that I’m getting a little older, I plan to start seeing him monthly for a maintenance routine.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Jay for years—originally for plantar fasciitis, which he helped me recover from completely. These days, I don’t need adjustments as often, but when I do, he’s always my go-to. He genuinely cares, takes the time to listen, and the office has a welcoming, professional and comfortable vibe. The only qualm I have is that it takes longer than other places to get into the treatment room so we have to plan for more time for our adjustments here then other chiropractors.

Positive experience: Everyone from staff to doctors very friendly and helpful. Doctor Chad took time to really listen and do thorough adjustment then called to check on me as I was a first time patient. The.only negatives I would express is first not being informed exam and xays would not be covered so I had an awakening to the tune of $360 at check out. The other would be lack of privacy and patient confidentially at the front desk/reception room. Totally open so everyone hears everything that is going on including receptionist's phone conversations. I understand wanting the office to look open and welcoming but I think privacy when discussing your bill, appointments, etc is more important. Thank you for allowing me to express my opinion.

He does not adjust every person the same - he tailors his treatment to exactly what you need and takes into account all the muscles and connective tissue in the area causing problems, not just the bones.
