Negative experience: Hands down the most difficult company I’ve dealt with for malpractice insurance. If you experience fraud on your business account and need to update your payment method, they won’t work with you, they’ll cancel your policy and reprimand you for it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. This is not a company that supports chiropractic professionals when it matters most. Run!

Negative experience: Kelly called and emailed me recently. She told me that I was no longer with my employer and wanted to sell me another plan. The problem is that I am still employed, but I'm currently on work comp and they canceled the policy while I'm not seeing patients. I explained the situation to her and she said "I'll take that into consideration" and "thats usually implied". She never bothered to apologize or say she'll do better. This caused a lot of problems because I thought I had been fired and my malpractice was the one notifying me. Be better.
