Fantastic experience: Great place to go. Lots of options to help you out, depending on what your needing. Very kind and helpful staff. Lots of different therapies available on top of adjustments. Also adjustments aren't the harsh manual adjustments, they're done with a special instrument, so you don't end up in more pain than you started in. Just all around great service!!!

Fantastic experience: I just started with red light therapy. I really liked the Dr. and the atmosphere at Adio. There's a lot they offer that I'm going to explore. The session was relaxing, followed by vibration, and a device that increases blood flow. Dr. Consults with you in the beginning and explains everything at each step.

Negative experience: DO NOT go to this chiropractor, I have been struggling for months with intense back pain I came here and “Dr. Jeff Stickel” gave me an X-ray and diagnosed me with 2 herniated discs and scoliosis, after a month of going to him and him adjusting me and trying to convince me to go on his program which was $202 a month and no improvement I decided to go to urgent care they informed me that not only do I not have scoliosis (from looking at the xray it appears I was standing crooked compensating from my pain) but that you cannot diagnose herniated disc through xray you have to get an MRI. It turns out I have Sciatic pain. I was given Anti-inflammatory medication and toradal and my nightmare seems to me over. I would not trust a word he says.

Fantastic experience: I am a first time patient. I was in very bad pain when I arrived. After my first visit I am already feeling better. I can't wait for my second visit tomorrow! Everyone in this office was personable and very friendly:) I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: I initially came to Dr. Luis Amador Gaxiola with chronic neck, lower and upper back pain. ergonomics is important in my line of work but can be difficult to maintain in a fast paced environment. I was unable to tolerate sitting, turn my neck properly and exercise without pain. Dr. Amador-Gaxiola took the necessary steps such as taking x-rays, adjusting me same day, and also educated throughout the entire process to reduce my pain. I was skeptical at first but after some time and a few sessions I can confidently say that I’m pleased with my results and recommend Dr. Luis Amador Gaxiola at ADIO for your chiropractic needs. I’ve even purchased an in home exercise kit to help continue with my recovery. It is a plus that he is also bilingual ✨

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gilbert has significantly improved the issues I have had with my neck. My vertigo has disappeared. The ice pack that saw use multiple times a day is only used on rare occasions now. Worth the drive to see someone who is trained in c1/c2 upper cervical misalignment.

Dr. Stickel explained to me what was out of alignment and what to do about it. Within 2-3 weeks the discomfort was gone and the exercises Dr. Stickel recommended also helped. While back drs were insisting I needed surgery he assured me he’d get me better it took some time but after awhile about 3 months I started feeling better after a year I felt 100%! Do to my hectic work and personal life schedule, I fell off track and sadly started having severe pain once again, after about a week back in I’m clearly moving in the right direction.

Fantastic experience: One thing i love about ADiO is that they have Saturday hours. Another thing is the many extras that Dr Stickel has in his clinic! (neck traction for pre-adjustment stretches and vibration platforms for post-adjustment settling) In my case, life circumstances kept me away for over 2 years, but I am very thankful for the Saturday hours that they have!

Fantastic experience: I posted a question on Facebook on a community page asking where I could find a dr. In the Des Moines area that will do a Y strap adjustment and dr. Stickel reached out to me letting know he dose. I waited a year before finally reaching out last Monday because I was in severe pain and had my first appointment today and let me say WOW!!! I have been carried into his office from a wheelchair three Different times and walked out because of his fine care. If it wasn’t for Dr Stickel I would be a cripple in a wheelchair but because he takes such good care of me I walk, run, dance, Swim, ride horses and Motorcycles. I do everything I want to do. I am 71 years old, I believe it is due to his fine Care. Besides being the worlds finest Chiropractor, he’s also one of the finest human beings I know.
