Physical therapy is great but there is so much more. Everyone at True Wellness really cares about you as an individual. They focus on your needs. So friendly. It’s like going for coffee with a friend. I had an intake session with True wellness. I met with a trainer, the doctor and then had x-rays. Each individual was professional and really understood my concerns and issues. I look forward to starting therapy at True Wellness.

The staff are great and they truly care about their patients. I was at my wits end when someone recommended True Wellness to me. I was told that surgery was my only option to relieving my pain. Through physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments, True Wellness not only fixed the pain I was having, but has me at a better place than I've been in years. Fantastic experience: True Wellness is absolutely the best of the best. I went to other chiropractic services for over 20 years and got no results. I started going to True Wellness and they got to the core of the problem and have worked with me making the pain go away and showing me how to exercise and Work my muscles to support my back so that I can get through every day without pain. Negative experience: Wasn't able to get the injection shot they offer even though it was recommended by my nurse. They reply saying they can't do it but the shot is literally on video that they offer when you walk in.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know how they do it but this place runs more efficiently than a chick fil a. After fighting my previous physical therapist for over 30 visits and making no improvements I started going to true wellness and am making improvements every visit. The team here is amazing!

Negative experience: First the positives: friendly staff, chiropractor seemed knowledgeable, wait time minimal, clean, multiple services in one place. Negative: they say they take insurance (took all my info) but when I returned to go over evaluation, you have to meet with a “coordinator” who wanted to go over 3 month plan. They wanted payment right then to provide any treatment. I knew decompression would be out of pocket if used that treatment but interestingly chiropractor said “might use” not that it would be needed 3x/week which was part of the charge. When I said that I don’t make large financial decisions without discussing with husband they basically dismissed me saying if I decided to sign and pay, I would get treatment. Again, they might be good at what they do but I have no idea as I received no treatment. I am willing to pay for services I actually receive not services I might and might not need all ahead of time. They said the cost they came up with was after insurance but not sure how they came up with huge amount. Just feel I needed to provide this review as I would never have gone expecting this. Im in the medical field and felt money grabbing. Surprised so many positive reviews and people willing to pay thousands upfront.

It's a one stop shop. They have Nurse Practioners on staff, Medical assistance, and PT's. You won't have to worry about a chiropractor just trying to adjust you, then giving you 'homework' exercises. If you're in enough pain to visit a chiropractor, chances are you WILL need PT. True's PTs have been some of the most engaged I've been around. The great thing about the staff is they've been trained extremely well. I admire the owners business practices. They are top notch and well thought out.

I was really nervous for my first appointment & to see my X-rays (I’m good at jumping to worst case scenario), but Joshua went over all the details of my plan and how each part of the treatment would benefit me & get me back to 100%. Dr. Jacobs is the best of the best & really took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with my back (my fav game is asking 100 questions). I feel so much better after completing my treatment plan & have such confidence in the knowledge of the staff at True Wellness! They have helped me through both general fatigue / pain experienced from working a desk job and an injury with my back last year. They create a detailed care plan and check in throughout treatment to assess progress and adjust (chiropractor joke) appropriately. What really makes this place special though is the people in it. Their team is incredibly professional and also personable - despite some long gaps in my attendance over the years (due to a crazy job and/or feeling improved) their team has always remembered my name and details from our conversations about my job, my family, and my favorite sports teams. Their team really cares about your overall health and about you!
