Fantastic experience: There are no words to describe how wonderful this place is. I have had reoccurring pain over the course of 15+ years. I was tired of going to the chiropractor and getting adjust to just feel temporary relief, I wanted to find the root cause. This place is a hidden gem as they do not advertise. They look beyond just adjusting you and look to see what your muscles are doing and provide treatment that treats it all and not just the skeleton. I have had two treatments and they have already been life changing. If you have chronic pain or reoccurring issues then don't waste another moment and call these guys!

Fantastic experience: It definitely was a 5. I got relief from my hip and leg pain after Dr. Mitz adjusted me and I am so thankful for that. It has been too long since my last adjustment and it may take more than one visit to get total relief from my hip and leg pain but it will be worth it. I would rate today's visit as a 10+. They all are so kind to me and I always leave there feeling much better than when I arrived!

From the moment I walked in, he was extremely caring and attentive. During my initial visit, he made sure I experienced at least some pain relief right away, which I truly appreciated. He also scheduled my follow-up just two days later to go over a personalized plan of care. What really stood out to me was how well he listened. Unlike other chiropractors I’ve seen who repeat the same treatment regardless of new symptoms, Dr. Mitz tailored his approach to my specific needs. I already feel confident in his care and am very pleased with both him and the office staff. I’m sure I’ll continue to have a great experience here!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough how wonderful and professional everyone that works here is. Rachel at the front desk is so sweet and nice and will go out of her way to set your appointment up that helps you. Dr. Ray is an amazing Chiropractor he is very thorough and order X-rays that they do in there office for convenience and found where my severe pain is coming from. He explained everything so I could understand what is going on and drew a picture out to help me truly understand. He set up a plan of care on what will be done on what days. Mark is my massage therapist and he is super wonderful and ask questions and said there is good pain and bad pain and I don’t want you in bad pain. If it gets bad to let him know and I did and he stopped immediately. He makes sure that you are comfortable and covered except the area he is working on . He is also very professional. Hailey is the physical therapist and specialist in the exact area that is causing my severe pain. Again very professional and if you tell her something hurts you stop and she does something different so that you’re not hurting. On my first visit Dr. Ray ordered me a belt that goes around my lower back and as soon as it was put on ,my pain level went from a 10 to a 5. I am already telling everyone I know about this wonderful place and they are calling to be seen. I promise you one thing they won’t disappoint you. They have several chiropractor and physical therapist there and 2 massage therapist. They will check to see if your insurance will cover your visits and if they will also cover the massage which mine does thank god. Today’s date is July 16,2026

Fantastic experience: I went here for the first time while I was pregnant because of my migraines of all things. My weekly alignment and weekly neck massage depleted my migraines to zero. I was having a migraine every other day if not every day and now they are gone. I don’t have to take medication every day or do a weekly injection.The alignment of my upper vertebrae and a massage fixed my problem 100%. The staff is exceptional and makes me feel friend rather a patient.

Negative experience: Went in for my hip and left with torn ligaments and put into pre term labor…no one called to check on me or see if I was ok. Even when I was there no one helped me to my car and the doctor just left me in the room. When I stepped out I could hear him in the next with another patient. I am 36 weeks pregnant with torn round ligaments. I’m now worse off.

Fantastic experience: I have made 3 visits to IMP, I was really hurting Monday, the first visit. Dr Mitz diagnosed me quickly and accurately. In 15 minute my pain level dropped dramatically. After 10 more min. and an adjustment I was given a special brace to hold me togather. Today was visit 3 with Dr. Moore and am much better. I figure 5 or 6 more adjustments i will be fine. I appreciate everything these two did and also the whole staff, they are good people and are so caring and concerned. Thank you all, you are a blessing. Positive experience: Great chiropractors! Room for improvement: need customer service training for front desk. Also, be careful with trying to schedule via text. Most of the time it’s been fine, but there was a miscommunication/ misunderstanding once that resulted in me driving about 1 hour and 15 minutes only to arrive and NOT have an appointment. This is where the customer service training is very much needed. The front desk, instead of having empathy, compassion or care (I told her about my drive), was defensive, angry, and mean towards me. I understand this misunderstanding may not have been her fault, but to treat me the way she did was not acceptable. Show at minimum that you care at least just a little bit and can have an ounce of empathy for a fellow human being. But even if you have zero empathy or care for people, that is TERRIBLE customer service.

Fantastic experience: I went in after having some post shoulder surgery pain and limitations. After our consultation Dr. Ray put together a game plan to fix my ailments. It took about 8 weeks of manipulations, accupuncture, e stem, ultra sound, massage and rehab exercises. Yes they threw the kitchen sink at me. The whole staff was very professional and knowlegeable about their area of specialty. I now feel much better. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful that I finally found this practice! I had been dealing with a frozen shoulder issue, which was getting worse by the day, for about 5 months. I had been to an orthopedic surgeon; physical therapists, massage therapists; and another chiropractor. None of them helped. I was getting really frustrated, because the pain was getting worse, the the functionality was diminishing. As soon as I came here they were able to turn me around. The pain is nearly gone, and the functionality is almost completely back to normal. These practitioners are THE BEST!! Thank you everyone, especially Halie, Mark, and Dr. Ray!

I’ve suffered with chronic pain for 30 years, and after meeting for an hour to discuss my history and options, he said to me, “we need to follow your intuition. You are the expert on your body. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He did a thorough exam and explained what he thought would be the best treatment for my condition. It turns out, traditional chiropractic care is not what Dr Mitz recommended. His honesty and integrity was refreshing. He could have easily had me go that route and I probably wouldn’t have known any better. So, instead of making some money off of me, he did what he thought was best for me. Fantastic experience: Update - 18 March 2024 - Had a neck problem, IPM got me in immediately, and provided exceptionally excellent care! Pain went from 8 to 2, for immediate relief! These guys are so awesome, I can't speak highly enough of them! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Original - 2019 I searched out this place because they had a spinal decompression machine. It is much gentler on backs that have had surgery (like mine), and I’ve heard the spinal decompression therapy results are over 90% positive. Just got done with my first session and I am very pleased. Not just in the therapy, but in the whole evaluation and treatment process. My exam was very thorough, the treatment plan was explained, and there are no high-pressure sales. Very professional and excellent. I am the CEO of my own business, and I recognize quality and excellent performance. I’ve discovered both here, and I am very pleased with the service, the treatment, and the overall experience. I would highly recommend them! EDIT - 1 year later - After about 4 visits my symptoms were almost gone, and after 6 visits I was totally pain free. I kept up the maintenance visits as part of the plan, and I continue to stay pain free. The quality of service you'll receive here is excellent, and they have an amazing staff with excellent methodologies. WHAT THEY DO WORKS! When I find a place that takes good care of me, I want to share that. I would highly recommend Integrated Physical Medicine to anyone, and I would expect them to give you a true and honest evaluation of your situation, and a good plan to get you fixed up. They don't pressure you. My experience is that they discuss things with you, give you options, let you make a decision, and they respect your decision. (I had an L4/L5 microdiscectomy and had some lingering pain from the surgery that was affecting my life in a big way.) Negative experience: I had the WORSE EXPERIENCE with Dr. Eric L. Mitz! When I called to schedule my appointment, the receptionist advised me that the 1st apt is quit lengthy, so plan on being here around 1 to 1.5 hrs. I told her I understood and that I have another apt at 3 pm, so I have to leave by that time. My apt was at 1:15 pm. I arrived 10 mins early with my new patient paperwork already filed out. The nurse called me back to the room at 1:15 pm. I waiting in the room for 1hr and 45 mins before the doctor ever came into the room. I asked the nurse what is taking so long, she replied “that Dr. Mitz was on the phone taking a personal call.” I was very upset, he ended up using my whole apt for his personal phone call. Then when he finally comes into the room, he tried to justify that I wasn’t having migraines. I know if I’m having a migraine, plus I’ve been to specialist etc. I was scheduled for an ailment and massage this never happened because I had to leave for my next apt. I’m a nurse and I DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF MY PATIENTS TO PLACE OF BUSINESS. Plus Dr. Mitz is all about the money and not the patients well-being. I give ZERO STARS!!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to a chiropractor. I was anxious and in pain. Jennifer, the intake person, was a wonderful introduction to the experience. She was kind and funny, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Moore continued my A+ experience with his thorough explanations of the what and why of his treatment. He was gentle and sensitive to my wariness. AND, I feel better!

Fantastic experience: Today was my daughter's first visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and the comprehensive approach to her pain management. Dr Ray spoke to her directly, and was willing to take the time to answer any questions and sooth her anxieties.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy coming to integrated physical medicine. Dr. Mitz and Dr. Moore always take the time to make sure when I leave I'm feeling the best that I can. I always enjoy all the smiling faces, conversation and the feeling like I'm the only patient they have. I would recommend integrated physical medicine to anyone needing chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Moore is great, always very professional and a tremendous help with relieving my neck pain and headaches. Also never have an issue with getting an appointment next day or two.
