Fantastic experience: Loved it and will be back weekly.

Positive experience: The team there is really great! They are very informative and definitely know what they are doing. The manager however has an attitude problem and seems like is only interested in taking your money rather than helping you find the best and affordable option. Also don't like the fact you have to pay three months upfront for what ever membership you get.

Positive experience: Very nice, attentive staff. Location was clean and professional. First time going to a chiropractors. I wasn't expecting an open design space. You can have few clients in the room at a time but the room was open, not crowded and it wasn't a problem for me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Menard is great and I’m sure the others are as well but upon my first visit I received exponentially great service. The knowledge and expertise of Dr. Menard is phenomenal. As an MMA fighter and fitness professional my body takes on a great deal of bumps so to get realigned the correct way means everything to me. Not a long wait period and very friendly and courteous staff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic experience: Connie and the kind young lady at the front immediately made me feel welcomed and answered any questions I had. It felt like I had been a patient there for years even though it was my first visit! Dr. Ashley did the same as well as actually listening to all my concerns patiently. I feel much better just after one adjustment and now we have a plan in place moving forward. Also love how affordable it is - 4 visits a month for less than $100 - what a deal!

I am mind blown in the best way possible From the phone call to set up appt talking to Sierra To meeting Ms "Nee Nee" who engaged with our daughter and gave us the best waiting experience before being called back .. To the check out process, the lady was so nice and informative The whole staff is amazing Dr Menard is an Angel from above and The Lord truly used him to bring some relief to our 6 year old daughter..... I recommend Him to anyone He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and you can tell he is definitely walking out his calling and loves what he does and also researched some things I had mentioned about my daughter having Pandas He explained in a way I can understand with the process of doing adjustments and he explained everything he was gonna do before he did it... He even called to check on our daughter the next day We are blown away at the top notch care we received and will definitely be going back Thank you Dr Menard for making us feel right at home

Fantastic experience: I fell off my porch a few years back and my elbow hit my truck bumper before my booty hit the ground (nothing broken, just really painful and stiff). Couldn't use my arm for a few months. I finally bit the bullet and went in. Dr Menard (and a couple others when he wasn't there) are the reason I can use my arm today. I go for about 2-3 months a year and tend to maintain for the rest of the year just fine. Amazing staff, knowledgeable chiropractors, and you really feel like family.

Negative experience: If I can give half a star a would, My experience at joint chiropractic was very disheartening. The receptionist Cierra a think that's her name, did not even greet me or acknowledge me, the pregnant girl was very sweet and helpful. I asked Cierra for water and she rolled her eyes and huffed at me and said "sorry we don't have any". Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and she sat on her phone not greeting anyone that came in. The doctor didn't ensure my comfort during my appointment, he was very quick and not gentle. I would not recommend then to anyone .

Fantastic experience: After years of comprehensive chiropractic work, physical therapy, and dry needling I knew I had to find a permanent solution to my back pain. I was soon referred to the joint by a friend and learned how their model of regular incremental/small adjustments can positively impact long term back problems. I have been going to the joint for over two years now and can finally run and exercise without pain in my back, hip, and shoulders. Prior to my time at the joint I was unable to run for over 14 months due to severe pain. Now I am training for a 10k run and am able to do so explicitly because of the care I’ve received at the joint. Specifically, the work of Dr. Ashley and Dr. Menard who have helped me for years and now are the go to resource for my entire family. We not only go to the joint for the exceptional health benefits we’ve noticed, but the welcoming, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff present. I cannot sing this team’s praise enough. They have given me and my family our quality of life back given our long history of back pain. We are clients for life.

Negative experience: I walked in and had to wait over 25min then I was giving over 20 sheets for me to sign and didn’t like the experience in the back like he was in a hurry then I was hooked with a 2month contract. I just went once there and never went back now I’m stuck out of pocket $150.00 I just want my money back and I will never go back or refer any one to go there…!

Fantastic experience: I walked in with serious back pain, terrible mobility and pain in walking. I thought I would need year of PT to fix. NOPE. The Drs at the Joint gave me the treatment and adjustment I needed to give my spine the mobility it needed to stretch and move. They also gave me follow up stretches to further maintain my back. The prices are unmatched. Even with insurance, it’s more cost effective to go to them. So grateful for them and the care they give! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. Highly recommend for mommas postpartum

Fantastic experience: Been going to see Dr Jereme and Dr Ashley at The Joint for a while now for maintenance. I recently had an accident that that caused a compression fracture in my L1 vertebrae. I had kyphoplasty surgery which I’m expected to make a full recovery. Surgeon said on my follow up visit that my spine is that of a 20 year old, I’m 58! I highly recommend chiropractic care in a regular basis. Especially from The Joint!! Thanks Dr Jereme and Dr Ashley!!!

Positive experience: I had a 10:30 apt. but they took me at 10:50. Apparently, there is only one dr. For new patients. Dr. Ashley gave me a good adjustment. Filling out their info on the tablet was a bit much. Hopefully it is only one time.
