Fantastic experience: Pricing is on point. You can get in and out without a wait most of the time. The staff and chiropractors are wonderful! If you are looking for a full service chiropractor's office, they are not that. You can get adjusted, but they aren't equipped for any type of therapy or massage, just an FYI .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Alex is amazing!! I came in for discomfort in my lower back and sciatica, I honestly could feel a difference as soon as I got up from my adjustment. Everyone I encountered was professional and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: My husband was seen by Haley Godfrey on January 30, 2026. The treatment she provided caused a ruptured disc. He had to be physically carried out of the clinic and driven home because he was unable to walk on his own. A complaint will be filed with the Alabama State Board of Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to The Joint clinic in Oxford went great. Dr. Scott listened to me throughly and did an amazing job on my back. They did not push a regimen.. though one was prescribed they did not push. They did not guilt you into paying a lot of money and committing to coming back. Though I will be returning next week. And SO affordable!! Definitely worth a trip to the chiropractor!

Fantastic experience: After 25 yrs in the military you expect for some wear and tear. What I didn’t see was me rolling down a gorge 5 times and landing in a shallow river. The staff was friendly and the chiro took a lot of pressure off my joints. Very pleased I bought the package to go back.

Fantastic experience: I came into the clinic today knowing I needed adjustments due to stress I have been dealing with. After leaving the clinic I was feeling so much relief and both legs had started bothering me due to change in sleep habits and both felt much better after adjustments. Stress was relieved in neck, shoulders, and back. I am very pleased with my care I receive with each visit.

Negative experience: This is NOT a BBB Accredited Business and it shows. The office experience is terrible. First, I was told I'd have the promotion discount but was charged the regular amount for months. Once I discovered this, I called and they said there was nothing they could do. Next, I decided to cancel and was told I had to come to the office, which I did. I spoke with the front desk, she typed at the computer and told me she canceled my membership. I asked if I would be charged the following month and she said no. Then, I see a credit card charge so I called the office and I'm told that there is no evidence of me terminating the contract and that I need to come to the office. Each person you talk to will have a different answer about policy and procedures. The chiropractors did their jobs but the business will lie, cheat and steal.

They work with you in what you are comfortable with , and while it takes more than 1 visit to fix the aches and pains it DOES work! I had a rotator cuff issue 2 years ago that no amount of therapy seemed to fix. The Joint was able to address the issue and while that was a past issue it’s not anymore !

Fantastic experience: Dr Blake saw one of the men who works for me today. I go to The Joint nationwide and have anyone who works for me get adjustments when they need them. Dr Blake took time to explain everything and did a great job. They set my worker up for a new patient exam and got him in on time and did an amazing job. We tried earlier in the week to go to another location closer to our job and after over 2 hours he had still not be seen so we left. I am very grateful they saw him here at his appointment time instead of letting everyone go in front of him. He was very happy with his adjustment.

Fantastic experience: Gotta say, I have heard of chiropractors before but never did I think I’d go. When I woke up one morning with neck pain after a massage. I didn’t know what to do. After extensive research I figured why not give this a shot. Well it’s been 3 months of going to this location 2 times a week some times more.
