As a veteran who sustained injuries during , I’ve been living with chronic pain for a long time. Finding a provider that actually listens and understands the veteran experience is rare, but‍⚕️ Dr. Cook, Erin‍⚕️and Julie‍⚕️are truly outstanding individuals. They don’t treat you like just another patient; they treat you like family from the moment you walk through the door. The entire process is completely stress-free. While they might not have all the high-tech "bells and whistles" of larger clinics, they have something much more valuable: genuine care, discipline, and a focus on making you feel important. Dr. Cook has done wonders to ease my pain, and I am incredibly grateful for their willingness to get me seen and back on my feet. He took his time, even though the fill in staff had mistakenly overbooked him the day before. He made me feel important. I felt better when I left (in my neck) than I had in months. Especially Dr. Cook he takes out time to show you diagrams, explain information to you completely so you can understand your situation and he lets you know the plan of treatment. Everyone is very caring , patient and attentive to you. Julie & Tiffany take good care of you, the paperwork , call backs, appointments, completing different therapies or just simple conversations They are the best. I am moving better, less swelling, and pain. If I was to grade Southeastern Healthcare on S 17th Street it would be an A++ just amazing . Yes two plus signs because they go the extra mile for you to heal and recover. Also I can't forget Frannie who does transportation she is so encouraging, sweet, and kind-hearted. She safely gets you back and forth from appointments if your vehicle is totaled or your injuries stop you from driving for a little while. This is my second time coming to this one facility it's many locations around I have been to a few of the other clinics but this one right here is "simply the best". 5 ⭐'s Thank you for your help guys!!!! Jennifer was friendly and professional and got me in quickly with flexible appointments that I was able to work around my schedule. Dr Cook seems very experienced and takes the time to listen to your needs while employing various therapeutic techniques. Therapist Tiffany has a gentle touch and has a knack for making the visit comfortable. I've been improving vastly in the few weeks I've been going. Highly recommend! Great job!!

Fantastic experience: I had a really bad back flare up happen out of nowhere. Was unable to walk and could barely move without help. I was able to get an appointment here the next day. The staff has been so kind and helpful, helping me stand up and walk, and being accommodating with my pain. I saw Dr. Cook and he has great knowledge and his adjustments were very helpful and never too much. He made sure to not be too forceful when I was in incredible pain but was still able to help adjust it to the right position. Within a week I was already walking and moving with a lot less pain and I know it's because of the professionals here and there amazing help.

Negative experience: Worst experience every. Was helping to workers fill out paperwork. Waited for an hour and half and when I asked the nurse how much longer it was going to be she had an attitude and extremely rude. Said they could just do the consultation and come back for the xray which made no sense anther day of missed work and gas. So we left. Not going to be disrespected when there's more and better options
