Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly, caring, and passionate about my recovery. It's the hardest surgery and pain I've ever had to recover from and I'm not doing well, so the positive reinforcement and lack of judgment is nice.

Negative experience: I went had one tx. After making another appointment I got sick always called & canceled in time. I received a call telling my she had conflicting appointments needed to cancel mine wasn't ask if we could make another appointment. Thanks so much

Fantastic experience: My mother, Dorothy Farmer, had shoulder surgery on September 29th, 2025. Been coming to Andrews Physical Therapy three times per week since surgery. Great experience, wonderful group of therapist. Her surgeon has been well pleased with her progress. Everyone has made this the best turn out for her shoulder and healing.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a total knee replacement and chose Andrews Physical Therapy because of recommendations and location. Mike, Mary, and the entire staff were always so kind, encouraging, and helpful. Even on the harder days, I still enjoyed my time there! I waa even a little sad on "graduation" day I am planning on the 2nd knee replacement later this year and will not hesitate at all to go back. Thank you all for taking such good care of me!

Fantastic experience: I felt my problems were made primary. I felt there was a true interest in my issues and getting better. After the therapist evaluated my needs she shared her plan including the timeline to get us to the finish line. She gave me exercises I could do at home to help improve my condition. I had confidence in her plan. I felt better after the first week.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Andrews Therapy Center for therapy. They know how to treat you with the type therapy you need. They will listen to your concerns and answer questions you may have. They do the dry needle therapy which gave me relief when nothing else helped. Check them out if you are needing physical therapy. I think you will like them.

Fantastic experience: This is a great physical therapy place with truly great people. The amount of knowledge they have is incredible, and they are always helpful and caring. I know I would still be hurting if it wasn’t for Mary—she put me on the correct track to finally get help for my hip. I’m so thankful for everything she and the team have done. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, even if you had to drive an hour. It’s worth every mile!

Fantastic experience: I’m not finished! I had a WONDERFUL experience while going through physical therapy with Mrs. Mary Andrews! It wasn’t all fun and games. She makes you work for your recovery and that’s a good thing. I realized my self esteem, will, want to, everything good starting coming back!! Not only that she’s a Godly woman I love her! Unfortunately I had to stop abruptly to no fault of ours. I can tell you when my body gets straightened out I’m running right back to her! She has been a God send to me! All the staff is Wonderful! Fantastic experience: I've worked with several physical therapists at Andrews Physical Therapy at the Asheville Highway location. They treat me with utmost respect and care. Not only have I received exemplary treatment, but my mother, son, and many close friends have received great care and experienced positive outcomes. Also, the front desk staff are very helpful and work hard to accommodate my scheduling needs.

Fantastic experience: The therapists were all friendly and knowledgeable. They showed concern for my issues and applied a variety of therapys rather than the same thing every time. The only thing I felt could have made it better would be to see the same therapist consistently. During my visits I was passed around to 5 different therapists. Although that may be what provided the variety of therapys. Overall, I think it helped my back and hip issues. I will continue to occasionally do the exercises I learned.

Fantastic experience: I saw Mary , she was the one that work on me and did the needling for 5 times, Due to by spin being fused I was limited to what could be done to my back.So after 6 appointment, My back and legs still weak and painful, Mary told me they done all they could do for me. I went to the car and just sat there and cried. Mary and all the employees there so nice and kind and helpful. I would recommend this place for your PT anytime. Mike and his team the best.

Fantastic experience: From the first time walking into Andrews to my first session. I felt at home. Everyone was way beyond nice and the receptionist was so sweet and my PT was extremely helpful at explaining and setting our goal . I am over confident that I will be Bending my knee and walking without a limp in no time. I love this place . I should of came here first time instead of going somewhere else. I am just glad I found them and am coming here now . Everyone here is great . I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with vertigo. My therapist Ashley was able to work with me to align my inner ear and the nausea and dizziness have subsided and I have my balance back. They are all wonderful people at Andrews and I recommend them for any type of physical therapy a person might need.

Fantastic experience: Mike and Mary have developed a very professional, friendly, caring staff. They make patients feel comfortable and welcome every time I'm there. I have been working with Hannah H. and feel she has been very professional, friendly and really dedicated to getting my shoulder back in shape! UPDATE - back at Andrew's for a back injury. Faces are a bit different but the excellent care is still there.

Negative experience: They are preoccupied with their computers and don’t supervise you while doing exercise to insure proper form. In spite of being on there computers the majority of the time your there, they don’t convey your treatment plan so that your therapy is consistent. This results in increased pain and failed therapy. Very disappointed
