Positive experience: I was experiencing excruciating pain in my left knee and unable to bend it. A few adjustments were made and the pain decreased significantly. I have a ways to go, but for the relief I have now I am tremendously grateful. I was able to rest while sleeping.

Negative experience: Heads up! I signed up for the $89 plan but somehow got charged $114 And here’s the real plot twist: they don’t tell you until after you’ve already paid that you’re locked into 2 billing cycles. Meaning you cannot cancel until they charge you TWICE. So if you thought you were just trying it for a month? Nope. You’re automatically committed to round two.

Negative experience: Came to LA from Sacramento area for a family emergency and needed an adjustment so found this down the street. The receptionist was very friendly and sent me back. The chiropractor didn't acknowledge me nor introduce himself to me, very nonchalant and I couldn't relax to get a good adjustment. Then tried to charge the visit when i get 4 a month, I have been here a week now so i definitely had one for this cycle. I haven't had a bad experience at any Joint I've been to so I'm disappointed I wasted a visit on one that didn't get me feeling great!

Negative experience: The doctor is kind but the treatment is substandard by the time to get dressed and get to the facility spend your gas and time for less than 10 minutes of therapy I’ve have seen other chiropractors but never have I had such short treatments at least 25 to thirty minutes of therapy I guess you get what you pay for and then you’re not notified that their charging your credit for another membership charge so you have the option to cancel once I do these last 4 which I was charged I’m canceling membership and looking for a better place would not recommend unless you like a quick in and out no

When I first walked in, I even asked the receptionist if the doctor was big or small—because at 6 feet tall, I’ve had smaller chiropractors at other locations who just couldn’t get the job done. But let me tell you, this man delivered. My God. The way he cracked me, I mean really CRACKED me, was on another level. He even did adjustments that no one else has ever tried before. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and cares about getting you right. This is officially my new location, no question about it. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and puts their all into it, go see Dr. Jorge. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I walked in on 4/14 and asked about services and prices. I set up an appointment for 4/17. After my treatment I felt like a brand new person! I discussed my issues with the chiropractor doctor, we made a plan about visits and home treatment. I signed up for a package once the front desk associate explained things. I used my HSA to pay. The clinic is very clean and offers plenty of parking in the center they are in. Will be recommending to colleagues and friends!

Negative experience: My left hip has had restricted range of motion since visiting The Joint Chiropractic location in Inglewood. I initially was treated at the location in South Gate and I started feeling like the visits were improving my lower back. I went to the location in Inglewood because I was near that location at that time and I've regretted it ever since. I am not able to walk or stand for long periods of time without feeling pain in my left hip, thigh and knee. I Do not recommend! Go see a doctor and get X-Rays instead of letting someone blindly work on your body.

Negative experience: Do Not Go to The Joint Chiropractic – Inglewood, CA My experience at The Joint Chiropractic in Inglewood was shockingly poor. The entire appointment was rushed, careless, and felt more like a sales pitch than legitimate chiropractic care. Major Concerns: 1. Unprofessional BP Check: The chiropractor attempted to take my blood pressure while I was actively explaining my issues and pointing to areas of discomfort. Unsurprisingly, the reading wasn’t accurate, and to make matters worse, he didn’t even bother documenting it. 2. Rushed Appointment: The entire visit, including intake, assessment, and adjustment, lasted a mere five minutes. This isn’t just unprofessional—it’s downright negligent. 3. Generic, Ineffective Adjustments: • The adjustments were vague and lacked any focus on the areas I specifically mentioned. The chiropractor didn’t do any manual manipulation to properly assess or address my concerns. • The neck adjustment felt unsafe. While it didn’t cause harm, the lack of precision and care was alarming. • The lower back adjustment was a disaster. After several failed attempts to provide relief, he kept twisting and pushing aimlessly, then finally gave up without resolving anything. • For my hips, he didn’t bother with any manual evaluation or targeted movements. Instead, he simply grabbed my ankle and pulled four times—again with no relief. Cookie-Cutter “Care” Plan: After this rushed and ineffective adjustment, the chiropractor “prescribed” a treatment plan identical to what I overheard being offered to the two clients before me. It was clear this wasn’t based on my specific needs but was merely a push to sell their “wellness plan.” Lack of Transparency: The lack of professionalism extended to the office environment. Nowhere on the website or in the office was there any information about the provider’s credentials. This is a glaring issue for a healthcare provider and speaks to the overall lack of accountability. Final Warning: Do not waste your time or money at The Joint Chiropractic in Inglewood—or at any of their franchise locations. This practice operates like a conveyor belt, prioritizing profit over patient care. The adjustments are rushed, impersonal, and ineffective, and their treatment plans feel more like a scam than legitimate medical advice. If you care about your health and safety, avoid places like this and seek out a reputable, credentialed chiropractor who actually listens and provides individualized care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a wonderful experience her at The Joint Chiropractic. The staff here is amazing and very welcoming. I enjoy the flexibility of the schedule and sessions. I arrive there in reactive lower back pain and stiff body I sit for work long periods of time. In over a month the weekly adjust help me my job, alignment , sleep and feeling better. Thank you so much for making me feel better and always being there when needed.

Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying today was a day of healing for me I have been suffering from uncomfortable neck tension for some time now and today my life changed by coming to Joint Chiropractic from the moment I walked in I was greeted with respect and kindness the receptionist Ivanna was patient and understanding I was able to meet a great man by the name Dr. Phil who took the time to listen to my concerns and knew just what to do.. after receiving my first adjustments I felt instant relief I didn’t even know could be relieved I thought I had permanent pain and I was given relief from it.. I got a bit emotional after because I felt a new like my body has been released from prison pain for good.. I was able to meet amazing people .recommend everyone to come to the joint I promise you will feel brand new. Ten out of Ten rating hands down.

Negative experience: I showed up around 9:40, even though they were supposed to open at 10. But guess what? The staff didn't show up until 10:20. I was cool with waiting a bit, but then they put up a sign saying they're not taking new clients because they didn't have a receptionist. Seriously? Totally wasted my time. Not cool at all.
