I've now been going to Chiropractic Associates of Bridgeport since November 2024 for my car accident related injury from May 2024. Dr. Noel Thompson have been great!!!! Very knowledgeable and he listens to his patients which to me is important. Best of all i was finally feeling relief for the pain in my neck and upper back area . Fantastic experience: I discovered this place 20+years ago, and my whole family trusts the helpful adjustments of Dr. Collins. Personable, effective, clean. Dr. Collins has been wonderful and helped me deal with back issues brought on at work by teaching me simple stretching exercises. Nevertheless, we still get great tune-ups 3-6 times a year. The after- adjustment therapy tables leave us feeling much better every time we go. Super.

Fantastic experience: I am excited to be able to review chiropractic Associates of Bridgeport. Upon entering the office I am greeted with a young, outgoing and helpful receptionist. Dr. Thompson arrives at the scheduled appointment time and greet us with a smile and “how are you doing?” Dr. Thompson knows his craft very well and the patients health and wellness is a sincere concern of his. Recently, Dr. Thompson discovered something in my sons spine. We were instructed by Dr. Thompson to visit our pediatrician to get an x-ray done. It turns out my son had a growth spurt, and the spine was catching up with the growth. Dr. Thompson, in my opinion, is ahead of the curve in chiropractic care. His down to earth demeanor is an awesome attribute. I will continue to see Dr. Thompson because I know I’m getting the best…the very best of care. Bravo!

Fantastic experience: "Wow" I feel almost 100percent aging ,Dr Tricia Collins explained to me about my pain in my lower back, and why I was feeling it. I felt like I've none her all my life that's how comfortable i was with her treating my pain in my lower back ,with in the 20 minutes I could feel the pain was not there anymore. Fantastic experience: Being raised by a Chiropractor I know exactly what to look for when choosing the right provider. Dr. Ribeiro & Dr. Thompson are the best! You can’t go wrong if you choose either of them to be your chiropractor. They are both so caring & genuine with their parents. I am currently seeing Dr. Ribeiro for treatment of my lumbar spine. He has designed a treatment plan that works for me & when I stick to it I feel better. He is also quite knowledgeable in the nutrition department and has helped me get on the right path to being a healthier eater. I can not recommend the practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: My 1st initial visit to the office, I was welcomed by Gia, an efficient young lady. Despite her busy actions, she consistently acknowledged my presence and adeptly managed her tasks. I was particularly impressed by how she remembered the names of incoming patients and greeted everyone with a smile. I had been suffering with back pain and a recent visit to the ER. Dr. Collins then saw me she took the time to explain my situation comprehensively, ensuring I understood every detail. Following an exceptional adjustment from her, I met Deb in PT, who administered my EMS treatment with the utmost gentleness and warmth. All in all, my experience surpassed my expectations. I felt significant relief almost immediately and am optimistic about receiving continued and effective care in the future.

Negative experience: I had my first appointment today at 4:30. Was told to be there 15 minutes before and was. By 5:15 (one hour after my appointment) I was still not seen by a doctor, nor was I given an update. At about 5:00 I asked the front desk what was up and they told me I'd be seen in just a minute. I left at 5:20 without having seen anyone, and no explanation given. If I had been over an hour late I surely would have been charged for the appointment. But as a patient who's time was disrespected and wasted, I have nothing to show for my promptness. I lost time from work and went out of my way for this doctor based on reviews. It should be noted, about 9 or 10 people came in AFTER me, and all of them were seen and out of the door. I will absolutely never be back here, nor will I ever recommend them. What an absolute waste of time.

Fantastic experience: The office definitely works with your schedule so I appreciate that about them. They are also all very friendly. Love Dr. Thompson he is so accommodating and I honestly would not have lasted seeing him all year without his easy going attitude. They are very busy but they take care of you. It’s just the little touch of humanity. For example Jessica in the front talks to me about her plants, the tall blonde in the therapy section makes never makes me feel uncomfortable even when my clothes are inappropriate for therapy. The billing lady is always prompt and gives me ALL of my receipts and clarifies all the questions I have when I need it. So again busy office, but it runs very well overall and the staff is human so what more can you ask for?

Dr. Thompson is very thoughtful; he did a thorough assessment enabling him to provide expert treatment to my back, neck & shoulders. Most of the back & neck pain was eliminated in first two sessions; we’re focusing on the shoulder area now. Nalleli provided very sensitive, customized & effective massage electro-stimulation with cold or hot treatment as per instructions. Flexible, responsive & friendly scheduling with the front desk staff. All in all, an excellent experience!
