Fantastic experience: Sovita Chiropractic is the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. I had one before who didn’t fully evaluate me and didn’t find my misaligned hips which was causing me many problems. It made one leg shorter which made it prone to rolling my ankle. I hike snd backpack a lot and had many years of problems with my ankle rolling. Sovita diagnosed me and put forward a plan for recovery that is working and has improved my quality of life significantly. I am also a stroke survivor and they’ve always treated adjustments carefully and with no risk to me.

Fantastic experience: When I first came to Sovita, I was in so much pain — I couldn’t even sit upright for long without stacking pillows behind my back, and I’d often wake up in the middle of the night with headaches. During my first consultation, they took the time to educate me about how the nervous system works and how each nerve connects to different parts of the body. They did scans to see where the issues were and explained clearly how the treatment plan would help improve my posture and overall health. Now, my back doesn’t hurt anymore, and I don’t get those headaches at night. I didn’t even know there was such a thing as a subluxation before coming here — I’ve learned so much! I also love their classes that go deeper into understanding the body and the importance of regular adjustments. Every time I get adjusted, I feel lighter — like I’m walking on a fluffy cloud. Negative experience: TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. Can't hold an appointment. I tried calling to confirm a coupleof times, no answer, their voicemail was full. Almost no parking so you have to go on a scavenger hunt and if you're a few minutes late because of that they won't see you. Terrible.

Fantastic experience: I was going there for about 8/9 years and felt great, but as changes in life happens then your not able to commit. I hurt myself golfing and decided to go back and to my surprise didn't realise how bad my back was after the x-rays. I'm retiring soon and want to be able to enjoy myself and live a long healthy life. FYI a lot of people don't know that any disruption in your spine can and will disrupt other parts of your body so see a chiropractor and not a doctor, that's going to medicate you and put a bandage on your injury. Fantastic experience: Dr.Jerry and his team saved my mom from the back surgery! My mom had back pain for some time however she didn’t pay attention and one day she couldn’t walk and get up from her bed. She went to the hospital and they told her that she needs to do surgery immediately.(in Greece) She had scheduled tickets to come to USA and decide to wait until she will go back in Greece from her trip. My husband is patient of Dr. Jerry for some years now and he suggested her to see Dr.Jerry and so she can have some treatments and a second opinion.The office directly put her in the schedule and they were very helpful with the time since she needed specific time that we could bring her for appointments. Dr.Jerry take care my mom the time that she was here in Connecticut . She was doing good and didn’t have any pain after the treatments. When she returned to Greece and the doctors checked on her they asked her what the USA doctors did to you??They couldn’t believe it! Fantastic experience: ***Update: 11/1/2024 - so today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with Michael G one of Sovitas massage therapists. Let me begin by saying I have had medical issues regarding my right leg since birth. As a result I struggle with on again off again back pain and discomfort. Since starting treatment at Sovita these reoccurring problems have been less and less frequent. Having had many falls and broken bones over course of my life, along with multiple surgeries my body is extremely prone to aches and pains. I am thrilled that Sovita will now offer massage therapy at their location in Hartford. And Michael G is top notch. He took the time to explain to me why and how my body compensates and why the pain will radiate to the locations it does. He was thorough and very helpful in alleviating some of my pain points. His massage today in conjunction with my adjustment has definitely helped my body and I am looking forward to the weekend ahead, pain free. ***end update Just started treatments and so far it has been amazing. My body has been feeling so much better and I’m getting relief that I have not had in years. Grateful for everyone at SoVita.

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to this company at a bridal expo. Mike was awesome. I have an autoimmune disease that affects my nervous system so I'm constantly feeling pressure in all areas of my back. And after being analyzed by Kelsey I had a chance to sit down with Mike and all I can say is OMG OMG , it was a very quick session but I immediately felt the difference in my back walking even feels differently My fiance even noticed that I had a little bit more pep in my step and was able to come down the stairs a lot faster than what I normally would. Positive experience: Going to SoVita significantly reduced neck pain I felt for years. The location was convenient to my work office, the staff is very friendly, visits were quick, and the chiropractors were effective. However, something that is very specific to how I like to be treated, when it was time to renew my treatments, I was turned off by the religious undertone and pressure of how they tried to keep me as a client. It’s a no brainer that continued treatment prevents regression. Having me sit in a room by myself to watch a video that says I owe it to my family to keep going with the treatments seemed a little insulting.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for over ten years and would not consider going anywhere else. I get great care and can feel the difference when I miss my adjustments. The doctors are great, especially Dr. Jerry, and the staff is so friendly and competent.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to two other chiropractors before. Let me sum up my review. I could only turn my head about 55 degrees to the left and 45 to the right. I could only touch my toes if I used momentum and even then could only touch with the tips of my fingers. I was so tight in my neck and back, I was CONSTANTLY adjusting throughout the day. FIRST SESSION: Immediately, I could practically turn my head all the way to each side. Next day I reached down to touch my toes while sitting and I could easily go halfway down my hand PAST my toes, EFFORTLESSLY. I kept self adjusting throughout the day and then remembering I wasn’t in pain and didn’t need to. Can’t imagine what things will be like in a few months…

Fantastic experience: From the moment you step in the door, you will be welcomed by an aesthetically pleasing office and people who clearly love what they do! Although I am not new to chiropractic care, I appreciate the plan that SoVita has in place for their patients to educate them on chiro benefits from the initial evaluation and consultation to the health class and weekly handouts that educate and encourage us. They do send a lot of text reminders about appointments which you can probably opt-out of receiving, but some people probably need that extra nagging to stay committed to the process. The three doctors have their own unique personalities and “table-side” manner, but you will feel better after each adjustment no matter whose hands did the work. Give SoVita Chiropractic Center a try!
