Fantastic experience: review is long overdue - i have had a GREAT experience at dr novellis ! down from dr mike who is no longer available, dr rob & ofc dr novelli . i came in through no fault & they all assisted me multiple times a week to help fix the damage done to my body & dr novelli even referred me to other things like pt & massage therapy as well . when it came down to an ime trying to take it away, dr novelli stepped in to help me arbitrate it & allowed me to keep coming until a decision was made . unfortunately it took too long so i couldnt keep going as my insurance wasnt paying but in the end, they won & i truly cannot thank dr novelli enough for all his help & for believing in me when all odds were against me . & his staff are wonderful too might i add . if youre looking for a chiropractor, i recommend dr novelli !!!

Fantastic experience: My first visit was quite informative. The treatment was thorough and efficient. I was pre screened and interviewed. X-rays were completed and evaluated immediately, the x rays were shared with me as well as explained to me by 2 drs. I was informed about the latest in medical breakthroughs and advances. I was presented with useful options. I was then given spinal decompression treatment. I felt relief immediately. Other helpful treatments were also provided. The Dr.’s and the medical staff is highly trained and knowledgeable. They were kind helpful and easy to communicate with. Dr. Novelli demonstrates exceptional understanding and has the ability to communicate effectively. He is so enthusiastic and confident about sharing his knowledge with his patients. Fantastic experience: I’ve had chronic issues of both muscle weakness and muscle spasms in my left leg for years. When I lost complete control over my left last year, I was sent to a neurologist who conducted an EMG test and was told that the loss of function in my left leg was the result of two pinched nerves in my lower spine; one nerve had died, and, it was uncertain if it would grow back or how it would grow back. PT and surgery were suggested; the latter of which, I was highly skeptical. After just one visit to the Novelli knee and spine center, I experienced relief and progress in my left leg that I didn’t think was possible without surgery. Even before the doctor saw me, from just the advanced chiropractic massage chair in the waiting room, I recognized increased strength and relief in tension in my leg. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone dismayed at the lack of options to effectively treat nerve damage and not just its symptoms but at it source. Novelli listened and understood the pathology of my discomfort, targeted its source, and started me on a path toward relief in just one visit. I am very grateful, five stars all the way….

Fantastic experience: I have had back problems for a long time and nothing has work . I have try different methods than I found Dr. Novelli , I was very impressed with his expertise in my condition. After several treatments I have noticed a significant difference. I would recommend him to anyone who has pain problems. The entire staff is amazing!!

Fantastic experience: While I’ve always been Leary of chiropractors, since previous visits have left little relief over the long run, I was at my worst level of debilitating sciatica pain, after trying all the regular PT etc., I was thinking about wheelchairs, which is why I tried Novelli treatment centers. I saw both Dr Novelli and mostly had Dr John who feels how the spine and muscles are being effected through his hands and gently works them out. I experienced treatments 2x a week over 4 months now and am slowly recovering with 90% less pain. and am so relieved. Sandy adds in special massages which are very beneficial and wonderful and all the assistants are very kind and courteous and professional. Highly recommend these Novelli Spine treatment centers. Negative experience: Went to see what spinal decompression was about. Offer said free service. Had x-rays was told that I could be helped. Met with Dr. Novelli himself 2x. The second consultation the Dr. told me the cost, asked me how much money I made and when I told him he said no he couldn't in good faith have me apply for credit with what income I have. I said I could afford a certain amount, but was rejected. I really don't know of many Dr.s that refuse to help someone who needs help. Income eligible or financial capacity should not play into the helping or healing of someone who the Dr. himself says that "its not good" when you have a back issue. My advice to anyone seeking this service is have your money ready because this is how I was made to feel.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy my experiences I have had Novelli spine and knee cause I needed help with both their services are great and all of the staff are great and knowledgeable and kind and understanding. I feel like family here. Thank you for the services you do for I was in lot of pain and now the pain is Manageable. All the staff are great A1 in my book.

Negative experience: Dr Novelli doesn't have an honest bone in his body. He is highly unethical. He charged 97.00 for a free treatment. His office staff is equally dishonest. He tries to convince you to circumvent your insurance. He is quite the smooth talker and very shady...won't give you a clear answer about cost and insurance. I don't trust him or anyone on his practice. I called the office 3 different times and was told someone would get back to me....those calls were never returned. I will edit this to say that Dr. Novelli contacted me very shortly after this review was posted. He agreed to return my money and asked me to remove this review. He was clearly more interested in a bad review than he was my bad back. His behavior convinced me that my original review was correct. Dear Dr. Novelli, Please understand that back pain does not cause ignorance. Stop taking advantage of peoples' pain.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak well enough about Dr. Novelli and his staff. If you're experiencing pain and difficulties, then this is the place to go to. Everyone here is absolutely wonderful. You are treated with care, respect, and compassion. Especally Sandy, she's the best. Everything to meet your needs, especially when you're in pain, and discomfort. Stop in and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: This should say something—nothing but 5-star reviews? Strange. In our experience, it barely deserved 1 star. The only thing “Dr.” Novelli seemed to care about was money. The one time he actually met with us was just to make his pitch and take our payment. When we finally got a few minutes of his time weeks later, he brushed us off and offered nothing. Despite telling us he’d handle any insurance issues. In my opinion, he’s more interested in billing than helping. I would never recommend him, and I honestly don’t understand how he still has a license. If this gets removed, I’ll just continually repost. Adding a screenshot to go along with it.

Fantastic experience: The Novelli Spine and knee center is was great from start to finish. The front staff were very nice and knowledgeable. I met with Dr. Novelli he was very nice and really knew how to help and set up a plan. I then had a massage by Sierra ( sorry if spelled wrong) she was truly amazing. I have been in a lot of pain with a lot of knots in my shoulders and neck and she was able to work on a lot of them. If you have an injury or in pain this is definitely a place to go to get the help you need. I am very excited for my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: My lower back randomly started hurting me in my sleep. It got to the point where I could not sleep. Dr. Novelli took an x-ray and instantly diagnosed the issue. That same day he had me on the table and started treatment. After two visits I slept pain-free for the first time in a month. This place has all the best equipment and a great staff. I made appointments easily and they had plenty of availability to schedule me immediately. Would absolutely recommend.

Positive experience: I give half because I felt I got half of the attention half of the work... I did get burnt a few times with the laser.. When I asked about certain things, that's when I got them. But I thought that I was supposed to be getting all of what my money paid for. I wasn't able to give a final or get a final assessment because well, I would have to come on their time instead of the regular day that I was always coming... I got parts of the help.So I give part of the.Review! To be honest, I was more helped by the chiropractor I was going to at shorter time, so I think I'll go back to them..

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to the Novelli Spine and Knee Center twice a week for 5 weeks and and my knee is so much better. My treatments with Dr. Casey and Dr. Michelle have been very timely, comfortable and have improved my knee pain so much in such a short time. Both are so friendly and knowledgeable and have been so helpful that I no longer need a cane and can walk a much longer distance than when I started. I highly recommend Dr. Casey and Dr. Michelle for treatments.

Negative experience: I never showed any progress and they promised I would not need surgery. After my time was up, they dropped me. I am not better. Don’t be shammed! My insurance would have covered IF I showed progress. I was robbed.

Fantastic experience: I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I will be forever grateful to all the doctors, assistants and staff at Novelli Spine & Knee Center. I called them with severe pain in my lower back that had been building for nearly a year that became so bad I could barely walk, and was able to get an appointment that same day. After the free consultation and first appointment, I started the program to heal the herniated disc in my low back that had been bringing me to tears with pain and fear. Dr. Novelli explained everything from the injury itself to the treatment plan to help heal it, and did so with compassion and expertise, and always checked in with me during my healing journey. And Dr. Rob, Dr. John, Amy, Linda, and Sandy all helped me heal a little more every single day when I came in. They were all so caring and competent with not just treating my injury, but being a ray of sunshine every time I saw them. The technology treatments of the muscle stimulation, laser treatments and spinal decompression table were something I looked forward to every day because they not only helped me heal, but they all felt amazing and relaxing each time. Sarah and Jill at reception were helpful and kind from the first moment I spoke to both on the phone, and Chad was also a kind and caring presence from the first moment I walked in. For a place that people go to when they are in extreme pain, there sure is a lot of joy in that office - that alone tells you how compassionate, caring, and skilled these doctors and staff members are at helping people heal. I will go back to them for regular chiropractic adjustments as I need them, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone in my life who mentions back or knee issues in the future.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the awesome staff at Novelli Spine & Knee Center! Under their care, the pain and swelling in my bad knee has been greatly reduced. The take home knee sleeve with red light therapy they recommended is easy to use and has been effective in helping me heal and train for baseball more frequently. I highly recommend their facility!

Fantastic experience: I was involved in a 5 car accident I was car 4 I went to Dr Novelli for decompression of the neck and back the staff from the front office to the dr’s themselves were always very friendly and helpful my treatment plan went very well use those massage chairs they really are amazing thank me later unfortunately for me I moved too Florida and still need to find a chiropractor here for me and my wife Dr.Novelli please move too Pinellas Park Florida but we do go see the novelli team when we do come up for a visit to Buffalo thank you Dr Novelli And Dr Mike and staff

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a variety of chiropractors and pretty much every massage parlor in town! The doctors at Novelli have brought me the most relief . They have techniques I’ve never had done before this and the results speak for themselves . I originally went in because of a pinched nerve which was verified by the xray and after a handful of visits and some good adjustments I can feel the difference already . I highly recommend a consultation if you are looking for results you can see and feel .

Fantastic experience: When I arrived to Dr Novelli's office, I could barely walk. I had pain in my hip and leg and had lost much of my mobility. I was also suffering from positional vertigo. I had no idea my vertigo was related to my alignment in my neck. After just one visit, my vertigo symptoms had almost completely gone away and my mobility was much improved. Fantastic experience: I had extreme lower back pain and pain around the hips. I felt locked up. I did a walk in with an old chiropractor I used to go to on Monday who did a routine adjustment, told me I sprained my SI Joint and was told they were in poor condition and then sent me on my way. I was still in pain, slow moving with little relief. This morning Dr Novelli told me to come in and see him. I had trouble putting my shoes on, could bend over just about halfway in pain, trouble getting in and out of my car, hurt to sit, lie down, and walk and I was slow moving. Still in pain. Dr Novelli gave me decompression on my lower back stretching my lower back thoroughly and gave me an adjustment on both my hips/legs and told me to stand up and see how far I could bend over. To my surprise the pain was gone and I bent over without any problems. Put both my shoes on without any issues. I was also back to my normal walking pace and was able to sit without any discomfort. My pain was gone and I was able to get in and out of my car with ease. I am extremely grateful to have found a highly knowledgeable and compassionate Doctor who not only took the time to get me better but also cared to get me there. He is the only one who has assisted in getting me back to good health each and every time I see him. I am always leaving feeling better and stronger and never does it ever feel like its a routine visit as he is thorough each and every time and listens always providing the best care. Professional, caring, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable... I would highly recommend Dr Novelli for any and all of your chiropractic care. My only regret is not going to see Dr Novelli on Monday and gotten the proper care that I deserved and feeling better sooner; but so grateful that he squeezed me in today to heal me. I am truly grateful and relieved. He is the only one I can completely trust to give me excellent care each and every time and I have been to many Chiropractors. Fantastic experience: My journey to recovery began when I was debilitated by excruciating sciatic pain that radiated from my lower back down to my left ankle. Simple tasks like standing or walking became unbearable, and even sitting brought discomfort. The pain was a constant 10, disrupting my sleep and daily life. After trying various chiropractors without success and considering spine surgery, I turned to Novelli Wellness Center in Orchard Park, NY, for spinal decompression treatments. Initially, I underwent three sessions a week for five weeks, followed by two sessions a week for three weeks. Through X-rays and an MRI, I discovered I had stenosis and a degenerative disk in my lower lumbar (L3 & L4). It took about three treatments before I started feeling relief, and each subsequent session brought further improvement. Now, I'm thrilled to be resuming most of my pre-injury activities. A recent X-ray comparison after twenty treatments showed remarkable progress - the previously pinched nerve in my lower lumbar disk (L3 & L4) had expanded from 2.5mm to 5.5mm. While the past five months have been challenging, I wish I had discovered Novelli Wellness Center sooner. I'm eager to return to playing pickleball and aim to start playing games again in two weeks. I'm deeply grateful for the exceptional care and expertise of Dr. Rob and the entire staff, who clearly explained my condition, treatment, and long-term expectations.

Fantastic experience: I had serious knee issues especially in my left knee. I was not sure what to expect when I came here. I have to say these are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people when it comes to knee problems. They actually care and they are thorough. For anyone who is skeptical please give them a chance. You will see some results. These people are awesome and I am walking better than I have in a while.

Negative experience: Looking at their response again and increasingly enraged that Novelli's office is saying they gave me a "free evaluation". $97 is far from free!! Either: A) the person who responded is misinformed about my visit, or B) they are lying I have the credit card charge to prove my side. ------ Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to respond to the response to my review - so I need to do it here in my original review. I was not seen for a "FREE" evaluation as they state. I was charged $97 on August 31, 2023. This was for the initial evaluation. I was told when I made the appointment that my insurance wouldn't cover it. I trusted them and didn't question it. My mistake. I later confirmed that my insurance would have covered it and tried to get my money back and have them bill my insurance. They (Novelli office) said they'd look into it and I never heard from them again. The MRI order was part of the visit I paid $97 for. I assumed the reading of the MRI results was also part of that fee. Beware!! I was advised by my primary care physician to see a chiropractor for some scapula/elbow pain. I found Novelli online thru my insurance company and scheduled a visit. First Red Flag - they wouldn't bill my insurance for the evaluation. I checked later with my insurance and they said they pay for chiropractic evaluation. After the visit and some other red flags were identified I tried to get my money back and have Novelli bill my insurance - Denied. Second Red Flag - Went in for the evaluation "Dr." Novelli diagnosed me from behind his desk. He eventually did get up and do a minimal check, but the lights were already flashing. He did send me for an MRI. One Green Flag. Went back for a follow-up with the MRI results. Didn't see Dr. Novelli, but another provider there. He took a look at the MRI and said - "Wow! Are you a boxer! Your neck is in bad shape." Third Red Flag - They tried to sell me some fancy stretching procedure on some machine they bought. Also tried to sell some light therapy. Big pamphlet with lots of pretty pictures and a big number on the back ($6,000 range). Buuuuuuut - if I paid up front they would give me a discount. Oh, and also my insurance wouldn't really cover it - or would maybe cover a little bit of it. Funny. The fancy pamphlet didn't cite any studies or have any other documentation on the efficacy of the stretchy machine. Told them I'd have to think about it.... Checked in with a Physical Therapist. He looked at the MRI, said I had a neck that looked like what he would expect for an active person of my age. Said there is no documentation that the stretching works - other than short term relief. And that insurance doesn't cover it because it is snake oil - my words. Also went to a neurosurgeon. Also found nothing unusual with my neck. Its not in great shape - but nothing surgery is needed for and I could do stretching of the neck with a $30 sling. I decided to go with the Physical Therapy and had several sessions to work on my neck and upper body range of motion. All covered by insurance and all helpful. Interesting that my insurance company no longer lists Novelli as a provider. Run Far - Run Fast from Novelli

Negative experience: I’m a 28 yr old, former collegiate athlete. I have interacted with a lot of sports medicine and medical professionals. I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable as my experience with Dr. Novelli. It felt like a sales tactic and he made repeated remarks about chronic back pain leading to suicide. I’ve been going to PT for a month, covered by insurance and am back to normal.

Fantastic experience: I came here in 2021 after hurting my back at work. They worked to fix my back and in 2024 my back is still doing well! Just recently my fiance hurt his back and has been receiving treatment at the new location. He has been super grateful of Novelli's team and is doing much better now!

Fantastic experience: I started in April 2020 at the start of the Pandemic so my specialist care was put on hold. Dr Novelli & team took me on and gave me back a less painful life without medication. I’ve been suffering with FOOT pain for over 40 years. Yes they treat foot pain and Dr Mike took on the challenge of figuring out what worked for me. Prior to meeting with them, I was in a walking boot every 3-4 months Every team member is extremely pleasant and greets & treats everyone equally.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first appointment with Dr. Novelli. Wow. Just wow. While waiting I sat in the massage chairs to ‘loosen me up.’ Then he worked on my back to get it right. This was the first time I’ve left a chiropractor with less pain than when I walked in. Very impressed with the new facility and how great the staff is.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Novelli Wellness Center for their Grand Opening. The staff was attentive, friendly and the doctors were present and very knowledgeable. I was mostly interested in their stem cell treatment and I had hard nosed questions about it. The doctors answered all my questions furthermore they also expanded on their post stem cell procedure treatments. Finally, I was chosen for a free stem cell treatment and I couldn't believe how easy and painless the procedure was, I can't wait to feel the results. I recommend for anyone that has knee pain to come and try the Novelli Wellness Center, it will be the best thing you'll do.

Negative experience: Update 2/8/24: My main problem, and there is no confusion with this, is the charge against my HSA account without my card. This is a huge red flag for me as I wasn't made aware that a card would be put on file. Came here because of a recommendation. Charged me 90 dollars at first, Gave them my HSA card, got X-rays done. After reviewing the X-rays was told that he didn't want to give me an adjustment. Talked about the plan they have, I declined. Said he was going to have a different doctor deal with me, went to that doctor's room to find them not there, so Dr Novelli started to work on me with the table. After the table asked if I wanted an adjustment (didn't you just tell me you didn't want to?). After that was done went out to the massage chairs. When that was done no one was around so I left. Found that they charged my card again without my authorization, also wasn't aware that they would put my card on file. The next day my lower back was so sore, but was told this might happen, this continued for a week. Haven't returned.

Fantastic experience: Dr Novelli’s disc center has helped me to improve my spinal situation. I have three herniated disc’s and had bad sciatica in my right side. It was very debilitating and hurt a lot. Their latest techniques of spinal decompression, laser therapy, and matrix stimulation have helped to reduce the pain and give me back quality of life. I am only one quarter of the way through my treatments and my back has responded very well. Injections or surgery were my alternative. I am very happy to have come across Dr Novelli’s facebook offering. His staff is excellent and they care for their patients. I also liked the fact that he stands behind his treatments and prognosis with his guarantee.

Fantastic experience: I chose to go to Novelli Wellness Center for my knees after reading a review from someone I knew. I went through the knee program and followed up with the stem cell injection. So far I have major improvement in my mobility, a little stiffness at times but not that awful burning pain. I one more injection to go and am excited about my future! I cannot say enough about the knowledgeable, and friendly staff. The entire group is A+ in my book!!!

Negative experience: I was duped by this office. I was a patient back a couple years ago, resumed treatment this year. My copay for chiropractic treatments is $20. After my first appointment, there was no one at the desk when I needed to checkout, so I left. After the second appointment, I handed the woman my bank card. When I got home I realized they charged me over $200. I was being billed $60 for a massage (WHAT?) and another amount for laser therapy? (ALSO, WHAT?) I was NEVER told these items were 1. Not billable to my insurance but also 2. Not included in the services I was receiving. Besides the laser therapy, I was not getting anything different than I was in the year 2021, so why would it be any different? When I complained, they offered to give me a credit for services but I will NEVER step foot in that office again. Shady, shady. This isn’t a doctors office, it’s a medical spa…and you will pay for it!

Fantastic experience: Laser therapy was never something I would have considered as a treatment option, but I’m so glad I did. From the moment you walk in you are aware you’re in a place of healing. Managing pain is everyone’s top priority in this building. The kindness and respect, the cleanliness and comfort are beyond compare. If you are suffering, do not wait another day. If you have had any doubts or negative experiences with other doctors, give yourself the opportunity to change your mind - and your life - with this practice. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Positive experience: Best I have felt in years. (added 12/26/22): Treatment is great, however now trying to deal with billing issues for several months with very little to no assistance. Billing issues have been resolved, just wish they were participating with my insurance provider.

Fantastic experience: Great place and after just 1 visit, I felt amazing to the point where I went home and caught up on some chores that I wasn't able to do before but, the affects of the treatment has worn off and I want to get in again ASAP due to severe pain. Fantastic experience: So I was super nervous about going to a chiropractor as I have never been to one before… took a 15’ fall several years ago and my back was limiting me too much. I was actually going to cancel my appointment and was just getting ready to call, when Dr. Novelli himself called my phone to see if I wanted to come in earlier. I expressed my concerns. And after several minutes, I took the earlier appointment and went in. Everyone was incredibly nice and Dr. Novelli met me right away and spent at least 20 minutes getting my history in my background and explaining to me what they are all about. After getting massaged, x-rayed and stretched, I can’t believe the difference that first visit made already. I’m looking forward to my next appointment this coming Saturday and I highly recommend these guys!

Negative experience: Unfortunately after $4k no great results. I have deteriorating cartilage of both knees. Knees are still the same. Even after the xray before and after you can see no difference. Sucks was really hoping they could help. The place itself was nice, along with receptionist and physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: I was having numbness and tingling in my legs, as it turns out I have 4 herniated discs in my spine. I never had any pain but after Dr.Novelli found potential problems on my x-ray (which they did right at the office) I got an MRI which revealed what he speculated as solid truth. After a round of treatments using decompression, laser, and adjustments I know my spine is coming back to life. I am thankful for the wisdom, knowledge, training, hospitality and true caring and understanding they took to help me from becoming like so many others and winding up in the hospital being recommended surgery. I feel like I dodged a bullet. Now maintenence is all that is required! Thank God!

Also, when several feet of snow prevented me from going to my appointments, Dr. Novelli texted me a link with some stretches I could do from home to loosen up after shoveling. Fantastic experience: Dr. Novelli treated my severe sciatica with spinal decompression and laser therapy treatments. He and his staff provide effective treatment with respect and kindness. My sciatica pain seemed to be getting worse after lots of well-meaning providers’ care. I felt I was too young to limit my activity and walk hunched over. It was getting bad. Three people I know sent me the FB message regarding Dr. Novelli’s Seminar to end pain with spinal decompression and laser therapy. Fantastic experience: I love the Novelli Wellness Center! It's much different than any chiropractor I've been to. Not just a one size fits all, crack you, and send you in your way. Dr. Biliniski takes his time to figure out what's out of wack and helps to stretch out my tight muscles and gets my joints moving. The receptionists are also super sweet and friendly! And they have cool massage chairs in the waiting room (not that I've tried them yet).

Fantastic experience: Today 5/3/22 was my 1st treatment & I am amazed at how much better I felt after! I woke up hurting all over, could barely bend down to put my shoes on. After my treatment I had bounce in my step, which I haven't had in a long time. Fantastic experience: Received a warm welcome checking in for the first time, very cheerful a nice atmosphere. Dr Jordan Conrad examined me and took time to listen and explain to me on a level that I could understand. I look forward to my appointments knowing I will receive the best possible care. It is going on the 4th week now, and I can definitely see an improvement in my walking, sitting and sleeping. Dr Conrad has worked very hard to help me with sciatica with horrible nerve pain. Fantastic experience: I have had a nagging neck and shoulder issue for the last few months which inhibited me from turning my head all the way to the right. After some minor adjustments with Dr Conrad, I have full range of motion, no more nagging, soreness/stiffness and could not be happier. Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my first visit to the Center. Dr. Novelli was behind me and saw my difficulty walking, got a wheelchair and took me inside himself and right back to the treatment area. Never had a doc more attentive. He went through all the testing, diagnosis, treatment plan as well as started treatment today. I will ongoing treatment there and it’s worth the 1.5 hour drive to do so.

Fantastic experience: I write reviews... hardly ¡EVER! but when my 14 years of spinal struggle has relief, it's a must❗ Damage to 8 disc bulging and/or herniated: 1 cervical repair surgery, 1 lumbar repair surgery using screws in both instances. According to surgeon, amount of damage remaining makes me eligible for additional cervical and lumbar repair. Since the top and bottom of spine is damaged, it was only a matter of time until the middle (thorasic) discs responded negatively from improper alignment. Joining the party: fibromyalgia, spasms, sciatica, radiating pain/spasms, neuropathy & all the other adjoining not so fun nuisance ailments. ■After 1 massage/decompression appointment: - radiating spasms ⬇️ - after 2: all spasms ⬇️ - after 3: [pain scale 1-10] my max of 20 ⬇️ to 10 Now I'm venturing to water exercise class to simultaneously lengthen, tighten and strengthen muscles/ range of motion. ■Renewed hope, less meds, increased quality of life and decrease of 'what ails' all made possible by Dr. Novelli and his kind staff. I might even put on a shoe without assessing "therapeutic support" someday!

Fantastic experience: I came here with a lower back injury that turned out to be a herniated disc. Through extensive PT with Dr. Brian and Dr. Korey I was able to go from barely moving with lots of pain to going back to work without surgery. Fantastic experience: They are very kind they are very hospitable when you're uncomfortable to go to places that you've never been in a little scared there is no reason for you to be soon as you walk in the door that goes away for me that was a big deal. Besides the fact that my pain would be on a scale of 1 to 10 would be like a 20 no joke, it is so therapeutic it feels amazing I can only say I wish I would have went more in the past but now I'm going all the time and I'm not stopping because this is definitely helping me from having surgery no disrespect in any way to anyone else. After checking in, you get to relax in the massage chair while getting the defusing tranquil mindset with the luxury of staring off into the clouds above! Not only is this the cleanest and greenest of doctors offices, but the optimal performance of the many chiropractors on hand with one goal to make your experience beneficial. I personally have more progress then i imagined possible. Through communication, planning and executing various therapy's i truly can testify to being more comfortable and definitely improved my quality of life. Everyone gets to know you very quickly and they are always always on top of everything for you, like approvals from your insurance to getting doctors notes that they or the insurance companies may need. So many nice people work here. Mary & Ari at reception are so kind and will help you however they can, then there is Korey, a physical therapist who I can't rave about enough. She is gentle, kind, caring and most importantly she knows what she is doing. Please don't pass this place by when your scrolling and looking for a great chiropractic office and physical therapy staff. I promise you'll fall in love with this place just like I did!

Fantastic experience: At first I was skeptical, free appointment to pull me in to a commitment. Well I was wrong the free appointment was an eye opener into a step towards recovery. I went in for lower back pain that’s been plaguing me for over 10 years. I left my first appointment feeling immediate relief and benefits.
