Fantastic experience: Dr. Lars is very good, and that is coming from a person whose body isn't easy to match with a chiropractor. I do construction work for a living and likely have fibromyalgia and certainly have chronic and intense muscle tension. A harsh adjustment can leave me in great pain, so instead, I need a very focused and careful adjustment. Dr. Lars took the time to get me positioned properly and relaxed, and then did the manipulation with gentle force. He was able to get good movement in the center to top of my back, which is often times difficult or impossible for other chiropractors to do. I'm working out of town and saw his good reviews, so I decided to give him a try. The reviews were correct, and I wish he was located near me. If I need another adjustment while in the san diego area, he will be my first choice.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several locations of the Joint all over the country and while I've never had a bad provider, some of the receptionists left a less than appealing taste in my mouth. This particular location is the best I've been to. Donita at the front desk is so amazing. She is welcoming, empathetic and so helpful making it easier for patients to get treated. Dr. Graney is the reason I keep coming back. I have a complicated injury and not only was he familiar with it, he has been the only person capable of providing me relief. He helps me so much, I drive 30+ minutes to see him. I'm beyond grateful to the team over at The Joint in Eastlake.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this location since they opened around 2019 or so. They started out with quality chiropractors, but then they started to get really bad. I went in last week to give it one more shot, and to be honest, I was planning on canceling my membership. But I noticed a lot seemed to have changed. The young lady at the counter was so nice and polite. Her vibes were very pleasant. And my chiropractor was Dr. Lars…and he was great. Prior to him, they would adjust both sides and your neck and say bye. But Dr. Lars actually adjusted everything and quite efficiently. Needless to say, I’m going to keep my membership and give it another try. Only “con” I had was… I hated waiting in the adjustment area while another patient was getting adjusted. I felt uncomfortable for the other patient. And same thing when someone was in there waiting for my adjustment to finish. Although it’s no big deal for me, I’m sure it’s awkward for others to talk about your pains and ailments in front of strangers. Keep in mind, there is a Lobby here with multiple chairs, and I have no problem waiting in the waiting room for the previous patient to leave. I’m sure others would feel the same.

Fantastic experience: One visit of adjustment and my pain has gone away. It was very easy to setup an appointment online and had a great experience.

Negative experience: I saw a new patient special online and got a call soon right after I gave my info. Cool, no problem, I listened to the associate talk and wanted to think about it first. Fast forward I’ve gotten calls every few days with different numbers calling me and every time I said I would schedule on my own time. I had to tell the last associate to stop calling and she said she would take my number off the list but I still got a call today. Even if I did want to try it out I don’t anymore at this point….follow up once or twice, not 10 times!

Negative experience: The person that I spoke to on the phone just now, 9/13/2025 @10:29am, was so rude when I told her I wanted to cancel my membership. I have NEVER spoken to a Joint associate so rude, and I’ve been going to the Joint for YEARS. She tried to tell me my only option to cancel it, was to come in, and I told her that isn’t true. Her attitude and disrespect was so bad, I honestly cannot remember ever talking to an employee so disrespectful in ANY establishment in my entire life. After back and forth about me not being able to come in. She finally told me she could send me an email to cancel it, then she hung up on me. That associate was terrible. I’m so disappointed, and definitely wouldn’t return to this location because of her. I just received the email to cancel, and it stated there was an attached form. But nothing was attached!

He took the time to learn my history, tailor the adjustment to my needs, and leave me with a foam roller plan to help at home.
