Negative experience: September 4th 2023 marks the 2 year anniversary of Dr. Lance Myers physically assaulting me on the table. I offered my friendship and told him of previous DV abuse I had suffered. I am still healing from these wounds he inflicted. I would definitely Not recommend Dr. Lance Myers.

As if it were a 5 star hotel with a host friendly staff. They answered every concern and question I had asked them . Dr. Seth explained all of the medical concerns I had to me with complete satisfaction. It's a terrific environment for wellness.

If you have a workers comp injury they're more than happy to walk you through it; so there's no awkward attention. All in all it's a great Christian based work environment. You will get the utmost care.

Fantastic experience: I have had issues with my neck since I had an injury when I was 19. I was in pain for years until someone finally convinced me to go. Caraotta was the most recommended place to me. After a few visits, I was already feeling so much better. I wish I could say I stick to my routine visits but I always wait until I’m in pain again to go back...and every time they fix me right back up! I mostly see Dr. Micka, however every Chiropractor I’ve been to here is amazing. Most of my friends and staff go here as well. We all highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated well by several different chiropractors at this clinic for over 15 years. Great experiences. The office and doctors all are very welcoming and helpful. They give good counsel on stretching, etc, that can keep your adjustments working for you longer. I have experienced so much help from chiropractic and this clinic. Chiropractic care is beneficial at any age. You can learn things here that you won't hear from other health and medical providers.

Fantastic experience: This is my second review. I have had all the Doctors work on me now. Dr. Huber was the "lucky" one today. I should be better with maintenance, but as life has it I am not. I went in today for multiple issues and left in better shape than when I came in. If you are able to tell them what is wrong they can usually help. Fantastic experience: Dr Lance is great. I have been seeing him for almost 2 months now. I came in with neck and shoulder pain, unable to turn my head side to side. After visit 3, I had full mobility of my neck again and by visit 5, no more stabbing shoulder pain. They correctly worked with me and my insurance and I finally felt like I was at a place that was not only truthful and transparent but I truly felt SO much better after my adjustments. Fantastic experience: I took my daughter so that she could have x-rays done on an arm that she had hurt. The wait wasn't long, and the staff was very friendly and competent, which I appreciated. Dr. Micka was pleasant and very thorough. I liked that he asked a lot of questions and listened when either my daughter or I responded. I didn't feel like we were being pressured to do treatments or to schedule a bunch of visits. I was given options and advice that left me feeling more at ease about my daughter's recovery. It was certainly a pleasant enough experience for us to go back, and also, to recommend to others.

Negative experience: The women who work here are very nice ladies but the chiropractors on the other hand are cookie cutter chiropractors (chiropractors office that require all new patients to follow the SAME predetermined schedule of visits - 3x/week for 3 weeks and then 2x/week for 6 weeks and then once per week for an additional 17 weeks). I went to this Chiropractor for about a year and a half and during my last 6 months I could feel my body starting to depend on the adjustments more than anything. My back and neck got to the point where I was no longer able to even sit in a regular position without me having some kind of pain because my chiropractor kept adjusting only one area of my body and using the same method each time when other parts of my body also needed adjustments. I would specifically ask for him to adjust other parts of my body but he gave me an excuse each time instead of telling me he didn’t know how to adjust my other concerns. Also, the “customized” support soles that I received can only do so much when it comes to providing support. As soon as it became unbearable for me to sleep because my neck and back started to adjust ON ITS OWN whenever I would lay down or sit down, I stopped going. Once I stopped going to this chiropractor and started working out to build muscle and I also started receiving massages my body slowly started getting better. I am still in the process of trying to fix what my chiropractor made worse because my QL is locked and it has been locked up since I went to this Chiropractor, affecting my left hip and shoulder mobility. I wasn’t even aware of the issue with my QL until my massage therapist told me, I just knew something was tight and not right and I even tried to let the chiropractor here know about it but he gave me excuses. It will be a year in a few months since I have been to this chiropractor. I do not recommend going here. Go to a chiropractor like Cater Chiropractor because they actually specialize in adjusting or just tending to different parts of the body and they also have an amazing massage therapist available. I’m only writing this review because I’m tired of being contacted by the office.

Positive experience: I have had very limited range of motion without pain in a shoulder due to need for shoulder replacement as well as torn tendons and ligaments. Caraotta chiropractic orthopedics was recommended by my niece who had a similar but less severe issue. She was amazed with her improvement, and after three sessions I am amazed with how much mine situation has improved. The people are friendly, competent, and check-in regularly during treatments to make sure everything is okay or if you want changes. Dr Lance does a great job as well.

Fantastic experience: I visited Caraotta Chiropractic on a recommendation from an employee after slipping and landing on my neck playing kickball in the rain with my kids. I couldn't move my neck and was in quite a bit of pain. I must say I was somewhat skeptical. I came in and they put some sort of electrical stimulation on my neck then the Doctor came in, got me in a good old fashioned head lock, picked me up (big guy) and did some yanking and twisting. It sounds a bit dramatic but it was rather miraculous! I walked out with full mobility and the pain was 90% gone then and there. Two days later I felt no pain at all and got back to my usual reckless life of mountain biking and kick boxing and other activities not recommended for those over 60. I haven't had the need to return but will should I have another incident such as this.

Fantastic experience: I've had back problems for as long as I can remember. Not so much since moving to the area 6 years ago when I found Caraotta Chiropractic in Rockford!!! Whenever I do something dumb like trying to pick up something that's too heavy, I know where to go. Dr Lance will have me straightened out in no time. The staff is also great and you don't have to wait long once you arrive. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: When I walked in I couldn’t stand up for more than 5 minutes without my back being completely out. I am now able to get dinner without it hurting until almost done. I was at Target the other day & I was able to walk over half the store before I could feel my back getting sore. This is the first time for 6 months or more.
