Fantastic experience: 5 Stars is really only for the doctors. Not the best part of town or office center, avoid going right before lunch because they might tell you to leave if waiting for a ride or something akin, then lock the door second you step out; whether it's raining or hot, not very hospitable, especially after an adjustment, and you smell food in the air. A bit expensive but possibly worth it, if you're not being rushed out the door and made to feel that's normal. If desk staff comments about scheduled diagnostics/MRI anxiety saying, "It's all in your head anyway" try not to listen to that, for obvious common sense reasons. Office can also get crowded and nobody wears a mask, even during flu season. ironic. But again, the doctors are great and probably the best choice in the local area.

Negative experience: Set up my appointment for 11:30 I get there at 11:39 I rushed over there and I’m waiting 20 minute at 20 minutes I left. I made sure I was on time. No one let me know it was going to be a little bit longer or checking up on me.

Fantastic experience: Walked in without an appointment and the wait was short. Came in with shoulder pain from a sports injury and had limited mobility. X ray was taken on the spot and after determining there was no fracture the doctor alleviated my pain. After the procedure I had increased my range of mobility in my shoulder and had less pain than when I walked in. Total cost was much less and much quicker than if I had gone to urgent care. I highly recommend Dr.Billy Thanks!
