Fantastic experience: ATI physical Therapy on Cooley Street in Springfield , MA is definitely the best PT place I have ever gone to. Professional and know how to deal with many issues people have. The clinic director is the best.

Negative experience: The physical therapist herself is excellent—knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Unfortunately, the front desk and authorization/billing staff are the complete opposite. From the beginning, I informed the office that prior authorization was required. They failed to submit it, yet continued scheduling visits and repeatedly asked me for copayments I do not have. If authorization had been done correctly, they would have known that my physical therapy is 100% covered with NO copay. Instead of verifying benefits, the front desk staff argued with me each time. I ultimately had to call my insurance myself and do their job for them. Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield confirmed directly to the office that I have full coverage and explained that claims would be denied due to their failure to obtain authorization. Patients should not have to manage insurance authorizations or defend themselves against incorrect billing. Because of the repeated administrative errors and unprofessional handling by the front desk, . Now I have to wait on them to file the authorization & I am not sure if I want to go back to this place!!!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding ATI Physical Therapy at Cooley St Springfield MA. John Bulawa was my main Therapist who tremendously helped me with my health concerns, explained the benefit of the exercises. Coached and encouraged me each step of the way. After months of physical therapy I am relieved to feel intermittent mild discomfort and help of maintenance my home exercises. John is kind, caring, extremely supportive. I am grateful for his knowledge and experience. All staff are friendly, kind and caring. ATI is the best physical therapy experience highly recommend.

Max has been one of the best Physical Therapy Professionals I have encountered. He listened, planned a strategic recovery protocol, and continuously made the changes needed to ensure timely recovery through continued progress.Pushing me to reach my potential/ goals. He is extremely attentive to his patients, wants, needs, & most importantly emotions. Max had an infectious smile in which helped us the patients smile even when deep down we wanted to cry or give up when in pain. However, I want to especially highlight Elizabeth and Donna, my main therapists. They both provided outstanding care, showing great patience, dedication, and knowledge. Thanks to their personalized attention and constant encouragement, I saw a big improvement in my condition. They always made me feel listened to, cared for, and motivated to keep progressing. Fantastic experience: ATI is amazing!! Meg and Donna helped me heal from an ongoing hamstring/knee injury in the past. This was something that had set me back from my lifestyle for years. I recently started again for a herniated disc and have already felt the progress and relief 2 weeks in. Staff are extremely intelligent and genuinely kind people. They are clear and helpful while teaching the exercises and explaining the reasons for them. All of the staff at ATI are friendly and welcoming right when you enter the door. I recommend this place to every person struggling with an injury or in need of PT.

Fantastic experience: I see Meghan B. At ATI in Springfield for pain I am having due to a torn meniscus in my knee. I saw Meghan about 4 years ago with the same problem, and between her and other therapists there, I was able to avoid surgery and live pain free. Then I tore it again so I am back. As always, I am having a positive experience with Meghan, and her assistant, Alison. I am already feeling better after just a few visits and home exercises. I highly recommend having PT here as everyone is friendly and helpful.

They are extremely accommodating of my schedule and have later hours. I can't imagine how my experience with the staff could be any better. Fantastic experience: I have suffered from brain fog for seven years and have tried many treatment options with no success. Megan Bradley at ATI Physical Therapy is the first person who figured out what was going on and to give me treatments that have given me hope! For the first time since my brain fog began about eight years ago, I can go months without any problems.

After my first visit my injured leg was starting to feel improvement and after two weeks I’m walking and climbing stairs with confidence. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Everyone is so nice. I came in with Migraine and symptoms with TMJ. I never knew I could get PT for this. I would come in with excruciating pain in my temples and lower neck and back of head. Donna helped me immensely. One time she massaged the occipital lobe and cerebellum for just a few minutes and my whole days perspective changed!! I was given tips and tools to try at home and therapy only works if we also do the work ourselves. I have to say that I would recommend this specific location to anyone. The pain, came from my neck, all the way down my armqirh muscle spasms. My thumb and pointer finger would get knumb, tingly and fall asleep. I am so happy with my results. Fantastic experience: I've been in physical therapy several times and this is the best. The therapists are professional and helpful in getting mobility back. They helped me get stronger and improve my balance. Every therapist is friendly and I enjoyed my sessions there. The facility is clean and comfortable. I felt very well taken care of by all staff. I would recommend ATI and especially this location.

Fantastic experience: The people are great. Really make sure you are at your comfort level. Watch you carefully to make sure you are getting the full benefits of what you are doing. Very encouraging with praise if you are doing well offer suggestions if you feel you are not getting the results you thought you were. I have only three visits so far but am feeling improvement

Fantastic experience: I had Makayla Lachance as my therapist. I came in with a compressed nerve in my neck. I have to say I am 90 per cent better. By the time I left ATI on Cooley St I knew everyones name. Just a big family.

I've probably had more post-operative pain than the average hip-replacement patient, but this team has helped tremendously. Everyone is friendly and competent. Fantastic experience: I go to ATI Physical Therapy in Springfield, MA. The staff is wonderful, very attentive, and do exercises geared towards my cervical Dystonia and migraines. I receive a specialty treatment of micro-needling. This I would recommend to everyone!! I have significant improvement in my range of motion in my neck after 10+ years!! Megan is absolutely amazing and does a wonderful job in this specialty treatment that isn’t offered in most places. I receive instant pain relief and it is also very effective for migraines too. This facility & staff are amazing and have NO complaints whatsoever! Fantastic experience: This is my second time getting treated at ATI on Cooley St. My trainers Maddeline, Donna and Lock were very attentive to my needs. They pushed me and were affirming of me in my recovery journey. Not only were they professional, but humorous as well. IT WAS A SAFE SPACE IN 2020, AFTER MY KNEE SURGERY AND DEFINATELY A SAFE AND FUN PLACE AFTER MY BACK SURGERY, MOST RECENTLY. I truly believe, in addition to the great surgeon that performed my back surgery, the therapists at ATI, were instrumental in my recovery!! I am forever grateful!!

Fantastic experience: I am recently returning to the clinic on Cooley St for neck pain and headaches. They saw me for rotator cuff repair previously. I trust them with my care so I returned for this issue They were accommodating with my schedule and availability. .Physical therapy doesn't end when a patient leaves the building . They make sure that I understand the importance of carrying over my exercises to the home setting. . The clinic is always clean. I always see staff wiping tables and equipment down. Meghan and Donna are the best!

Fantastic experience: I honestly didn't think physical therapy could help me. I have degenerative disc disease and have lost four discs in my neck. I also have moderate arthritis and foraminal stenosis in my back. Kelsey and Lindsay surprised me! I almost never have a pain level above 4 any more and have gotten back more flexibility than I thought would be possible! EVERYONE at this location was so friendly and kind. Fantastic experience: So when my doctor asked if I wanted to try physical therapy again, I was unsure at first, because it didn't really seem to help before. But I decided to give it a shot, and I'm super happy I did!!!! The physical therapist they assigned me to is freaking awesome!!!! She's very knowledgeable and she knows what she's doing!!!! She's super sweet, and very polite. She explained everything that she was gonna do, before she did it to make sure I was comfortable. I didn't feel like I was being judged. I met a few of the other patients while waiting to meet my physical therapist, and they told me I would like it there. They were absolutely right!!! I'm really happy I decided to give physical therapy another shot. If you're in the market for a new physical therapist, give A.T.I. a try!!!!
