Negative experience: Austin made big promises from day one, but none of them were ever fulfilled. Austin sounded perfect until the payment was done. Austin After taking the money, their attitude completely changed. AustinFollow-ups were ignored, and timelines kept getting pushed without explanation. What was promised as “guaranteed” turned out to be false assurance. AustinThere was no transparency, only excuses and blame-shifting. Austin Quality of service was far below what was advertised. AustinI feel completely cheated and misled by their false commitments. Austin This experience felt less like a service and more like a money grab. Think twice before trusting them, as they looted money with empty promises. Never recommend Austin.

Fantastic experience: Love coming here! Chiro one’s, Dr Austin Warden, and ALL the staff are excellent with my body care.I am feeling SO much better already a month into treatment. It’s a total body wellness and stretching applications for total wellness for life to prevent having to start from scratch (again). My issues were my cervical but also my lower back and plantar fasciitis which has been helped as well. Come on in and get check out!

Fantastic experience: As a long-time runner, battling hip and back pain for the past 3-5 years made running and working out an impossibility. I couldn’t stand on one leg to put on my shoes, and the pain from just lying down to sleep was excruciating. Going to physical therapy two separate times (twice a week for months each time) didn’t alleviate the pain, and rest made it worse. One chiropractor wanted to charge $10k, and insurance didn’t cover chiropractic care. Chiro One understood my insurance issues and based on my x-rays and physical assessment, the doctor was more concerned with helping me than getting $10k. I’ve been going for the past few months, and although I have a ton of work left to do, I’m now able to stand one leg, walk without as much pain, and I’m back at the gym - just not the treadmill YET! In addition, they staff are wonderful! They are sure to greet you every time you walk in the door and say goodbye when you leave. They are kind and friendly. You always feel very welcome when you are there. It makes me feel like I’m going to visit my friends. I highly recommend going there if you have any chiropractic needs!

Whenever you walk in there's at least 1-3 people greeting you. Same thing when you're leaving, they make sure to tell you bye which is very nice. You're not treated like just another patient. And as far as it being worth the investment... Yes! I have been enjoying improved mobility & reduction in pain. They also have very accommodating financial plans to make your care as affordable as possible.

Fantastic experience: Chiro one in Naperville has an excellent team that has helped me tremendously. I came in at the beginning of the year with shoulder pain that was intense even when just sitting/standing still and it was inhibiting my ability to workout and stay physically active like I want to. As of today because if the adjustments and therapies over the last couple months I have minimal to no pain in my shoulder and have returned to my original for of physical fitness. Doctor Eric and Doctor Austin perform amazing adjustements and have tailored my therapies perfectly. Shoutout to the girls and Omar!

They do X-ray s and have onsite chiropractic doctors to make adjustments on you and inform you what exactly going on and give you detailed plans on how to correct and align your spine and neck. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly, professional, and accommodating the staff is. Negative experience: So you decided to take my review down. Ok. Doesn’t change anything. This used to be a place that cared about fixing problems and curing ailments. Now they will only see you if you decide to sign a long term agreement for treatment. What happened to treating until it was ok again? You’re just wanting large sums of money per patient instead of helping people. All I needed was a few trigger point injections. The Dr said he wouldn’t treat me since it wasn’t a long term commitment. All about the money. Keep taking down my review I’ll just keep doing it again. You know it’s true. I had an appointment and the Dr called me and said he would not treat my pain. Shame on you.

Fantastic experience: If you walk in the Naperville Chiro One location for the first time, see the amount of people that come through every hour that are getting adjusted, doing therapies, heading in and out of consultation rooms, and working with staff on scheduling, you could easily get overwhelmed with the activity. However, once you are onboarded by their very nice and personable staff, you will be able to see the efficiency they are able to serve so many people with a great amount of specificity. Everyone comes in with specific concerns, but those concerns are added to multiple evaluation methods to determine a patient's specific status. So the care is very intentional and personalized and when you come in, that time for you is focused on your needs. And they still do this with really great person-to-person care. Whether it's walking through new exercises with patients, answering questions about the care, working with complex scheduling situations, or simply getting a call out of Hello/Goodbye by name by at least half the staff every day... They've not sacrificed personal care for volume of patients. I'm impressed by their practice and would strongly recommend them to someone looking for physical therapy.

Positive experience: It’s been about a month since I first started my treatments. I had severe lower back pain that just would never stop. After one month of treatments, I have energy unlike anything I’ve felt before. I am able to do a lot more with my kids. I am able to put more miles on my bike. Fantastic experience: I originally went to Chiro One with lower back issues about a month ago. They were really good about figuring out a plan including a financial plan that worked for me. I am still going, but already my original issue for coming in has been alleviated.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to chiro one for over a year now. First to help get me ready for my wedding and now because I’ve noticed a difference in how I live my day to day life. I’ve never received an experience like this before. They all care, encourage and over all can’t say better things about my care. I’ve been coming to them for almost 2 years and I’ve never regretted a moment. Everyone is helpful, super friendly and care about you getting better and feeling your best.

Fantastic experience: Love the experience that I had here everyone there is extremely friendly and welcoming. Would truly recommend this to anyone that is looking for help to relieve pain not gonna lie in the beginning. I can say it’s kind of awkward, and overwhelming but by all means you get used to it. Especially Desiree and Amber there extremely friendly, very goofy, but they mean very well. They try to hype you up. They are also trying to make sure that you are in a good mood and feeling happy and Relax as much as possible to keep the day moving . They also like to ask how you’re doing how’s everything going? What’s for dinner and if they are lol they are the life of the party ☺️ Omar is a bit quiet but he does like to ask how you’re doing how your weekend is how everything’s going he tends to see how you’re feeling as well And another good thing about Omar is that if you need someone to speak to in Spanish, he would be able to help you out and translate stuff Dr. Eric tends to ask you how you’re doing how your weekend Or what are you gonna do during the weekdays. He also is very nice and friendly as well and when he adjust you, he’s more on the relaxing side and gentle side and as for Dr. Austin, he is the one that always ask how your day is how your weekend how was work? What do you have planned for the week Or the rest of the day . But he tries to distract you when he is adjusting you . But another good thing about him is if you need someone to be a little bit more Rough for the pain that your feeling then Dr. Austin is your man And for the other workers that show up here and there to help out, they are very nice as well I do recommend this location in Naperville they make you feel like family and that’s a good thing

Negative experience: I had been going for almost a year, until my back was adjusted wrongly and the payment plans didn't make any sense. I wouldn't recommend going because if you're hurt there, Dr. Austin doesn't take responsibility for it. His response to my back spasming was to pay him another 280 more to fix it. I've been in and out of doctors offices since last week because of this whole ordeal. If I could put zero stars I would.

Negative experience: Don’t fall for it. Please do 5 minutes of research about them (versus other chiros) before they lie you into their “family.” Look up the red flags of an untrustworthy chiropractor- chiro one is the epitome. Initially they’re overly welcoming. Once you consider signing on with them & money is involved, they get you alone & push you into a 36-VISIT “CARE PLAN”/contract FOR $2,000. 3x/wk for 12 weeks. Guess how many other clients have the exact same individualized care plan? Austin Warden repeatedly told me how he was doing me a favor by wiping off costs off my care plan. He repeated himself 3 times practically begging for me to thank him. It was very obvious this is a “favor” done for everyone to help with the costs of the care. I wish I thought, “do any of my other medical professionals force me to pay for care BEFORE I even have it? Do any of them insist on day 1 that I need a full 36 visits for my problems to be fixed, & push me into committing to that entire contract on the same day I met them?” No. They don’t. When a family member of mine was in intensive care & my finances & time could no longer allow me to continue attending chiro one, I explained the situation & how badly I needed my money. I entered in ONE last time after leaving a voicemail that I had to quit, & everyone’s demeanor did a 180. No hello. They were completely rude. Once they knew my money was on the line, it was a war. Amber scoffed at me & refused to look me in the face, slamming the door behind her when I was sat in a room waiting to talk to Austin. You’re still getting paid Amber, why are you taking this personally? Austin told me over the course of an in-person conversation & a handful of phone calls that “there was nothing he could do.” Essentially I had to pay for the rest of my care plan even if I wasn’t taking part in it. The more I stuck to my reality, the more rude & annoyed he was that I wasn’t budging. He couldn’t have cared less. He’d promise to call me by a certain time with certain information, then ignored my calls & messages for weeks. He would contradict himself in our conversations & try to intimidate me by demanding I had to do this all in person. You want me to come in so you can passive aggressively bully me into coming back so you’ll be nice again? Nah, we can handle this like adults. Answer your phone & emails. See photos for the emails I had to send to corporate. Thank God they helped me get out. What an awful experience it was to work with the Naperville office.

Fantastic experience: I am a medical doctor, like most medical doctors. I have had my own biases towards chiropractic medicine for several years. I had been suffering from spinal stenosis and severe low back pain, under vent epidural injection and was recommended surgery by spine orthopedic surgeon. I was apprehensive about the outcomes surgery, but this pain would not go away, and I refuse to take any pain medication’s for obvious reasons. I decided to try chiropractic medicine, was honest about my opinions about chiropractic medicine at my first evaluation, but decided to give it a shot. 12 sessions I have noticed a 180° turnaround in my symptoms, I no longer have back pain, I am able to walk several miles without experiencing stiffness or pain in my lower back, Doctors Austin and Eric and the entire staff at Cairo one Has been amazing. This has totally changed my perspective about chiropractic medicine and now I do recommend my patient on long-term pain medication’s to at least consider getting evaluated by a chiropractor to seek alternative treatments, then popping up pain medication which leads to several side effects. Thank you so much for your help and changing my life.

Negative experience: Chiro One is the fast food version of chiropractic care. The doctor gave subpar care and was very abrasive. He rushed my evaluation and didn't spend more than 20 minutes with me but was happy to push a care plan worth thousands. I checked with my insurance company and was vastly overcharged. I work in the medical field and am concerned about how quick this company is to push people to get care and meet their quota.

Negative experience: One of the worst experience I had in 10 years of visiting chiropractors. Specially the doctor needs to know how to talk to patients and not force multiple visits on the spot. saying “I won’t treat u if u will not schedule the next appointment now“. Not sure how is he maintaining his license.. I will be putting a compliant against this clinic/chiropractor to the better bureau of business and also to chiropractic association.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this location for a few months after neglecting my back for far too long. I've made incredible progress with their care, making sure to follow the exercises and stretches given to do at their location and at home. Dr. Austin listens to your concerns and always addresses whatever is ailing you with each adjustment. Desiree, Amber, Omar, and Asad are all super friendly and supportive with any questions or concerns you have. Dr. Eric recently joined the team and has been a great addition to the awesome team here. As a patient one piece of advice I can give is to try your best to instill your trust with them from the get go so that you don't get as tense during the adjustment and exercises. It'll help so much and help with your progress.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and great environment to be in. Every time I go here I feel a lot better when I leave. Dr. Eric & Austin are great at adjusting the back and the rest of the staff are very nice too. I can’t wait to go there today to do my therapies!
