Fantastic experience: She was thorough, kind, understanding and actually took the time to listen to my concerns and answer questions. She also sent me with helpful information and techniques to manage my issues at home. She didn't just fix my acute issues she gave me tools to help tackle my chronic issues as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Just from 1 visit with her I've already shared my recommendations with several people.

She got me walking straight i could not straighten up i was falling when I got to her i had to buy a cane now I don't need that cane and I don't fall no more.

Now she always professional & open to questions , thoughts & even a moment er two of unrelated chit- chat. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ashley Fox is a wonderful chiropractor. The only issue I have with Insight is that when I called the office. I explained to the receptionist/operator that I was coming as a walk-in and wanted to know the availability of Dr. Fox. The operator told me Dr. Fox was in but didn't tell me that she was leaving out of shortly for a meeting. I drove from Detroit to Dearborn only to find out that Dr. Fox was gone. Luckily, Dr. Fox receptionist saw me and called Dr. Fox and she was able to come back and treat me prior to her meeting.

Fantastic experience: Been seen Dr Swain for a few months now. Making incredible progress with my back. If you follow he's exercise even though painful as hell I have seem tremendous relief each day small improvements. He takes his time with each patients.

Negative experience: Would give zero stars if possible. First time client and was told they’d just bill me rather than pay my copay the day of. I have BCBS and my copay for a chiropractor visit is $40. A month after my appointment I received a bill for $70. Called the billing dept several times and have been blown off. After the second bill came in the mail I just sent them the $40 along with my explanation of benefits page highlighted with the chiropractor copay of $40 explaining I was overcharged. Been about a month and a half and just received another bill for the balance of $30. Haha have called and left messages for the billing dept but they do not return your call. I guess I’ll have to have blue cross look into this again since they are trying to overcharge people
