Fantastic experience: Highly highly recommend this chiropractor office! I have been going to them since before my 3 year old was born. So about 4 years! I have seen Dr. Mel, Dr. Chris and Dr. Matt for appointments and have absolutely NO complaints on any of them! They are very knowledgeable, they truly listen to everything you say and they really care about you! I stopped going for a while and just started back up again and saw Dr. Mel. It was like I never stopped going and I feel so much better!

My spondylosis has improved significantly since being treated here. Fantastic experience: Amazing place, love the care and the attention to detail for my health.

Negative experience: I went here and the care was good, but I went there specifically because my insurance was taken and they told me the visit would be free with my insurance. Apparently they didn’t actually take my insurance and stuck me with a bill over $200. When I asked them about it, they said free was just an “estimate” and the total ended up being the over $200 bill. I’m a college student and can’t afford anything even close to that, so it was really frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best chiropractic office in the FM area! I saw Dr. Melanie while pregnant, and right away postpartum. She is so knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to questions. My daughter has been adjusted since she was a couple weeks old as well, with Dr. Melanie. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: We've never had this type of experience at a chiropractor office for a first visit. Chris sat us down, did loads of tests for our kiddo and explained exactly why he did them. He took his time to ensure we were only doing what was absolutely necessary. A pain my kiddo couldn't understand in his ankles was explained and he now has a treatment plan forward. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a chiropractor in years, but recently had some bad shoulder and neck issues. I got a referral to see Dr. Chris Dockter, and I wish I had done this so much sooner. Not only did Dr. Chris provide me with what felt like immediate relief, but also gave me “homework” with a simple list of exercises/movements to continue strengthening the muscles responsible for my shoulder and neck issues. Not to mention, he is great at making you feel comfortable and is fun to chat with! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I are very active and in our 40’s. We both saw Dr. Chris Dockter for several years while living in Fargo. We now live out West and find ourselves frequently referring back to the amazing care he provided us. His expertise is truly is unparalleled to anyone we’ve worked with before or since our time in Fargo. Dr. Chris’ care extended far beyond the typical neck and back complaints that likely brought us to his practice in the first place. Over the years he helped us overcome ailments ranging from shoulder and foot injuries, (which I recall he had specialized training in), to acute neck and back injuries that would not have been remedied as quickly or thoroughly elsewhere. In addition to providing us with in-office treatments, he always addressed the potential root cause of our problem (if unknown), and provided us with guidance for at-home care and rehab. The front office was always very helpful and friendly, often going the extra mile to make sure we were scheduled in a timely manner. Like they say, you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone, and Dr. Chris and the folks at Venture certainly ring true to this saying. Could not recommend more highly!

I started seeing Melanie for low back pain with pregnancy last year & she was so knowledgeable & did an incredible job at teaching me different techniques to navigate through my discomfort as I was growing my human. This morning I called to request an emergency visit after losing a fight with my pillow & while they were fully booked for the day, they took my pain seriously & still managed to get me in with Melanie’s husband (Chris) just 2 hours later. Fantastic experience: My primary provider at Sanford referred me to Dr. Chris about 1 1/2 years ago, and I’m so grateful! I had chronic neck pain for about 20 years, and in that time, I went to 3 M.D’s, 3 other chiropractors, and 4 physical therapists, all of whom tried multiple therapies. I had very limited and temporary relief from those professionals until I started at Venture with Dr. Chris. In addition, he has successfully treated my TMJ and is very helpful with my other structural issues. Besides the skilled techniques he does, he’s also a great educator who teaches me exercises and things that I can do to help myself. After receiving up to 90-100% pain relief, I will never go to any other practitioner for issues that may come up in the future!

Fantastic experience: After trying to address my shoulder tweak from jiujitsu class on my own for a few days, without improvement, I decided to call in a professional Went to the Venture Chiropractic website and it was super easy to book by Doctor, or by availability Luckily I was able to find an available time on the same day, I was able to fill out all the new patient forms and add my payment method all online before my appointment to make my check in easy The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, the Chiropractic Assistant, Austin was knowledgable and thorough on my initial intake and Dr. Chris was informative and effective in determining the root cause of my discomfort (ribs, not my shoulder) and applied the appropriate treatment quickly and effectively, talking through the process all throughout the visit Fortunately Dr. Chris and I agreed that no further treatment would likely be necessary, he did give me a corrective exercise to incorporate into my fitness routine to help prevent this from happening in the future and the green light to head right back to the jiujitsu mats. If I find myself in a similar position down the road I will be sure to get back on their books

Fantastic experience: I am in my early 30s and had never been to a chiropractor until last week. I saw Dr. Dockter and boy am I a believer in his methods for getting my back better. From my initial appointment I felt much more educated about my spine and what could be causing the issues I'm having. The proposed treatments were thoroughly explained (my initial visit was 2 hours and I received a minor adjustment that took all of 10 seconds). I have been dealing with chronic lower back pain and sciatic nerve issues that have REALLY slowed me down recently. I'm in my early 30s I don't want to feel like my back is 100 years old. I had been seeing a PT and was not happy with the results. I feel like Dr. Dockter cares about addressing why my back hurts and more importantly how we are going to fix it. I never once had this feeling doing PT. One of the first things he said to me was my goal is to not see you forever, and if I do to not see you often. This shattered my beliefs about chiropractors as I thought you had to continually keep going to see results. I was skeptical at first about any chiropractor and now I can say that was due to being uninformed about what the good ones do. I don't just go in and "get adjusted" and feel better. My appointments are 35-40 minutes and we talk about how exercises are going and how we can adjust things to better suit my specific issues. You start off easier and work your way up to more challenging ones. I work hard 2-3 times daily with exercises tailored to my specific problem drawn up by Venture chiropractic. If you are willing to put in the work then you will see results. I am already seeing results and couldn't be happier with the past 2 weeks. I'm excited to decrease my back pain and lessen my sciatic nerve flare ups (which has already started to happen) This place in no way felt like a get you in, get you adjusted and make sure to pay on the way out. That was my idea of a chiropractor and like I've said 100 times this practice shattered that belief. It's like going to PT with someone who can do some adjustments if needed and actually cares about getting you better. Was feeling pretty hopeless about my back as nothing was working. Can't give this place and Dr. Dockter enough credit. You can also see from my account I don't review really anything. So for me to take the time out of my day to leave a shining review says something! If you're on the fence about chiropractors then go give them a visit, you won't be let down!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few different Chiropractors in the area and they do not come close to the care received at Venture Chiropractic. They care about you, your health and are not just trying to get you back out the door. You are greeted with friendly faces at the front desk and the joy carries through when the great Austin takes you back and gets you all checked in. Dr. Matt then works his magic and makes you feel like a million bucks! He gets you adjusted properly, checking over everything before sending you on your way feeling great. He even comes up with great preventive solutions and videos on how to properly care for yourself between visits. I am so glad I found Venture Chiropractic and look forward to my visit each month!

Fantastic experience: All around great experience! I left feeling like a million bucks. Staff was very nice and helpful. My chiropractor (Chris) did a great job explaining things to me as he did some adjustments. I was given simple exercises to do at home to reduce the need for frequent adjustments in the future. Without insurance I was only charged $165 for my first visit. I will definitely be continuing with them!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment with Dr. Matthew Casperson at Venture Chiropractic. I felt his assessment of me was thorough from head to toe of my body to determine the best treatment for me. In addition, he wanted to know my lifestyle, habits, likes, and dislikes as well. One of my pet peeves of chiropractors are the unending sessions that continue to happen. Dr. Casperson was different. He informed me with what I need for adjustments, he said, "four sessions, including today". Now, that's an honest and upfront chiropractor. I highly recommend Venture Chiropractic and Dr. Casperson.

Fantastic experience: I always get an appointment when I need one and I get in quickly on my appointment day and the wait time for Dr Chris is always short. My therapy time is short as possible. He doesn’t drag my treatment on and on for weeks/months at a time. He has worked on problem areas and surgery was not needed

Fantastic experience: I was DESPERATE to relieve pain so I decided to try Venture via recommendation by a friend and I am SO glad I did! I was very nervous as I had never been to a chiropractor before but everyone from front desk to assistant to chiropractor made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Everything was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered. I was able to get some pain relief and will be back very soon! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chris was so fantastic to get care from! He is so courteous, that I felt at ease right away. He is skilled and knowledgeable, and took time to explain things to me. He was also thorough in describing follow up exercises and stretches, and took the time to go through them with me, and give further pointers on the therapeutic movements suggested. I felt confident when I left that I had a good understanding of what the problem was, what the solution was, and that I would be supported if I had any questions.

Fantastic experience: Just got done with my appointment with Dr. Chris. As a fellow practitioner in the fitness and health industry, I was very impressed at Chris's attention to detail and how he looked at my body as a whole in regards to the issues I was experiencing instead of only focusing on each individual issue like many practitioners do. In my situation, no one seems to like to deal with the feet when it comes to having hip issues, but Chris took the time and didn't skip over anything. I've also found it common that chiropractors like to just get you in and out quickly and do the same adjustments every time, but Chris has a different mindset. He gave me exercises to do and wasn't so worried about just getting me in for more adjustments as he was about having me understand the issues I'm dealing with and giving me solutions for them. I've been to a handful of chiropractors in the Fargo Moorhead area and can definitely say this has been my best experience so far!
