Fantastic experience: My therapist was very intuitive, very knowledgeable and helpful. She treated me with cupping which I had never had and I loved it. She moved some lymph around, I know because I got rid of a bunch of mucus in the morning. I have asthma really bad, and the VA sent me for this to be therapeutic, and without a doubt it is very helpful. I can't wait for my next session. I’ve seen Dr. Martinez & he really listened to me in understanding my pain, I have chronic neck pain and he’s helped me so help much that my headaches are about non-existent now. Same with Megan, my massage therapist, she is amazing! She always checks in to see how I’ve been feeling since the last visit and I leave feeling so refreshed. The cupping has been so helpful with easing the tension in my back! I love Active and thankful I found this office.

I was visiting a friend from out of town and started having painful back issues after getting off my flight. They were kind enough to fit me in right away, and from the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel completely comfortable. I also barely had to wait which is always ++++. Even though I do not see Dr. Olberding regularly, he treated me like a longtime patient. He takes the time to get to know you and asks lots of questions so he can tailor your treatment to your individual needs. Active Chiropractic offers multiple different body wellness treatments that makes it so convenient. I love being able to pair massage therapy with an adjustment right afterwards. The team is always accommodating and works together to promote whole body wellness.

Fantastic experience: Active Chiropractic is not just 1 provider, it’s an entire team of specialists who really care. I got right in when suffering in horrible spine and hip pain. I immediately got a comprehensive evaluation, treatment plan and interventions from day 1. I was referred for X-ray, MRI and pain/spine care. They work together and you can’t get any better anywhere! Kat at the desk, Dr. Martinez for Chiro, Hannah and Nicole for PT and Reggie for Massage really went the distance. Access was so easy and life is so much better. So grateful!☺️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Martinez and the crew at Active Chiropractic are some of the best! As a dental professional who enjoys sports and weightlifting, I'm pretty tough on my body. After being in a car accident, I spent a lot of time trying to recover and gain back my mobility and my livelihood. It wasn't until I started seeing Dr. Martinez for adjustments and attending PT through Active Chiropractic that I finally started to feel like myself again. I have seen several other chiropractors, and they seemed to be throwing a bunch of diagnoses or ideas of what could be the cause of my pain, and I always felt as if I wasn't being listened to and I'd never feel relief. Dr. Martinez listened to my concerns and designed a regimen that ACTUALLY addressed the areas of discomfort. Finally, after years, I'm starting to feel like myself again. Bonus, active chiropractic offers acupuncture and massage. Grace is one of the massage therapists there and she is so kind and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend both Dr. Martinez and Grace! Fantastic experience: I have had several bad experiences with chiropractors in the past. Here, I was explained everything, and the process was different... Way different (in a good way). After my chiropractor apt I was able to go to my first PT apt that also felt was such a different process and everything was explained to me. These people are wonderful and I'd recommend them to everyone.

The customer service from the front desk on the follow-up, insurance review, and answers I had on payments was a breath of fresh air. Dr. Tyler was amazing. Extremely personable and listened to my concerns and needs for long term preventive care. He took the time to walk me through a plan and gave me the choice on how we wanted to implement the plan that best suits my needs. After the appointment Dr. Tyler followed up to make sure I was doing well after my adjustment. I wish more doctors offices worked like Active Chiropractic. Fantastic experience: Our daughter experienced sudden hip pain at practice. Cass at Active Chiropractic scheduled us quickly to see Dr. Martinez. He found she had a strained glute. He explained what he was doing and why while he worked on her which she appreciated. Nicole provided her with PT and then gave her exercises to do at home and also explained how the exercises will help. She was back to 100% in just a few days and continues to for PT. Highly recommend this team!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is amazing. The minute you walk in the front door until you leave you know you have been cared about. Once instance that stands out is my massage lady Megan. I have PTSD from the military. Megan and I have talked about it seveal times. Yesterday after my massage Megan asked me how I liked the music. I said it was soothing. She said she had researched music for people who have PTSD and played what she had found. What an amazing person but the whole staff is like that. Thank you Active Chiropract.

Fantastic experience: The treatment I've received has been life changing. I had very little expectations but was willing to try anything. When you are in pain for so long you forgot what a pain free life is like. After only a few appointments I was feeling much improvement. I'm on my 8th appointment and am pain free. I no longer take any medicine. My friends tell me Im not so negative and I'm much more fun to be around. I feel energized in the morning and at times I feel a sense of well being I forgot was possible. Thanks to the wonderful team at AC I feel hope for a comfortable future as I age. My only regret is that I waited so long to get help. Do yourself a favor and get treatment. There is hope. (Update!) I'm doing better than ever. I haven't had a drink since July, and I lost 26 lbs. Negative experience: I have been using the medical services of chiropractors for decades. This is by far the WORST chiropractic visit I have had. I cannot speak against Active Chiropractic in general, as I believe the experience would be different with the other doctors in this office. I visited with doctor Martinez. My consultation was more of a sales pitch. I was urged to get all the 'extras'. Xrays, physical therapy and weekly visits. I was even asked about my "cash flow"! I know my permanent, physical condition. I know when I need an adjustment, and that is why I went in. I received my insurance bill today. $529.00 charged to insurance and I was in less than 30 minutes. Ridiculous

Fantastic experience: Dr Colin and Dr Kacy are simply the best. I got messed up in a bicycle accident and with following their protocol of services (all covered by my insurance) I was able to get better where as I was not getting any better with MD treatments covering my symptoms. Im maintaining now and still using the stretches along with occasional chiro and massages. They are a life savor for me. I sent my brother in too as he had a bicycle wreck and was literally crooked. He got straightened out and is straight again! Please, don’t wait till your body sets in the awkward position. Get it aligned before the muscles set around your crooked frame!

Fantastic experience: After calling nearly every chiropractor in town after a fall and hurting my back to where I couldn’t stand or walk, they were the ONLY place that would see me that day! Truly amazing and caring staff that actually listen to your needs!

Fantastic experience: I go to active chiropractic about once every 3 months or so, and I always feel so much better instantly! I see Dr. Collin, and he always takes great care of me, and is sure to advise me on things that I could do for myself to help avoid falling out of alignment and back into pain. Plus, the billing is upfront and transparent, which I love. Would definitely recommend to anybody wishing to feel better.

Fantastic experience: I am a seasoned client of chiropractics. Dr Kasey does a great job. Listens, compassionate and does great adjustments. Accepts major health insurance. Front office admin, Joe, does great intake and processing of payments. A nice peaceful office.

Negative experience: I’ll list the good before the bad. Good massage therapist. Decent adjustment. Now the bad: Billing is trash. Absolutely horrendous. I went here after a car accident and they were one of 5 providers I used (and the only one who can’t their invoicing together) Privacy is non-existent as I heard the front desk staff speak poorly about patients on two occasions (considering I only went 3x, that’s quite a bit) Communication is trash. If you don’t text the desk, nobody responds. Don’t bother calling; it’s a waste of time. You will be pressured to do services you do not want or need when they feel your insurance will pay for it. They’re not at all coy in saying this. There are dozens of great care providers, chiropractors included, in Eugene and surrounding areas. Save yourself a headache and embarrassment and use one of them.

Fantastic experience: Love it here! All in one stop shop. Chiro, PT, massage AND now acupuncture. Every practitioner is great at what they do, down to the receptionist, Joe. Check them out, you will be well cared for!

Fantastic experience: I got a massage here for the first time the other day with Megan. The massage itself was fantastic, but she also took some time afterwards to show me stretches I can do at home between massages. Will definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience: I don't live in Eugene but I found Active Chiropractic online and sent my U. of Oregon athlete to get an adjustment because he was complaining about pain and stiffness as if he were forty-five instead of twenty-one! They were amazing at helping me arrange the appointment and payment by phone and my son came out of the appointment saying that he felt "SO MUCH BETTER" and that he wishes he had gone sooner. He already has a follow-up appointment and I am thrilled to know that my boy is in the hands of such wonderful professionals. Fantastic experience: I was rear-ended about 4 weeks ago and I am already moving so much better than I was right after. Everyone has their own style but all seem to work little miracles. It's not that I am out of pain but I can see a ray of hope and wondered at first if I'd ever start to feel better. Care between the chiropractors, rehab and massage is very well coordinated and it's evident that everyone leaves good notes and reads the notes. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kacy has been a godsend. She has alleviated so much of my pain over the past year after my MVA. I have been to many chiropractors over the years for back issues, and I have never experienced such relief! Megan has helped me countless times with muscle stim, TENS, and laser therapy. I usually see Dr. Kacy, but Dr. Colin is amazing, as well! I have called in when experiencing overwhelming pain and am often able to get same day appointments. I am always so grateful for that. From first phone call to the minute you walk into their office, you are treated with kindness and respect. Joe and Cass are wonderful. PT and massage therapists are incredible. They have everything you need here to get you out of pain and back to living your life. I am so thankful to have found this office and will never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: So since my teenage and early twenties chyro retired I have been through about 5 of them that just weren’t good at what they did! I’m 37 now and am so glad O found these guys. I’ve gotten immediate relief from both Colin’s and Casey the two chyro on staff. My son and other family members also have had incredible experiences. Excellent massage also offered by Leah and every staff I have encountered has been not just pleasant but fun to be around. Great business! Deserving of the so rare All 5 star rating they have !

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Active Chiropractic almost every week for around 6 months now and I've only ever had positive experiences. + Weekly adjustments have made a huge difference in the severity and frequency of my cervicogenic headaches. Dr. Kacey is an absolute joy and Cassie at the front desk is always lovely! I recently received a massage from Liann and WOW! I've gone to a lot of different massage therapists and Liann was the first one to ever focus solely on the site of my pain. With my cervicogenic headaches, I have chronic pain in my upper back and shoulder blades. Liann didn't waste time anywhere else and for the first time, I was able to feel like that area was genuinely loosened.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Chiropractors all of my life. DR. Kacy Hersha was the best I have seen. She is knowledgeable professional. Given her medical and educational expertise she is able to not only grant immediate relief from joint and back pain, she is also able to give at home care instructions to keep you healthy. I must say I am exceptionally pleased with the care I was provided from the front staff, assistant and my chiropractic care. I would suggest DR. Hersha to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with Cassie the new chiropractor! I was nervous going in but she had an awesome bed side manner which helped me relax and she is very knowledgeable. So much relief from my back pain…highly recommended!
