Fantastic experience: Doctor Jasmine is amazing! I’ve been in twice with moderate pain in my back and each time I get adjusted I’m so glad I did. Staff is very friendly and kind. Service is impeccable and it’s obvious the chiropractors are very knowledgeable. Would recommend this location if you’re dealing with tight/stiff back or neck pain and need a solution quick!

Negative experience: Do not go to the place. Went to an event at the convention center and showed the doctor my insurance card. Told me they had a 30.00 special and assured me I would get adjusted at my appointment. I show up then I’m told they don’t accept my insurance and they want to charge me 70.00. On top of that the front desk was extremely rude and told me the special was for February. The event was Yesterday march 1st

Negative experience: No one mentions that the initial appointment is just to review a questionnaire you submitted from home, which could have been handled by phone or telehealth. It doesn't involve treatment! It's a waste of everyone's time and money. Consider trying another provider.

Fantastic experience: Turning Point Chiropractic changed my whole life! After having my daughter in August 2021, I had a hunchy back from carrying her and breastfeeding, pain where they put in the epidural, and sciatica. I started going in January 2023 to address the overall stiffness in my body and hopefully save my back from becoming Quasimodo. I didn’t realize how my much my body was compensating for my hunch back! Rounded shoulders, forward neck position, and a bit of a curve in my overall body posture. The scary part was, that posture felt normal for me! My back had pain, but I couldn’t tell that my posture was being affected at a rapid pace! My sister referred me after she had an amazing experience here. My first visit, I felt heard, taken care of, and best of all, my back didn’t hurt as much after being adjusted! Sweet relief! I signed up for the multiple week program to adjust the curve in my spine and was able to sign the wall after completing the program! Cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you to Dr. Jess & Dr. Jasmine!

Negative experience: I was initially quoted $80 for a first-time visit, but the final cost ended up being nearly double that. During the assessment, I was told that X-rays were necessary to properly evaluate my treatment needs. I specifically asked whether the X-rays were included in the initial $80 quote, and while the chiropractor seemed unsure, they believed it was. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. To make matters worse, no actual adjustment was provided during that first $140 visit—I had to return the next day for another $50 visit after they “reviewed my file.” After spending $200 and two hours of my time, the actual chiropractic adjustment was short and extremely underwhelming. It was over shadowed by the extensive “education” on health. The experience felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a “healthcare” appointment. I was made to watch a dated, promotional video about chiropractic care that came off as more gimmicky than informative. Overall, I left feeling misled, disappointed, and frustrated with the lack of transparency and the upsell tactics. The reason why they have so many positive reviews is because they incentivize positive reviews by offering Starbucks gift cards.

Negative experience: The Chiropractic care was perfectly fine. They took good care of me. What I didn't appreciate was the deceptive sales tactics they used on me. I called to schedule an appointment. Explained to them my situation and they understood I was first time patient. They quoted me $80 dollars on the phone and even had the audacity to charge me a $20 deposit for my appointment. The person on the phone explained to me that my deposit would go towards the final price and it would be $60. However, everything changed as soon as I was done. I was charged almost double what I was quoted on the phone. I was pretty perturbed to find this out after every was complete. I sure wouldn't have gone there knowing what they were going to charge me in the end.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. DO NOT GO if you are a kupuna. Their marketing staff were at 24 Hour Fitness on April 12th and convinced me I should give it a try. I made an appointment for April 19th at 1:30 pm. I was told come 15 minutes before to fill out some paperwork. I arrived at 1 pm just to be safe, parked, and couldn't find their office because they are on the second floor and have NO signage on the ground floor. I called their number for directions and waited 6 minutes and 4 seconds for someone to finally answer the phone. the woman gave me wrong directions telling me to go to the back of the building and enter through the Kaimuki Dry Goods store to use the elevator since I can't do stairs. That door was locked and their staff told me I had to go to the front of the building and then they showed me the elevator which is hidden behind a closet door. While driving there I got a text at 12:35 pm asking me to fill out a lot of questions about me and my family's medical history, dates, etc. They should have sent this to me the day before, NOT one hour before the appointment! I asked for a hard copy because some of us struggle to answer long questionnaires on a small phone but I was told they had no hard copy. Unbelievable. On the 12th I paid $30 up front and was told this was for the April 19th assessment. I never said I wanted to sign up for services so thought this much paperwork was unnecessary. My doctor is with Kaiser so I knew I needed prior approval if I wanted Kaiser to pay for this. I felt some pressure to sign their contract. After being there for an hour I was told the doctor couldn't see me because it was now past 1:30 pm but I could schedule another appointment if I wanted to. Forget that! I believe in chiropractic medicine but this unprofessional behavior cost me an hour of my life for nothing. I requested my $30 back and left. Don't repeat my mistake.

Fantastic experience: Best chiropractors in Hawaii. They X-ray, easy to book appointments, and build a therapy plan so you don’t have to come too often. They also taken last minute call ins.

Fantastic experience: I’m really grateful to this chiropractic care. I started coming before I was pregnant, kept seeing Dr Jessica through my pregnancy (she was super helpful), and I just saw Dr Joe, who is wonderful! It’s a relief to get my upper back taken care of especially since my two year old likes to be on my hip so much. Come check them out if you need care :)

Fantastic experience: I became fairly immobile from a muscle pull that misaligned my spine and I was in too much pain to do my job. So I sought care on a Monday morning so that I could work my full shift at my job that same afternoon. I was relieved enough to work, and following up with a planned schedule of treatment, with massage tables before adjustments, I am now back to normal, with continuing care as needed to promote spine stability and strength. My chiropractor, Dr. Austin Blanchon, is great at finding and resolving my issues. I am so pleased to finally have found chiropractic care that I trust!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Turning Point Chiropractic for about 6 months now, I had lower back pain, so I scheduled an evaluation appointment at the Kaimuki office. Schedule was easy and location on 10th Ave was convenient to me. I had to have an x-ray done in office as well as an evaluation. That done, I was given a plan of action. Now that I've finished my plan, I feel better and have more range of motion. I am now on a maintenance plan. They take some medical insurance and Medicare.
