Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Jacqueline for my PT. She’s super friendly and personable. I enjoy the conversations and her expertise in this field. She’s pushing me outside of my comfort zone and I like it. The office staff is super friendly and always speaks when you enter. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs PT.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. Not only do I go here for therapy but my daughter does too! Katie and the two receptionists ( Danielle and Makayla ) are just wonderful. The facility is very clean & I personally enjoyed the privacy opportunity with the availability of three private rooms. Katie Miller is terrific- knowledgeable, encouraging & caring. Fantastic experience: I love this staff and have been going here for years! After my hand surgery they helped me gain my full mobility back and have been very accommodating to change my exercises around if my pain is higher on a certain day!

Fantastic experience: Honestly my son doesn’t do well with strangers but his therapist is very patient with him and after two sessions he’s gotten used to her and the place. Today he went in and instantly wanted to play with her . Warmed my heart to know how quickly he became comfortable in this place . The employees from the front desk to the back office/rooms are all incredible people .

Fantastic experience: Came in after surgery to remove a bone spur in my elbow. At first, I could barely move my elbow even a few degrees. After a few weeks, Isaac and the crew here have me fast on my way back to normal. I have about 99% of my range of motion back and my muscles are quickly rebuilding. This team is experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a great Physical Therapist. Thanks so much!!!

Fantastic experience: The first time I walked into this clinic, I was greeted with an amazing staff that showed enthusiasm and care for overall progress. Neil, physical therapy technician did a fabulous job of providing proper form and education on all the exercises that I had to do. Katie was also very helpful in her scraping technique for my shoulder. My shoulder feels 100/10 after all my sessions, and can now reach for my favorite cereal on the top shelf, which was very important for me to be able to do. I will definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Top notch place, they made my child comfortable and important. The service we received was very good, both nurses and doctor took the time to listen to my son, and they let him choose his stuff for his cast. I will be recommending them in the future.

Fantastic experience: Katie and her staff are lovely and, helpful humans who are wonderful at making you feel safe and welcomed in their office. I had never had pelvic therapy before but, Katie was very warm and caring in every step of introducing a new instruction or exercise to my health plan. I highly recommend this practice!! Fantastic experience: I'm so thankful for the excellent therapy I received from Optimal Therapy. Jason, Kristin, Favi, and all of the staff are wonderful! I was having neck and knee pain, making it difficult to walk and sit. I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep working full time and be active. They fixed me! I can walk for miles again and sitting at work doesn't hurt anymore. They Also helped my teenage daughter, Summer was so helpful to her. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My daughter Olivia has shown tremendous growth and success thanks to Optimal Therapy. She was born with serious health issues so the long NICU stay delayed her milestones. When we first brought her, she was just learning how to keep her head up. In just a short time, she was sitting, crawling, and now walking. The tips and tricks we learned and took home with us to practice, have made a huge difference for her progress. Thanks so much to the whole team, especially Jason! We are so grateful for you! Fantastic experience: I first arrived here because of my dislocated knee, I was actually pretty nervous and scared at first but they were all nice and caring and each of them had something about them that you could relate to they made it fun, I had a good time there and today was my last day there after our 3 month journey and I loved every day of it I will never forget what they did for me and now I wanna be just like them I cried today saying goodbye to them because I was gonna miss all of them but all good things come to an end and I'm happy I'm leaving with good and happy memories

Fantastic experience: My daughter was 18 months old and not walking yet. Her pediatrician recommended her for physical therapy so we decided to try Optimal Therapy on West Cheyenne. That was four months ago. Not only is my daughter walking, she's running. She's climbing. She's jumping. She is the most active toddler, and I couldn't be more grateful to the entire staff at Optimal for helping her. Special shout out to Jason and TJ. I have had knee replacement, shoulder replacement and pinched nerves in my back.I could not have recovered the way I did if it wasn't for their inspiration compassion and encouragement. the staff at affiliated therapy are very knowledgeable and personable. they made me feel welcome. They are extremely professional and also like fun. Fantastic experience: We love the angels at Affiliated Therapy ❤ I can't say enough good things about Affiliated Therapy. My son has been doing PT here for over a month and the staff is amazing, we couldn't be happier with the care and attention he is receiving. It's refreshing to have your child actually enjoy going to a place where they make him do painful and hard work, because you know that means they are taking really good care of him.

Fantastic experience: I just wrapped up my PT with this awesome group of therapists. Never a long wait for my appointment. Greeted by two cheerful young ladies, Destiny and Crystal, in the waiting area. It was so interesting to see the diverse people and children that received therapy and everyone was warmly welcomed and well taken care of. I was recovering from knee surgery. I’m so happy to say that my PT was very successful and I’m back to walking normal again and NO pain. I had different therapists that helped with my workout twice a week, they were all professional and knowledgeable. It was a great experience even though painful in the beginning! Don’t be afraid to get professional help, it really works! Thank you Jason, Kim, Isaac and Robyn, and everyone else that helped me!

Fantastic experience: I was grateful to be part of Affiliated Therapy during my 7 weeks of clinical rotation as a physical therapist assistant student. The whole team is very passionate and very experienced in their line of work. They provide all needs of their patients and treat their patients like family. They also provide occupational therapy and treat all groups of ages. I highly recommended this place!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going to Affiliated Therapy for a year and a half now and I'm just blown away by their kindness and professionalism every appointment. I honestly feel like family when we're there. Everyone in the office is always happy and smiling- especially the clients. Since we've been there so long, a lot of employees have worked with my daughter and they are all genuinely good people who make therapy fun and effective. They also care about sharing enriching therapy practices with parents. This allows me to feel empowered at home, where I can continue my daughter's therapy and improve her quality of life. It's really an amazing feeling to be surrounded by people who honestly and sincerely care. The therapy areas are always clean and welcoming. There is an area just for children to work and they have policies in place to ensure their privacy and sensory needs are met. There are also 2 very clean bathrooms, and a nice waiting area for parents with entertainment on for siblings.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to share that they are amazing ! My son gets Pt and Ot !! Can’t say enough of the staff, they are friendly, they care and stay positive. I have gone to many outpatients but this one wins all the way. My pediatrician made me feel like I could only get serviced at one location due to my insurance (my left foot, they were not nice or accommodating ) but affiliated took me in the next week. I Never have trouble to reschedule, most importantly the schedule you choose is not the permanent like most other outpatients. I love them! Fantastic experience: Currently interning at this clinic & I'm glad I found this place. Not only are they great at their jobs and knowledgable, but they are the most down to earth, caring, and chill people you'll ever meet. Every time i go in everyone is welcoming and always ready to work, which makes me want to come back and learn. I really like the one on one treatment sessions they have with their patients. Not only does it max quality improvement, but they also take the time to get to know the patient which makes it comfortable and enjoyable for both. Fantastic experience: Affiliated has some of the best staff in all of Las Vegas! Jason, the director, and the rest of the staff take the extra steps to make sure that each and every patient feels valued and not just a number as soon as you walk into the building. The environment of the clinic makes coming to affiliated so enjoyable. The entire treatment time staff and patients are interacting and laughing together making physical therapy truly enjoyable. Affiliated is not only pediatrics it treats a wide variety of patients and injuries, as well as provide OT! Affiliated is the whole package, I would recommend them to anyone i know!

Fantastic experience: I spent 8 weeks here as a student and I can't begin to describe how wonderful this clinic is. Whether you're a first time patient or a return patient, they treat you like family and make you feel welcome every time you step through the door. The therapists truly care about the well being of their patients and it shows. The patients enjoy being at therapy and the clinicians enjoy helping them to return to their prior level of function. With no hesitation I would highly recommend Affiliated Cheyenne to anyone in need of PT or OT services.

Fantastic experience: This place is GREAT. I was taking my twin infant boys here for PT for torticollis. They would only turn their head to the left. This location is awesome for kids! They always were able to schedule the boys together with 2 therapists so they could have 1 session, together. The therapists are just wonderful! They are all so knowledgeable and patient. They all explained things about the boys condition so i could easily understand it. Whether they had the same or a different therapist, they never were confused or lost at what my boys needed. It never felt like a "doctors appointment", it was always fun! Therapists always let me know what needs to be addressed at each visit and what i need to do at home to help my babies progress towards better healing, with stretching and sleep/cuddling positions that will help them stretch their necks better. They let me know any areas they could see with my boys that may be of concern and how to stop the issues from progressing. Everyone here is so upbeat and happy, we loved coming here every time! The boys were always so happy at our sessions! The twins are great and much much much better!!! They turn to the right and left and center and hold their heads up and look all around! So happy with this place! The boys saw Kim and Brenda, but mostly Isaac, Jason and Robyn- they were usually the ones with our boys- they were just the absolute best!!! Thanks all!!

Fantastic experience: After injuring my shoulder in a car accident, I needed some therapy to help regain strength. My doctor referred me to this location, and within a few short days. I immediately enjoyed the kind staff, as well as the atmosphere of the location. Setting an appointment was easy, and the hours were very adaptable to my schedule. One complaint I had is that getting to the actual location is actually a little difficult, but that is not the locations fault. On the aspect to actual therapy, it was very personalized and helped me regain mobility as well as strength. Being a upright bassist, the therapy helped me get back to business as usual. The therapists clearly know what they are doing, and they are very kind as well as professional in their work. The front desk stuff is very polite and helpful as well, co-paying was very easy. The whole experience was a good one, and would definitely recommend this to anyone in the need of therapy.

Fantastic experience: Simply amazing! Atmosphere feels like home. Patient care is definitely their #1 priority. As I sit in the waiting room I always hear that parents are more than happy they started coming here. Hearing that their kids are more comfortable here with all the therapist and the environment that they actually work and do their exercises other than previous places where they wouldn't do anything at all. Bottom line everyone including your kids are cared for from the therapist in the back to the ladies in the front office. P.s movies are always playing in the waiting room!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this office my first trip. My nephew is a very shy and conservative individual and the minute we walked in he was greeted with a huge smile and wonderful hello from the front desk agent. Once we were called back all of the therapist stopped to say hi and make him feel like family. The treatment his is receiving is unarguably the best around the valley. His recovery is remarkable and we will enjoy more appointments to come.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the PT staff (Jason, Sarah and Robin) they are by far the best I have seen here in Las Vegas coming from the east coast NJ/NY. My 4 month old needed to straighten his neck out on the right side and with the experience the staff has and my homework assignments with my little guy; it took 1 month to strengthen his neck! They are truly an amazing staff! Now, I cannot forget Destiny the assistant she is on top of her game and very professional! It has been a pleasure to be a patient with this team.
