IRG Physical Therapy - North Seattle

Fantastic experience: The facility is convenient and has highly trained staff. All the providers at the N Seattle IRG pt location, with whom I have interacted have been superb!

Fantastic experience: Good pacing, explains things, easily able to schedule weekly appointments. Less important but not awkward to talk to. About a month in and my condition is improving.

Fantastic experience: I've only been to a few sessions with Jane H. and because she is an excellent and knowledgable P.T., I already feel better and highly recommend her and IRG. Jane is encouraging without being pushy or pressuring me! Therefore, I feel more confident doing the stretches and pelvic tilts she's been teaching me in order to strengthen my lower back muscles and hamstrings, lessening lumbar tightness and pain. I'm already experiencing more flexibility when walking and sitting.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to IRG in North Seattle throughout my recovery from a total knee replacement. The staff is always friendly, making sure to greet me when I walk in the door. Jen has been great to work with. I would recommend IRG to anyone who needs PT.

Fantastic experience: This location is extremely well run and has a very dedicated, knowledgable staff. I have had a lot of physical therapy and this group is the best I've experienced. My knee is in their hands.

Fantastic experience: I have truly enjoyed everyone of my PT appointments at IRG. Anthony was my first provider. He took the time to listen to my personal PT goals and came up with a treatment plan to help me attain them. For example, I needed to travel for work while using a walker. We focused on strengthening to help with my balance. He also worked with me to help me start driving again and added exercises to strengthen my leg. I feel very cared for during and after my sessions. Now that my I am driving, icing my knee is very important to keep me limber for the drive home. Thank you Jane for making my last session productive and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved my experience with my Physical Therapist Jane. She not only asked good questions and listened to what I had to say, but she also paid attention to how my body language communicated how I was doing during sessions and adjusted accordingly. I always left sessions feeling so much better! The office staff is also polite and willing to work with you. Overall a great experience.

With efficient personnel staff, who made my first and each visit comfortable and professional experience. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe how the staff members joined others staff members helping with each others patients when needed. I felt like the staff members really cared about me and really wanted to help me get better. I called IRG Physical Therapy-North Seattle my happy place because after each appointment visit I felt better. Since my doctor said I needed Physical Therapy, I couldn't have ask for a better group of professionals health care providers who really believe they could make life easier and better for their patients. Fantastic experience: I experienced very effective PT from IRG North Seattle. My therapist was Dr. Adrienne Roddy-Bale. She is attentive and listens to you carefully for every small detail that will help her in making the correct therapy program. But you also have to be diligent when applying her recommendations. In the end, I was able to play golf again without any pain after about six weeks. The rest of the staff at IRG North Seattle were professional and courteous. Lucky for me, I could walk there from my house.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for the excellent care I am receiving at the north Seattle IRG clinic. Jenn Pineda is my physical therapist and she is amazing! She is sensitive to my abilities at each session, encouraging and steadily helping me progress. She keeps in touch with my doctor reporting how I'm doing. Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff and service. Went weekly for about two years, never had a problem.

Fantastic experience: We recommend these folks but even better, the doctors recommend them! We've found the physical therapists to be conscientious and considerate. Support/treatment happens in a large room with multiple beds and equipment, which they clean between clients. This organization seems well outfitted when it comes to safety and equipment, and they'll send you home with supplies (like a stretchy band), if that's helpful. The PTs are very caring and offer practical exercises but you can do you on-site and then later at home. They also follow up with ice ior heat as needed.

Fantastic experience: I worked a 14 hour day yesterday. Normally, I have back pain after working over 8 hours. So I am amazed that my back only feels slightly bowed over, but not in pain to the point of needing ice. The only reason I can imagine is that I have been to IRG, for a month, for a recent injury. The PT is to strengthen and support my low back. My low back has been iffy for 25 years. Today it feels great, even after that marathon day at work. I am amazed.
