Experiencia fantástica: I have a back pain injury, tried everything and pain was not getting better always just there throbbing I decided to try and commit to physical therapy . Thought if this doesn’t work then back surgery would be the next thing. In the beginning I thought hmmm nope I don’t think this is gonna work but as I continued going pushing my self more and more I noticed a difference getting a bit better little by little. I have noticed a lot of improvement not only as pain management but also getting back some strength in my legs which I thought they were dying lol I am very pleased and grateful with the whole team here my PT’s are awesome Scott,Ben,Mel including Sage she is a sweet heart.. Ben has been teaching me some great techniques that not only help me heal,get strength but techniques that hel my pain go away when I need it right away:) Kevin is pretty funny awesome too with my grand finale which I call electric shock therapy!! Thanks guys and ladies at mountains land you rock!!! I wish there was a magic wand to just be who I was before but reality is if had not done physical therapy I would’ve still been miserable in pain.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice therapists, individual attention. Exercise print outs you can do at home and access to a portal for videos of exercises for your own plan. I would recommend to anyone for core strengthening, after surgery and car accidents.

Experiencia fantástica: Mountain land physical therapy is a place that I recommend percent, the staff is very professional and kind to the client, I am very satisfied to have received therapy like them, I received my therapies with Mrs. Melanie, she is very kind and cares about the customer as well as all the staff, assistant Kevin, Mr Scott, as well as Miss Martha and Sage. I recommend it .

Experiencia fantástica: First: The facilities are first rate! They are in excellent repair, and perfectly clean. The staff is all that one could want! Start with Martha, who greets you upon your arrival with a very professional cheerfulness. Information is collected about your therapeutic needs, and you get to meet your therapist. In my case, Melanie, who is the soul of: “firm, but gentle.” She takes the time to tell you what you’re doing and why. One is never left to feel like a slab of meat in a kitchen. My goal is to regain full motion after a complete knee replacement, and, with Melanie’s help, I’m doing just that. On occasion, I get to work with others in the cadre who are just as adept at keeping me motivated. Rey is quiet, but no less interested in one’s recovery, Kevin is jovial and extremely capable. I don’t get to work much with Ben, much, I’m sure, to his client’s benefit. Scott is the manager, but that doesn’t show so much in a group that works as well as these folk do! An incredible team who almost makes it worth being injured.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband had been going to Mountain Land for the past couple of months following a total knee replacement. Melanie, Ray and Kevin are great! My husband is doing so well on his recovery, he's moving around better than he has in literally, the past 2 years. And Martha, at the front desk is a jewel. She's professional and a joy to work with. When he gets his other knee replaced, we will definitely return to this clinic for physical therapy. Great people and a well maintained clinic. Not sure what more we could ask for. Love this place!

Went in for lower back pain that I've had for YEARS and within 2 months, Scott was able to find out the source of the pain and gave me exercises and stretches that helped reduce the pain to almost 0 without the need for surgery. Best part is Scott listens to his patients and helps actually solve the issues and not just give some blanket treatment. These guys are top notch!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a really bad car accident back in November 2022, and I am happy to say i graduated physical therapy ! I would recommend everyone to come to this location. Every staff member is amazing, starting with Marta she is always at the front desk with a smile to greet you, and always there to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Kevin and Ray are such amazing help, they help out with everything and are always there to talk you through your workouts and help push you to better yourself. I had the pleasure of working with every physical therapist at this location. Mel was amazing, I started with her and she taught me so many ways to heal my body I came out even stronger than before my accident. Ben was such a big help with learning to relieve my horrible migraines, and every exercise he has taught me has helped me to not get them anymore.! Scott is so knowledgeable and has really helped me mentally as well better myself. I can confidently say I am graduating stronger physically and mentally after coming to this location. Thank you to every single one of these amazing workers. Thank you for always being flexible, and understanding that sometimes a mama of two young kids needs to bring them with her and you guys were always so kind to them. My whole family thanks you all. Scoot is a very resourcefull person with the right knowledge in the field that not only helped me to speed up my recovery, but he also gave me the confidence and support I needed to better understand the recovery process. Experiencia fantástica: I visited Mountain Land physical therapy after running my foot over with heavy machinery. I had 3 broken bones in my foot and had to get surgery to fix one of them. I was very nervous going in but Scott Mel and the team really help a lot. They go at your speed and only push you as far as you can handle I had a very quick recovery and I owe all the thanks to these guys. I also had a slight setback due to being in a walking boot for so long. I called Scott and he got me right back in the door to get that issue resolved as well. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is experiencing pain and need a little extra help getting back up and moving. Thanks guys!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had both of my kids do their rehab from surgery at this location. The therapists are great, and pushed my kids to reach their goals. Both kids really enjoyed working with Scott.

Experiencia fantástica: Physical therapy isn’t the top of anybody’s list, but if you have to do it, I highly recommend here! I’ve had the best experience (at least what you can) while doing PT here. Scott is the best! He actually listens to you and takes what you have to say in account for how he treats you. Martha at the front desk is so easy to talk to and makes sure you get scheduled for the next visit before you leave. Ray helps Scott out with the exercises given to the clients and he makes sure you understand what you’re doing and any other questions you may have too. Overall PT here went way better than I thought it would (my first PT experience and I didn’t want to go) so it was a very happy surprise.

She is always so positive and always there to answer any questions you might have. Scott, and Melanie helped me work through the pain issues and always encourage me and answered all my questions regarding the physical therapy I needed. They are very knowledgeable and very personable. They also sent me home with home work and things I needed to do to keep going. Experiencia fantástica: The Mountain Land Staff at the West Valley location have been incredible to me and my rehabilitation with my knee injury. They are always so personal and have made me feel like family every visit. This has been my first experience with physical therapy after several injuries where I have felt that physical therapy has been making the difference in my speedy recovery. Linda is and always will be my Physical Therapist because she listens intently and values the feedback on how my body is feeling and never pushes me to the point of being uncomfortable. All in all five star facility.

Experiencia fantástica: Last year I tore my ACL and meniscus and broke my leg. After surgery and some chance I happened to call these guys to inquire about rehabbing my knee. Right away I was astonished at the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. They were able to take me on as a new patient right away, and they set up a schedule that was flexible around my job and my children. While I was a patient, I had Linda as my assigned therapist but as in life occasionally she was out and I had a stand in. Every therapist that worked with me was top notch and was able to add their own advice regarding my rehabilitation. Over the 25 or so weeks that I was a patient Linda was able to fine tune my exercises to be the most effective at rebuilding the strength in my surgery leg. Just as my physical health was recovering my mental health took a hit. Linda was able to help me focus on the positive and help me put things in perspective. As I approach the 1 year anniversary of my injury, I have reflected back on everything and I realize just how grateful that I became a patient of this clinic. The last thing I’ll say is that when I saw my surgeon for my final visit he remarked how amazing my recovery has been and went as far to ask who was doing my physical therapy. If you have an injury or any pain associated with the body, don’t mess around get in and see Linda and her crew. I promise you will not regret it. Thanks for everything Mountain Land West Valley!

Experiencia fantástica: I really appreciate Ray, Linda, and Martha for helping and being so supportive through my recovery. I was in a bad accident and was here for 5 months. it was rough getting started but they made me feel welcomed. The staff always responded quickly and efficiently if I ever needed anything. I was lucky to have this group of people to see me through my recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: I had partial right knee replacement, and I wasn't sure what I was getting into with going to PT, but everyone at the clinic made me feel so comfortable, and like a person. They have supported me and cheered me on In every aspect of PT. Linda has been amazing and I appreciate her help in my recovery and getting me to a point I can function again. Martha and Chris, have also been so helpful and friendly, and I appreciate their support through this. I would a million times over recommend going to this clinic if you ever need PT, they are all just so amazing.

I had settled with the fact that I was going to have to live with crippling back pain for the rest of my life. After a back injury to my already messed up back, I went to the Dr and was told dry needling is a good option for me. Scott was extremely professional and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the needling. It didn't hurt at all and I felt relief right away. After finishing all my session I can honestly say my daily pain has went from an eight to a one. I never think about it and I feel like I'm getting my life back. I couldn't be more grateful to Scott and everyone at Mountain Land. I always felt very welcomed and cared for. If your looking for a physical therapy clinic, I feel like Mountain Land Physical Therapy is about as good as it gets.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely appreciate the knowledge and caring that I receive during every appointment with Linda Shober. I am being treated for a left knee full replacement and still have the right knee to be replaced soon. I will not go anywhere else. Linda was able to identify certain muscles that are lacking strength. By teaching me the exercises to do, it is strengthening my core and all the muscles in my legs to promote my entire body working together as a whole. This has helped non-knee related aches and pains to get much better and some have gone away completely. I am very happy that I chose Mountain Land and Linda Shober to help me with my therapy. Today I have been discharged and I’m feeling great! I worked with Scott and Linda who have both been incredible at getting me back on track with some good workouts and Martha and Rey have been the best assistants to them. Experiencia fantástica: I am attending Mountain Land for back pain relief and body strengthening, so far this place is of great help. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel very welcome and try to help you as much as you need it. Scott is a fantastic therapist, him and Rey have helped me these past three weeks so much; always putting the safety and well-being of the patient as a priority. I’ve felt such a difference from day one to now, my back pain has decreased and is not as constant as it used to be. I am starting to feel myself again. Martha is very helpful as well, she is an amazing receptionist and tries to help patients in their exercise routine when needed as well. Honestly loving the energy these wonderful people offer this place!!

Martha, Rey, and Kevin are so kind and helpful with checking in and getting started with my session. I’ve also worked with both Scott and Linda who are like little magicians in helping you manage pain and really strengthen yourself. I’ve never been to a clinic where they truly care about you not just as a patient but as a person. The only physical therapy clinic I recommend others!

Experiencia fantástica: Scott and Matt are the best physical therapists! I have never met such caring people. They are always friendly and fun! I came here with very dull calf pain from sciatica. I have tried any and every method of treatment and nothing worked. When I came here, I did not have much hope for a cure since I have tried everything. Scott never gave up on methods of treatments. If it didn't work, he went to the next. Since then, I have had no pain. I forgot what it was like to be pain-free. I could not recommend a physical therapist and place more.

I just "graduated" and I was going twice per week for a previously sprained ankle that had been giving me too much trouble and started to hurt again. I had pretty hefty goals and Linda helped me reach them with training from the point of view of care. She met me where I'm at and took me to a level where I now feel not only comfortable, but confident in my abilities as an outdoor adventurer. I just finished the White Rim Trail in Canyonlands, an about 100 miles trail, mostly mountain biking and I would have never been able to do that without Linda. She pushes you and makes you work hard without pushing you too far. I highly recommend.

They made me feel so welcome and cared for, but better yet, gave me treatment and exercises that I continue to do daily. HUGE improvement! I feel like my old self again. Since the first time I arrived he welcome me with warm smile and made me feel great and comfortable. He is very friendly and social. He treated me as a valuable patient he was very professional all the time. He did his best to gave anything to improved and recover my knee movements to normal activities for work and home. And his assistance Matthew Alvarez also was great. I just highly recommend to whomever needs this type of services come and visit proof me wrong what I am saying about the best physical therapist I could have myself.I also knowest that he treated everyone with the same valuable respect.
