I love that they actually evaluate you (I have been to physical therapy before where they clumped everyone with the same general problems in one group- it didn't work...). Their Wii-therapy is also very fun while being helpful! Also love Kona and Frisco (the therapy dogs in the office!)

Experiencia fantástica: I injured my lower back sledding (yes, sledding). I went to the E.R. (I really hurt it this time) and was given a cocktail of pain meds with a recovery time of about 6 months. I then went to the team at Rezac and Associates where within 4 days of treatment/ education I was off my pain meds by teaching me how to exercise/ stretch/ strengthen/ my core to properly relieve my lower back pain. Thank you all for providing treatment vs. just a band-aid!!!

I've had issues since childhood and into adulthood that have been dismissed throughout the years by other doctors of different specialities. I was fortunate to get a referral to this office and I am so thankful that I did. I've been attending appointments routinely 2 days a week since July and have seen incredible results in my progress in just a few short months. The Doctors at this office are incredibly professional, encouraging and it's clear they care deeply for their patients as a whole person. Dr. Scott, Dr. Rachael, Dr.Jacob, Dr. Nic and Dr.Lexi (no particular order) all have been wonderful and bring different knowledge and experience to my case; I feel seen and heard when I come to this office that I have rarely experienced in healthcare settings. Alison, Shelby, LeeAnn, Imani, Alex and Heather have been kind and helpful staff at the office as well. (I also can't forget to include Sadie the therapy dog's warmest of welcomes). I've found a new take on life with the work these doctors have done on my body that I've always been detached from. I've gained confidence I've never had because they have given me tools, exercises and educated me to continue my progress myself which is extremely empowering. Experiencia fantástica: One of the best things to ever happen to me was being referred to DR. NICHOLAS SZCZEPANIK (Dr. Nick) at Rezac and Associates Physical Therapy! Dr. Nick also specializes in Neurological issues such as Traumatic Brain Injuries, Strokes etc. Dr. Nick gave me my life back!!!!! In 2012 I sustained a severe TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) with severe Vertigo. I had to learn everything all over. I could barely walk with out the use of my canes, terrible vertigo, sleeping 20 hours a day, debilitating headaches and could hardly be upright for very long. I was pretty much a recluse for 8 years. With Dr. Nicks expertise, encouragement, and support, I started recovering! Dr. Nick is not only an expert in his field he's one of nicest, most patient Doctor and makes therapy enjoyable. Dr. Nick truly cares about his clients and will go the extra mile to ensure that you succeed!! In 2022 I was good enough to take my first real trip. I stayed at the Stanley Hotel, on the way home I got rear-ended on the highway which totaled my car. I had to start all over again, all my symptoms returned. I wasn't worried, I had Dr. Nick I knew he would take care of me and take care of me he did. I'm happy to say once again I'm almost up to where I was. Rezac & Associates has many wonderful and knowledgeable Physical Therapists, Doctors and Staff! They are fabulous and always willing to help and provide amazing customer service. Never give up! They are there to help you. I am forever grateful to Dr. Nick and the Rezac and Associates Team!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the privilege of being mentored by Scott Rezac as a fellow- in-training PT at this clinic for nearly 5 weeks spread throughout a one year period. I could not have asked for a better mentor or experience. The entire staff was welcoming and Angela was always responsive to my emails when I needed to plan my visits for mentoring. Scott and the PTs in this clinic practice at an entirely different level and treat a spectrum of simple to complex conditions that I’ve never been exposed to or even thought about. This isn’t just a rehab clinic. Scott manages each patient’s healthcare from coordinating imaging, speaking directly with patient’s physicians, and discussing nutrition as necessary to give his patients the best possible outcomes. I was challenged in all of my clinical thought processes and encouraged to be a better PT. 20/10 recommend this clinic for anybody needing physical therapy or a solid fellowship mentor!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been adapting to a spinal cord injury since September 24th 2009. I’ve seen a number of occupational & physical therapy providers. Throughout the past 15 years, I’ve found aquatic therapy to be one of the best things one can do for self maintenance. Though Rezac does not have the ability to provide aquatic therapy, they do provide some of the best full range therapy available. I’ve been working with them for a decade now. I’ve found Rezac to be a great place for me. Though, what works for 1 shall not work for all, if you’re looking for a great family to assist you with your rehabilitative needs, Rezac & Associates has earned my trust, respect, & appreciation. Furthermore, I believe, as a result, I should offer my recommendations. The Rezac family has a great team!!! They are very talented people with a great wealth of abilities, experience, knowledge, talent l, & understanding. With a number of talented therapists, I recommend giving Rezac & Associates an opportunity to assist with any given situation. Your recovery is your responsibility. Keep your heads right, goals insight, & game tight. One of the most useful tools I have found is, a healthy perspective. You can do it. Believe in yourself. Only you can enjoy your life for you. Their absolute focus on mental health leads into how they handle their patients physical health. I feel extremely fortunate to have found them thru my eye Doctor. I have full body CRPS and have issues with being touched. Yet the Doctors at Rezac have been nothing but professional about my uncommon disorder. Being able to have Telehealth sessions has been awesome and beyond helpful these last 8 months. I truly cannot recommend Rezac and Associates enough. Experiencia positiva: First, I want to say that everyone here is super nice. However, I am a runner and came here over two months ago with outer knee pain and received a diagnoses patellafemoral inflammation. I have been coming to regular visits with little improvement. My last visit was with Shelby, and I feel that she finally made a breakthrough in my care. Due to her findings, I feel that my initial diagnoses was incorrect and I basically wasted two months not improving. My insurance authorization has run out and I’m pretty upset that I spent so much time and money here while not fixing the problem. My recommendation is that runners should go to a PT that knows the specific needs of runners.

I currently see Dr. Nick Szczepanik for a combination of past chronic injuries and treatment for two brain aneurysms that I has in March of 2017. I am a disabled autistic adult who appreciates more than anything Nicks ability to listen and relate to me as a patient. He always communicates to me on my level and listens to what I have going on physically without pre judging anything. He has helped me make so many quality of life improvements in the way of funtioning and mobility. We still have a long way to go, but when I look at where I was I am amazed at what we have accomplished. I would not have been able to do it without someone like him who took the time, caring, and patience to work with me like he did. All of the staff at Rezac is like this and I have never seen anyone have a bad experience. They truly do take the time to have good quality people there and it shows. They treat both me, and my service dog with such care and I have truly appreicated them for it. I have been working with Nick, Jacob, and Shelby, and they are all great people with brilliant minds, minus the fact that one is a Cowboys fan.

Experiencia fantástica: The short version: This place is fantastic. Go here. Especially if you're recovering from a brain injury. The long version: I've had 2 concussions over the past 5 years that have really negatively impacted my quality of life, with a lot of neck and shoulder pain, headaches, fatigue, eye strain and brain fog. I first went to a PT place to treat these symptoms in Santa Fe NM, where they basically had me run on a treadmill, which really wasn't helpful. About a year later, an optometrist in Colorado Springs recommended Rezac and Associates to me, and I was immediately impressed by Dr. Jacob Schaller-Ward's knowledgeability about TBIs, his measured approach, and by the real, quantifiable improvements to my symptoms I experienced after each session. My symptoms would worsen between visits, and I wasn't convinced that I would see long term improvement, but that changed when we started dry needling my sub-occipitals. When I opened my eyes afterwards, the visual snow I had experienced since my injury a year earlier was just gone, and it's stayed gone since then. Fast forward to a year of treatment and lots of at-home exercises later, and my symptoms have improved dramatically. I'm driving again, I'm playing music with my friends, going to parties, cooking meals, exercising, all things that were impossible a year ago. Dr. Jacob has been a fantastic resource, not just for physical therapy, but also for help with navigating the healthcare system, insurance, other providers, dietary supplements, and lots more. He truly cares about his patients, and I'm so grateful to be one of them!

Experiencia fantástica: After being at other therapy clinics Rezac & Associates are the very best and only the most outstanding are employed there. I have been going off and on there since 2009. The facility is top rate with therapy dogs and a therapy rabbit. The past year I have been seeing Dr. Jacob and Dr. Rachael for my therapy needs. Dr. Jacob is top notch and makes that important personal connection with his patients. He has patience, explains everything in detail and answers all questions. This is a demanding job, he stays enthusiastic and is very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jacob for all your therapy challenges. I am also seeing Dr. Rachael and I can’t say enough great things about her. She makes sure she tailors the program to your health conditions both physical and mentally, and is always encouraging. Excellent, patient, wonderful, outstanding, and dedicated are just a few words to describe her. If you don’t feel good when you arrive you will feel so much better when you leave. I would also HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rachael and all the therapists at Rezac & Associates.

The level of care the therapists provide here is exceptional. Dr. Nick and Dr. Jacob worked with me and they are a great team. They really listened and figured out how to best treat me in everything. It was a lot! They have shown me how to manage my injuries and pain. They really do care and they made therapy fun. Do the work and you will get results. Dr. Jacob has been instrumental in helping me improve my health and quality of life. He listens to me, and also offers helpful recommendations on daily living. When I'm hurting I always feel better after my appointment. Everyone in the office is great too. I've started seeing Shelby as well for different women's issues and I'm enjoying learning from her as well. Rezac is a family owned and operated business, and they truly care about their patients. I'd much rather go here than at a hospital rehab program that feels so impersonal.

When she was diagnosed with a rare terminal disease he quickly took to the books and researched as much as he could about her condition. He continues to this day to provide the upmost care and expertise to my little one as her body changes with regression. I swear she wouldn't be doing as well as she is without him. I had been diagnosed several years ago and needed to address what I considered a fairly significant reinjury. Perambulation was problematical and my pain factor was reaching toward a strong 7. My principal therapist was Dr Scott Rezac, PT, co–owner of Rezac & Associates. I had received the referral from my PCP. After a multi–week course of focused exercises, rest, therapeutic sessions, and counsel, Dr Rezac and I agreed that I was improved enough to continue on my own responsibility. I am well pleased with my experience at Rezac & Associates. The offices and treatment center were in convenient proximity. Setting up my initial appointment with Dr Sophie McNeely, P.T., for preliminary exam and evaluation went seamlessly. The remaining course of follow-up sessions with Dr Rezac was remarkably focused, informative, and effective. Kudos also to Dr April Brown, P.T. & Fellow, for her initial assistance with my exercise regimen, as well as to the front office staff for assisting me with my initial schedule and subsequent call–ins. I have had four neck surgeries and she got me to where I can sit up and work an 8 hour day in a desk chair again. I also had an ankle surgery and she was able to get me walking pain free again. We have seen several of the PTs for hyper mobile joints, dysautonomia, and Ehler's Danlos Syndrome. Very happy with our therapy as well as ease of scheduling and keeping the three of us being seen at the same time to save on driving.

I had seen another PT a few months prior, and felt I was getting nowhere. I was having residual dizziness and uneven vision due to a virus a year before which left me totally deaf in one ear and with dizziness when I would move quickly or stand. Dr. Nick listened, worked on specific neck and facial nerves and muscles, approached the situation professionally, and he taught me exercises to do at home which have all helped me get my life back. Experiencia fantástica: The fact that I just got a Christmas card in the mail with the dogs I love so much on it is amazing. Honestly all of the staff I met here were amazing and pleasant. They helped me knee heal very fast and were always so accomadating. I would recommend this place to any one . Some times I actually found my self looking forward to coming and was sad to leave when healed. There puppies here are the cutest and will forever be missed.

All of the PTs are knowledgeable and good at what they do. One of the best parts are the PT dogs. They hang out in the office lending a paw. The front office staff has also been wonderful and very accommodating. Its always a pleasure working with them.
