Very friendly, explain exercises very well, making sure one in comfortable performing the exercies and what the goal of each of the exercise is. Answers all questions clearly. I really appreciate that the excercises are posted on line with videos and voice explainations. Would recommend Action Potential to anyone.

From the moment I walked in and every visit after the front desk that greets you is very friendly and even goes beyond to make sure I get the best information in regards to my insurance, my care. The therapist is very knowledgeable and has helped me greatly. Awesome group

Experiencia positiva: Not sure about this last guy as I found Kari to be amazing! She has since moved on but the other two therapists I have seen there were great as well. My hour includes exercises with assistants and direct therapy with the PT. I can't imagine needing the PT to hold my hand for the whole hour. I sometimes paid before, sometimes after, but usually was told just to pay for both weekly visits on the 2nd appt. I'm happier here than with other places I have been.
