Experiencia fantástica: This is the best team ever! My first treatment was in August of 2022 for hurting my knee while skating. Danny was my Dr and he was great, professional and hilarious. Tanvi was great as well as Brittany!! They turned into family just about for me. I ended up breaking my arm (going skating) in March. So I definitely came back to them because they took such good care of me. They are so positive, warm, and the jokes are none stop. It's the best energy needed for healing. Thank you guys. I'll be by eventually but to visit. No more skating!! Lol

Experiencia fantástica: My therapist was Tanvi, she is PHENOMENAL!!! The atmosphere, music, upbeat, knowledge, professionalism, and positivity attitude s is what makes this place the BEST. I am so thankful that Tanvi, Danny, and Brittany were part of my recovery after my knee surgery. I am so grateful for them.

Experiencia fantástica: Danny the Physical Therapist, is truly a gift to therapy. He has helped me more than any other therapy has. They use many different treatment methods! His assistants Brittany and Tanvi are also amazing! I would not be better after chronic hip pain and surgery if it were not for them!

Experiencia fantástica: I was very lucky to have found P5 performance. I have been dealing with nagging shoulder pain for years and have seen different therapist, however, was never able to fully resolve my symptoms. Then came Dr. Chris Tak who took time to listen to me, understood my frustrations and developed an exercise program specifically for me. I am now back to playing softball without any issues. You are awesome would recommend Dr. Chris Tak to anyone!

Chris has been doing a fantastic job attacking my injury with heat, compression, massage, exercises, etc. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Emma and the other staff are also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Overall I've had an incredible experience. Started going to P5 because of back issues. They have great equipment, the physical therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, providing consistent feedback and advice for a long term recovery. I particularly appreciate how each session was geared toward advancing toward a subsequent stage of recover, from eliminating pain to increasing stability, up until returning to peak performance. Additionally the staff is wonderful, which provides a level of anticipation to attending each session, and considering the circumstances, this is a huge advantage unique to this location.

Experiencia fantástica: WOWWW!!!! I am more than pleased with the experience and services P5 Performance had to offer from beginning to end! The entire staff working at this location was friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable (definitely made me feel at home). I worked directly with Chris Tak, one of one their physical therapist who I HIGHLY recommend. Chris made it feel very comfortable working with him and also was very informative and thorough with his instructions during our session. After the session had concluded, Chris went into recovery and patient education with step by step exercises I would need to continue at home. BIG shout out to him! Also, a huge thank you to Rebecca (director) for working diligently through my very difficult/complicated insurance policy. P5 Performance Plano will go above and beyond for their patients from the time you walk in until the time you walk out.
