Experiencia fantástica: I love Crom, now named Elation. While I had to go there quite a while, I was always okay with it because of the people there. They are positive and upbeat, starting with Tony who greets you at the front door. He is good natured and helpful while staying on top of scheduling appointments each week. The positive experience continues with Jon, Chris, and Megan as the work begins. All three are knowledgeable, encouraging, and incredibly patient, and I never felt they were tired of my questions. They had good back-up exercises when needed. I knew Roy from five years ago when he worked with me after surgery. I got to see him some when I went for therapy this time, and that was always a treat. He can be proud of his work and this clinic. They’re the best.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with Elation Physical therapy (previously Crom Rehab)! I went to PT for 4 months following SI Joint Fusion surgery. Jonathan, Megan, and Chris are all incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, supportive, friendly, and funny. They helped me go from limping to running and get me back into my normal physical activities. They take great care of everyone and make PT enjoyable, even when it's tough. They push you just the right amount and encourage you along the way. The front desk staff are also exceptional. They are friendly and easy to work with for scheduling and anything else you need. The facility is modern and clean. It has everything you need to recover. I highly recommend Elation Physical Therapy for all of your PT needs!

They were patient with me without being condescending, preachy or lecturing. They kept me on track and adjusted accordingly. The front desk staff is also nice, friendly and very professional. Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Amanda, Jordan, and Chris over the course of three months following ankle surgery. Each PT was so fun to work with and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had about my ankle. They all celebrated with me as it got stronger and each helped me reach my goal of getting back to the gym and playing volleyball again!

Staff is very mindful of your pain limits and even tho we are working to get better, they don't push too hard. Experiencia fantástica: I came to Crom because of neck issues in January and I graduated in May! What a difference the care and exercises provided by the team have made in my strength, comfort, range of motion, and well-being. The staff were always friendly and understanding. They made sure I was using good form and progressing. They also provided at-home exercises to support therapy. The facility is clean and modern and the staff are all vaccinated. Lastly, appointments were easy and convenient. I hope I don't need other types of physical therapy in the future, but, if I do, I'll come back to Crom.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so fortunate to have rehabbed at Crom! First day I arrive in a boot, on crutches, had surgery for a broken leg. And Amanda told me "Our goal is to have you walking without a limp." I was so broken mentally and emotionally, they saw what I couldn't. And they did get me walking without a limp. I'm back to an active lifestyle, including tennis! Each session was different exercises, never boring. The team there is so skilled, from the front desk to the PT crew. And they genuinely care about the patients. They will work with you on scheduling, they're easy to get a hold of, phone or text. Early on I had a rough session, I was feeling defeated and left teary. The next session, Dr. Jordan pulled me aside and asked how I was, and assured me the process was working. Rehab is not just physical, but a mental journey as well, and they support & challenge you along the way.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't be happier with the care I received at Cröm Rehab. Andrea set up my appointments and was such a delight to work with. She was very transparent with what my out of pocket costs were going to be. With Covid-19, I appreciated that she gave me a choice of an in office visit or a Telehealth visit. I opted for Telehealth. Working in the medical field myself, their patient portal stood out to me. It is very advanced, filling out my paperwork was a breeze and very user friendly. I was assigned to Dr. Ernie. He was meticulous, very patient (I asked soo many questions) and well prepared, he took his time and was very thorough in finding out about my past medical history. He explained exactly what was causing my issue and how it could be corrected. Dr. Ernie gets 5 stars!!! I am so amazed by the results and improvement I've had after only a few sessions. Cröm Rehab is passionate about helping their patients improve their mobility and overall physical function. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Cröm!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Crōm Rehabilitation, after undergoing ACL repair surgery, during the COVID-19 pandemic and it has been an incredible experience. Their response to the pandemic has been incredibly professional: temperatures are taken before every session and all machines and materials used are meticulously cleaned after every use. I felt very safe while I was there. For therapy, they were incredible. The entire team was so friendly--I actively looked forward to going to my sessions because I was excited to see everyone. They answered my questions, listened to my concerns, and were able to tailor my exercises to address those concerns. They really challenge you with the exercises they give you during and between sessions, but, having now completed my therapy, I feel very secure and strong with no pain. I am incredibly pleased with where I am in my recovery after my therapy at Crōm. I am honestly sad that my PT experience at Crōm is over. I cannot recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Saw Dr. Ernie for a shoulder fracture. After just 3 weeks of therapy, I could life my arm again. After 8 weeks, I was back to almost new, fully able to rotate my shoulder. I love the environment at Crom! The staff is so friendly and personable, as well as knowledgeable and professional. It was bittersweet being discharged but am so happy I chose Crom!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about the Crom Rehab team. I tore my left ACL and had some meniscus damage playing indoor soccer at the end of August 2018. I did pre-surgery physical therapy at Crom to strengthen the muscles around the knee and to help with the post-surgery recovery. I was back at Crom 2 days after my surgery at the beginning of October 2018 to start PT again. Over the next few months I worked with just about everyone on the Crom team. Andrea always makes you feel welcome as soon as you step in the door. Dr. Roy and his staff of physical therapists & assistants are all very passionate about getting you back to 100% and clearly know what they are doing. Amanda, Julia, and Gabi were all amazing to work with and are great at keeping the sessions light hearted and fun, yet still push you and challenge you to do things you didn't think you were capable of. The thing that really sticks out to me is that you can tell they all really care about helping you get better. I had full range of motion back in my left knee and was able to start running again about 4 months post surgery. I'm now about 8 months post-ACL reconstruction and am running around throwing a football on the beach. My knee is no longer limiting my activities as I continue to inch closer to full speed and get back into sports. It's been a journey, but I am extremely happy I found the Crom team to work me through my injury.

They rehabbed my broken shoulder (torn rotator cuff/labrum) twice over and I am extremely happy with the results. I recommend them to anyone recovering from surgery or trying to prevent the need for surgery. They'll get you back to doing what you love to do!

Experiencia fantástica: I just completed 20 rehab sessions (my insurance provider max) at the Shepherd location over the course of a few months with this caring, professional crew. Tyler, Amanda, Gabi, Jose and Dr. Rivera were the crew I saw the most during my visits. My time there was memorable, and they got me rehabbed from a leg surgery back to as close as I'm going to get to "normal use" and range of motion for the leg. They also worked with me on some scheduling conflicts, which really helped since I work full time. I feel really good about investing that time in Crom's services. They came through for me, working with strength, lots of balance, and control. Lots of variety in the tasks I did, with follow-up assessments to track progress. The workout felt focused and challenged me. Things I noticed were they cared about how you were doing that day, because every day you have a different energy; they listened; and they played a good 90s mix station. OK that was irrelevant, but the atmosphere was upbeat and supportive. The best thing is I have some helpful "homework" exercise videos to refer back to now that I'm on my own, and I have the tools to know how to work out my injury at the gym as well, using the gym's equipment instead of being at Crom. All in all I got back on my feet and saw results, in what felt like a cool "group gym" atmosphere. Thanks Crom, for being there for me!!

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Crom Rehab was excellent. I had been struggling with knee pain for years after a half marathon and had tried unsuccessfully to heal it at other clinics. However, I was successful at Crom. The team is professional and very thorough. During the first appointment, Dr. Roy does a full assessment and sets you up with home exercises. Then during each PT session, the team actively track progress and watches your form so that they can correct and add on exercises as you progress. I have never had such wonderful attention during PT before! The key is to do your homework at home and keep asking questions during your session. Thank you to Crom Rehab team for your help!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a physical rehab center where you will receive excellent care and a truly customized program for your needs, then get yourself to Crom Rehabilitation. I have been a client at several PT facilities over the past few years, and Crom is by far the best. Dr. Roy Rivera was spot-on in his assessment of my needs and developed a program that matched my goals. In addition, the home PT routine he provided is challenging (which it needs to be!) but very manageable and comes with accompanying videos of each exercise. Very helpful! I was made to feel welcome the minute I entered, and all of the staff are very professional, kind and ENCOURAGING. This is the type of environment clients/patients need!

Experiencia fantástica: I spent over two months at Crōm Rehab for physical therapy for my lower back, and my experience was great. My back is so much stronger, my lower back pain is gone, and I now have the tools I need to maintain my back health for the rest of my life. Dr. Roy was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He assessed my pain and range of movement on my first visit and came up with a therapy plan for me, explaining where most of my pain was likely originating from and how we were going to fix it. My primary therapists, Amanda and Julia were both wonderful - aware of my therapy program, not hesitating to ask questions if they were unsure of anything, clear in their instructions, and fun to work with. Andrea, managing the front desk and all insurance-related issues was always helpful and a pleasure to talk to. As my therapy progressed, changes in my routine and "homework" were tailored to meet my needs, and all new exercises and stretches were made available to me through my online patient portal. The therapy area is a well-maintained, pleasant, open, and clean space. I will miss my time there working with my therapy team, but am thrilled to be free of back pain!

Experiencia fantástica: Let's see... Roy and his staff know what's up! Starting at the front desk they are familiar with insurance and definitely handled my confusion well. They also checked with insurance before perscibing me more visits. Then there's the email reminders that allow you to add appointments to your phone calendar. The facility is "small" in a sense that it's not a 24hr fitness, but plenty of space and machines to conduct the perscribed exercises, it's actually a really efficient setup and I think allows for the attention to care that's needed while being there. The staff and Roy are always in sight and can be consulted, as well as, they keep an eye on you to ensure you're doing exercises correctly. One thing that impressed me with Roy is his knowledge and his exercises, he knew my issue right away during my evaluation. Dictated an estimated timeline to recover and sure enough he was spot on. The people he imploys are cheery and helpful and also ensure that you're staying on track. Wanted to include photos but they dont do the facility justice (wrong angles etc.)...but it was always very clean. Don't forget to bring some clothes to workout because you'll definitely be working. Last note. I personally recovered from my injury and noticed other people had recovered during my time there. Definitely worth your time and money if you want to be fixed.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a sports medicine physician, and when I sprained my ankle during an indoor men’s volleyball tournament, I quickly became a patient. I had 6 weeks to get ready for our national tournament. Dr. Roy and the crew at Crom were so helpful in getting me back to playing shape, all from pain reducing therapies, to balance, to their rock wall. No hocus pocus or gimmicks... just good old-fashion work! They play great music to keep you pumped. Crom takes good care of you, and I never thought I would have so much fun doing rehab when I was down and depressed. They were out-of-network for my insurance, so I paid cash instead which was super affordable and totally worth it. Super recommend!

Dr Roy runs a smooth program and puts together great teams. Although my physical therapist team was different this time the quality of care was unchanged. Experiencia fantástica: I went to Crom Rehab after my reconstructive knee surgery in October, Dr. Roy started me off by diving right into everything I needed to get my mobility back. When I first started physical therapy there, I was barely able to bend my knee and had a lot of swelling. After about 3 weeks, I was already able to bend my knee without pain and swelling was subsided almost all the way down to normal. I continued to go to therapy 2-3 times a week and before I knew it I was jumping without pain, running with ease and had almost no difficulty doing the things I was barely able to do a month prior. I worked with Dr. Roy, Julia, and Abbey during the week, and they are all such awesome people. They are all so personable and easy to get along with, as well as informative and knowledgeable with every exercise I performed. They definitely pushed the limits to make sure I was ready to go on my own with working out and getting back to playing soccer. Also, I have nothing but great things to say about Andrea, who works at the front desk. She is so sweet and fun to chat with before my sessions began, she was also so helpful scheduling appointments and rescheduling when I had something come up. Overall, I had an awesome experience and was a bittersweet goodbye when I finished therapy. Will definitely recommend everyone to Crom Rehab! Thanks for everything you guys, see y'all on the soccer field! P.S. when you compete your all your therapy sessions with them, they give you a super sweet (and might I add high quality) coffee mug! Experiencia fantástica: This a wonderful place. They push you to help you out. You do a lot and at times it seems unorthodox but you leave each day feeling better than when you arrived. Everyone I worked with was amazing and really get to know you. It's kinda weird leaving because when you spend 3 days per week with these people you start to develop a kind of friendship because they are themselves. Everyone is very personable and fun to be around so you will be extremely comfortable around all of them while still maintaining great professionalism. I highly recommend them for any physical therapy needs. Just don't let Amanda pull off the contacts if you do the electrolysis on a place you are substantially hairy. I think she takes a little too much joy in ripping your hair out (that's a joke by the way, she's great)

They are all very attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate about your physical therapy. I have required physical therapy on multiple occasions and I have to say this was my best experience to date. Julia and Amanda are excellent and work diligently with you to get you back to where you want/need to be physically. Plus they were fun to work with. Not usually something you find at physical therapy. Andrea was also a lot of help! She has the fabulous task of scheduling and insurance. She worked hard to get my lousy insurance worked out. If you have a choice in rehab facilities, pick Crom Rehabilitation.

Experiencia fantástica: THE BEST! If you are looking for a place to rehab after an injury or surgery, look no further! I rehabbed at Crom for about 3 months after having reconstructive surgery of my ACL and was very satisfied with the treatment I received. From day one, Dr. Roy and Co. made me feel like part of the team, not just another patient. It was very clear that everyone there really cared about my recovery. Every visit started with a warm and personal greeting from Andrea...super helpful with billing, scheduling, etc. and genuinely just very pleasant to have a conversation with. Next was always a fun and engaging training session with Abbey. She was great in explaining every new exercise and making sure I was performing each one correctly. As with all rehab treatments, you only get results based on the work you are willing to put in but Abbey will make sure you push yourself further each time. Last but not least, Dr. Roy is great! He was always there to answer any questions I had regarding my knee, my progress, my path forward, etc. He always took the time to explain things to me until I completely understood. It's obvious every member of his staff is a direct reflection of his attitude towards patient care and well-being. Overall, I highly recommend Crom for anyone in need of rehab. I couldn't have hoped for a better road to recovery. A big thank you to all my friends at Crom for getting me back to normal! (And a special shout-out to Dr. Roy's solid beard game.)

They pushed me to accomplish the goals that we set up at the beginning. And the results were outstanding. I wish I could work with these ladies and Roy on an ongoing basis, but I realize there are other people that really need their help. Experiencia fantástica: I was treated at Crōm Rehabilitation after my hip replacement dislocated and the talented team of physical therapists worked back into good strength and flexibility with their positive, encouraging ways. I always felt that I was in good hands as they challenged my limits. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Although I never want to experience another surgery or dislocation, I would be happy to return to Crōm if the need arises.

Experiencia fantástica: Over the years, I've done physical therapy at a few different places. This is by far the best place I've been to. If you have to heal often you'll spend a good amount of time over a month or couple of months at therapy, so a good atmosphere is important. This facility is nice and tasteful and a very positive environment. They have music playing and two tv's with a variety of programs on from movies, to sports to news. The machines and equipment are clean and nice. Dr. Roy & Dr. Matt are great guys and both participated in my therapy depending on when my appointment was. Instead of feeling split or not focused on, I felt I received two Dr's taking an interest in my care. Highly recommend Crom Rehabilitation!

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Crom is wonderful! This was my first experience with PT... I was SO impressed with their ability to accurately diagnose my issues and treat my injury quickly. I started to notice a significant improvement in my pain and flexibility within just 2 weeks. I did my homework exercises and they gave me a lot of options for more advanced exercises as I progressed so I could continue to work my way back to being fit and flexible; and the new options meant doing the exercises each night never got boring. They helped to get me back into shape for mountain climbing. They are friendly and fun and everyone seems to work together as a team. They are just fabulous... I will definitely use them again in the future!
