Experiencia fantástica: My dad has a back pain since many years now and he has shown himself to many physiotherapist. But no luck. Then we came across Absolute Physical Therapy. After the evaluation they suggested us 15 sessions. So during the first session, my dad's pain level was 8 out of 10 and at the end of 15 sessions it is 3 out of 10. Staff here did a great job in treating him. We are very pleased with these guys' service. Highly recommend!!

She is one in a million. Much Respect to her.. She will push you to your limits and set goals of improvement, but overall the staff is flexible and pleasant. They are constantly cleaning the equipment, and they have state of the art machinery. Parking is easy. I've seen them work with different clients about insurances, so if you're not sure of your coverage, ask them. 5 star Facility and Staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this center for shoulder pain and pain In my foot.The therapist has always been very professional and thorough.He diagnosed my problem and provided me with options and He was upfront about number of sessions needed. I was impressed with the thoroughness and the time they spent in helping me with the exercises and educating me on the root cause .I would definitely recommend Absolute Physical Therapy as I have benefited from their expertise.

Experiencia fantástica: I came into this facility unable to walk on my own with a herniated disk in my lower back. They were able to fit me in the day I received orders to do Physical Therapy from the doctor. Physical Therapist Dia was a Godsend. After the assessment she had me perform a series of exercises to stretch the muscles. It was painful at first but she was very patient and calm, assisting me in the stretches. Almost immediately afterwards I could feel better. After asking what limits were and what I could do, I scheduled another appointment. I have been to Absolute Physical Therapy three times now and have gone from constant pain, unable to stand or walk on my own to using q cane and little to bo pain. The staff and physical therapists here really care about their clients and it shows. I highly recommend coming here and at least speaking to a staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad I found this place. I had a tear in my shoulder that prevented me from lifting heavy objects even a small cup of tea. Diya and Amber has been working with me for the past 6 weeks and I have improved tremendously (I still have more work to do). Diya and Amber take their time with each exercise and making sure it is done safely. They are also very pleasant to work with especially when you are in pain. I am fortunate enough to have found this PT center in helping me in my road to recovery!!

Experiencia fantástica: Went for follow up to arthroscopic knee surgery. I'm so thankful that my therapist pushed me and kept me persevering in the exercises even though they could be uncomfortable. Results were I gained back full range of motion and flexibility in 5 weeks.

Once my initial ailment, plantar fasciitis, was corrected with the help of Robin and Diya, I decided to stay on and have one-on-one physical fitness training, also with Diya (went virtual during Covid.) All of the technicians are great and have your best interest at heart. Thanks Robin and Diya, glad you’re Dairy Ashford location is back to being fully operational!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely can't say enough about the staff at Absolute Physical Therapy on S. Dairy Ashford. To me, they are like angels that have helped me go from crutches to walking in a short amount of time. Something I thought was impossible. Diya is amazing! The therapies and techniques that they use WORK! I was diagnosed with CRPS or Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome after a knee injury that would not heal properly. I was going to Methodist for everything, the PT did not help at all, and after 6 months of no results, I desperately needed someone to help. I needed Myofascial release techniques, and Methodist did not provide. Diya at Absolute Physical Therapy used a personalized and comprehensive approach, by using Myofascial release techniques, TENS unit stimulation, strengthening exercises and even ice massage. Within a week, I saw a 60-70% improvement that was beyond belief. The entire staff are extremely friendly, wear masks, and are entertaining and thorough. I highly recommend Absolute Physical Therapy, which is excellent PT and cost effective as well. I will forever be indebted to Diya, Amber, and the entire staff. God bless you and prosper you in 2021!

Experiencia fantástica: I have severe bone on bone knee pain, that even prescription medications didn't touch most times. Then by 'accident' I was sent to Absolute. I was ready to turn around & leave since they did not have aquatic therapy. But something told me to stay...Thank God I Did Stay! I haven't had this many pain-free minutes, hours and days since being diagnosed with arthritis. I recommend any & every person in pain due to DJD, come here.

Experiencia positiva: After dealing with an excruciating pain for too long I was diagnosed with Bursitis of the hip and referred to physical therapy. I had read the reviews for this place before making an appointment and was a bit skeptical as a few we're not good and wasn't sure what to expect. However I'm glad to have ended here, the staff truly cares, you can tell they're being honest about their concern and ensure you're heading the right direction to recovery. Robbin is amazing! He is passionate about what he does, I loved the fact that he explains what he's doing and what it helps with. I'm happy to say I was a bit sad on my last session because they all had been wonderful and I had gotten used to seeing them so often but happy as they had done a phenomenal job at getting me back on track, no more limping.

Experiencia fantástica: After having two knee surgeries I had just accepted the fact that I was always going to have pain and discomfort in my knee. A friend of mine had suggested the ASTYM treatment and at this point I was willing to try anything. I searched online for ASTYM providers and Absolute Physical Therapy and Fitness was at the top. I've seen Robin each time for my treatment and he is great! He does an awesome job explaining why and how something works, and he's very knowledgeable! The ASTYM treatment is working wonders, and I have honestly never felt better! I highly recommend Absolute!

Experiencia fantástica: Miracle Workers! After being unable to put any weight on my left leg, I thought that my hiking days were over at just 54 years old! An MRI revealed that I had a bulging disc in the lumbar region of my back which was affecting the sciatic nerve. Plus, after 3 years of running over rough terrain, in Norway, my IT band and Piriformis muscle (I’d never even heard of these until now) had totally knotted and seized up!!! I was in a bad way, miserable and unable to sleep due to the pain. The team at Absolute Physical Therapy and Fitness have been Absolutely amazing! My therapy sessions include strengthening and stretching exercises and Astym therapy; a therapy that regenerates healthy soft tissues (muscles, tendons, etc.), and eliminates or reduces unwanted scar tissue that may be causing pain or movement restrictions. The staff are welcoming, friendly and really care about your well-being. After an initial assessment and studying my MRI results they designed a program specifically for me. I have had such a positive experience at Absolute Physical Therapy and Fitness that I do not want my therapy to end. I will continue to go to them for maintenance visits but they have literally got me up and going again in just a few weeks and I am now more flexible than I have been since my teens! Thanks to the team at Absolute Physical Therapy and Fitness I have not had to resort to strong pain medication or muscle relaxants!

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Absolute Physical Therapy for a frozen shoulder. I went with the Astym treatment. After 6 visits, I have complete range of motion . The muscles still feel tight, but I am certain that it will get better with the exercises that Robin gave me. The actual therapy involved the Astym technique to remove knots in my arm and stretching to release the tension in the tight muscles. The stretching was quite painful the first few sessions as my muscles were so tight. With each session, the tightness improved. I am very pleased with the results so far.

Experiencia positiva: The actual physical therapists are great, extremely knowledgeable and considerate to their clients pain and needs. On the other hand the front desk Nichole very distant , unhinged and sarcastic. Barely interacts with new patients, no eye contact gives one the impression that either you are not welcome or she's bored with her job... I totally appreciate my Therapist Cierra beautiful young lady with extremely good understanding of my pain, but because of Nichole I no longer can go to this facility .
