I have made amazing strides with my knee therapy and the strengthening of my knees and the surrounding muscles. I could not have asked for a more focused and caring PT PROFESSIONAL. Kevin, you are great at what you do, and it shows that you love your work; you create such a positive environment that it forces one to show up for PT. Experiencia fantástica: Kevin Is the best of the best. I’ve been to other Physical Therapists and you vastly see the difference between the professional and the knowledgeable experience that Kevin has as opposed to others. He is worth the drive. I wanted him again as my physical therapist after my most recent surgery, however I found out he was promoted (that wasn’t shocking) and his schedule conflicted with mine. To say the least I was disappointed however I was given a physical therapist that mentors under him. Ian is amazing and it’s like having Kevin again only I know that Ian is paving his way and will be just as successful. I have struck gold with these two and I’m so happy they are part of my recovery. Ian truly cares about his patients and is so easy to have conversations with. The front desk ladies are amazing and always attentive to anything I need. I think sometimes people get taken for granted if you haven’t experienced what true unprofessionalism looks like. I’ve been to other PTs within Hermann Memorial and let me tell you from beginning to end this place has it together. They have earned the 5 star rating from me. Coming back here has felt like coming home after my most recent surgery. I didn’t realize how much I missed them after going to a PT closer to home. Well I did, but coming back really sent it home. My only complaint is the traffic and the drive for me. I’m sometimes embarrassed if I walk in a little late. They still treat me with the highest respect. I’m so so thankful for this place and it been the one great thing within my long and hard recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall an excellent experience here! Great atmosphere and facility with a very friendly and supportive staff. The front desk ladies, LaNessa and Felicite were extremely nice and helpful. Techs were always available for assistance and treated me well. I rehabbed with Eric, he’s such an awesome physical therapist and an even better person!! Super pleasant to work with. Although rehab isn’t always the most exciting, the fun vibes this place offered definitely helped make the process worthwhile. Would highly recommend this location, especially if you plan on returning to a sport/activity!! Plus as a bonus: good, upbeat music selection and they offer parking validation

Experiencia fantástica: Orlando Valle was my sports physical therapist after a meniscus repair and a manipulation, I must say he and his staff are hands down the best! LaNessa, one of the front desk assistants, is always a pleasant and helpful!! Equipment is top of the line and up-to-date and the views on the bikes are amazing distraction to the pain. Highly recommend Iron Mann for anyone needing pt!!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing facility and top notch PTs. Have been going here for over a year due to multiple surgeries, and the people here make it feel like home. Front desk staff are cheery and pleasant. Techs and PTs are skilled and motivating. Highly recommend this location if you want to get back to your sport or activity level Also parking validation done if that is a concern. And cleaning/sanitation/masking practices above par.

Experiencia fantástica: OMG!!!! I DONNOT have enough words of praise for this center. Dr. Lowe and his office staff, the rehab center, and the surgery center. I just had my very first surgery, of my entire life, a few days ago and I am utterly spoiled!!! THIS IS HOW YOU DO HEALTHCARE!!! The nurses treated me and my family just like we were members of their family, Dr. Lowe was so professional and sweet.....my GOD, the whole experience has been PHENOMENAL. Would 10,000% recommend this group to ANYONE

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to therapy here following my third ACL and meniscus injury, and I am amazed by the quality of the therapy they provide. The therapists are very friendly and work with you and your goals to make sure you achieve the physical outcomes you want. They answer all my questions and always keep me informed of my progress. As a college athlete, they work to incorporate skills I might need in my sports, and they push you to be better. The equipment is all new and highly functional and has definitely helped me improve. Everything is clean and organized. They offer drinks and even validate parking if you park in the garage! Overall I am very happy with my treatment here and am thankful to my therapists for all they do. My knees have never been stronger! I highly recommend Ironman Sports Medicine Institute!

Experiencia fantástica: I have received excellent therapy at Iron Man PT. I especially appreciate that they dialogue with my orthopedic surgeon in the UT Physicians Group. Parking is convenient in the connected garage in the Texas Medical Center and they even validate your parking.

Experiencia positiva: this place has some really good people working. it's a little small but my routine and recovery never suffered because of it. had a few minor issues with parking, scheduling, and payment, but those were barely enough to knock off more than a star. i suppose i'd give it a 4.5 if i could. i see a lot of the other complaints, but i don't really understand them. bodies are weird things and, if something that can't be fixed without surgery goes wrong because of your own body, it doesn't matter if you come to one of the best clinics in the city, nobody could've prevented that. i do think that coming here would be amazing to prepare you for those challenges so you face them as well as possible and to help you through your recovery efforts as much as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a “frequent flyer” at Iron Man - TMC having had an arm fracture, shoulder replacement, knee replacement. Each time I have had excellent therapy! The PT and the techs as well as the front desk staff have all been wonderful. I would recommend this Iron Man to family and friends!

Experiencia fantástica: I have to disagree with the negative comments about the front desk staff, Lanessa has always been courteous and patient with my son. He is currently going through an extensive physical therapy. Kirk is also the best occupational therapist he is great at his job, he is highly recommended.
