She has been awesome at working with me toward my goals, adjusting exercises when they aren’t working for my body and is constantly checking in to see progress and assess my goals. She has helped me make progress in stabilizing my shoulder and gives me confidence that eventually I will be able to get back to some of my preferred exercise activities. I have been in and out of PT for about 8years and can attest that nothing compares to 1:1 care. I’m able to get the soft tissue work my body needs along with the exercises to build my strength. I also see Hina for craniosacral work and always leave feeling like my nervous system has calmed down. So not only did Elayne help with my pelvic pain, she also helped me rehab shoulder pain I thought I would live with forever. It’s all connected!! Throughout each hour-long visit, she would explain everything in detail. She gave me the tools and exercises I needed for treatments at home. So often women’s health concerns are disregarded or explained away as something in your head. What I loved about my experience at Rebalance is that I felt really listened too. She made the most of our hour together, and answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. I’m currently doing her 6 week video program and learning a lot. She is patient, knowledgeable and an absolute master at what she does. I've been suffering for over a year and Jackie has been the one person who has offered me relief; physically and mentally. I was seeing another therapist with a practice covered by my insurance, spending far less than I do at Rebalance but I wasn't getting results. Experiencia fantástica: I cannot possibly convey how amazing this facility is, or how grateful I am that it exists into a short review, but I will try my best! I started seeing Hina and Elayne after years of wrong diagnoses, numerous dismissive doctors, and many failed attempts at healing through other physical therapists who work at big hospital settings. I came to Rebalance so scared, so lost and chronically in pain. Not only do the PTs at Rebalance listen to you, they provide you with indivualized, specific treatment to address your issues, and they take the time to make sure it's working- even after hours! They make you feel hopeful and heard. I couldn't ask for more than that. And yet there was more. They managed to increase my mobility and lower my pain. They taught me tools to manage the "pain brain" in between sessions, and were available by phone and email if I felt overwhelmed. I am doing things now that I never thought I would be able to do again. I see Elayne 2x a month now, and she continues to be the greatest source of my healing journey. Not only is she an incredibly gifted and knowledgeable PT, she is a stress-reliever! I walk out of our sessions calm, happy and recharged. I just love her. Rebalance has changed my life, and I am so thankful for the expertise, the patience and the heart this place provides. I am forever grateful to Hina and Elayne, and can't recommend this business enough.

We went over the expected hour and Hina never once made me feel rushed.The multiple doctors and physical therapists I’ve seen did not ask me a fraction of the questions Hina asked. Her knowledge regarding the condition is unrivaled. Her professionalism and compassion gave me an enormous amount of hope. Experiencia fantástica: I spent about the last three to four years struggling with tightness and soreness in my lower and even upper back. Upon going to Rebalance Physical Therapy, it was identified that I had functional scoliosis from fascia and other muscles that were pulling my spine out of alignment. I have been working with Elayne for about 2 months now, and my pain and tightness have been reduced significantly. I Now understand what the issue is and expect that over the next year, I should be able to reduce pain and functional constraints further. Despite having to pay out-of-pocket for my treatments, it is well worth the money. I say that after going to other physical therapist for years that were covered by insurance. I highly recommend Rebalance Physical Therapy.

I don't think I could say one negative thing about this practice and their care. Both locations are clean and comfortable. They have wonderful customer service in terms of their admin/scheduling, that always keep me in mind when a spot opens up during fully booked week. Elayne is superb. Not only is she the most talented physical therapist I have ever been to, she's one of the greatest humans I've ever had the opportunity to know. It's a privilege to be one of her patients. Experiencia fantástica: I've been in and out of physical therapy for the last six years or so, and I've seen PTs in both New York and Philadelphia. Nowhere along the way have I received the kind of whole-body treatment and care that Rebalance has offered me. I recommend this place HIGHLY. Part of the "secret" is that they don't treat a body part like an isolated body part--because it's not! (Shocker, I know.) I came in complaining of hip pain, but Elayne's work has attended to my back, glutes, pelvic floor, shoulders, neck, and probably every other spot on my body, because the whole body system is implicated. Elayne got me through a pregnancy and is now helping me with postpartum recovery. I can always go to her with whatever my body has thrown at me that week, without feeling like I'm crazy because my symptoms are moving and changing. She explains to me the underlying causes, helps check and correct my form for exercise I'm doing on my own, and explains how I can change my posture during daily activities so I don't do damage to my body. Treatment at Rebalance for me has been an investment that is worth the time and cost because of the trust I have in Elayne and the real relief I get out of it.
