Experiencia fantástica: I came here to Petroski Physio to fix a strained hamstring. My time here for the past 2-3 months, came with great individual training, especially with Taylor and Jared. Not only did I enjoy the high quality rehab equipment and program, but enjoyed each session for the connection and great environment created by Nick, Eric and the rest of the personal trainer’s. They prepared me for my Police P.T. Test/ academy and got me back to where I was and better. Thanks for all the help guys

Experiencia fantástica: I decided to go to Petroski Physio after having a cervical spine fusion. The location was right around the corner from my home, so very convenient. My therapist Jared, is top notch, much different than my previous PT experiences. Jared was able to get back from post op, to feeling myself again in no time. All of the staff at Petroski are very friendly and welcoming. Don’t hesitate to use Petrosky Physio for all of your physical rehab needs!

All of the staff members are amazing and make your recovery process feel exciting rather than difficult and stressful. They are always giving advice, encouragement, and guidance. With the help of Taylor and Jared my knee pain is gone after tearing my meniscus 3 times with a surgery that set me back. With the help of them and the entire team, I was able to continue to play and commit to play D2 soccer.

They are VERY different from typical rehab or PT facilities, as they take a more aggressive approach than most of the others. They tend to be the choice of serious athletes who can't trust their rehab to just anyone. They've really helped me work through some tricky calf and hamstring stuff. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter is presently going to Petroski to rehab her knee post surgery to reconstruct her patellofemoral ligament after recurrent patellar dislocations. She absolutely loves Petroski and would love to go there every day if she could. From the first day, Nick, Jared, Taylor and everyone at Petroski have gone out of their way to be approachable and encouraging. They’re extremely knowledgeable and her program is individually tailored to her rehab needs and goals. In addition to that they manage to make rehab a fun experience. We’ll be going there to continue training post rehab.

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with the results. Petroski Physio will be the first place I call if I ever have any physical issues from now on. I've been back squatting for 15+ years but, kept it at 225-315lb for maintenance and just to stay in shape. I decided to up the volume and weight this summer and developed some hip pain. Jared identified my problem immediately and Terry guided my workouts for about a month. Just hit a 385 back squat pain-free.

Experiencia fantástica: I had ACL reconstruction surgery on my left knee and went to Petroski Physio for rehab. Jared was my PT and created a personalized plan for my needs and goals. Everyone at Petroski is personable, friendly and attentive. They track progress objectively and have best-in-class tools such as nueromuscular electrical stimulation and blood flow restriction machines. We started with range of motion and strength and progressed to plyometrics and single-leg exercises. I’m almost 9 months post surgery and feel great!

I am a college baseball player that developed lower back pain in the winter of my freshman season. I came in to petroski at the start of the summer to rebuild strength in my back and to get rid of discomfort. Working with Nick and others, my back has gotten a lot better and I feel great preparing for my sophomore year.

Experiencia fantástica: My son is a college baseball player who separated his shoulder during a game. This injury resulted in an extensive labrum tear, with a large hill-sack lesion. After a long long surgery to repair the damage, he started therapy with Nick at Petroski Physio. The entire staff was great they treated him as if he were a family member. His therapy was great. Nick and his staff were super knowledgeable when it comes to working with athletes to get them back on the field. I would highly recommend Petroski Physio.

What I liked most about the experience is they treated me like an athlete instead of a delicate flower like other places I’d been to. I came to them in February 2023 with a softball-related shoulder injury that was causing chronic pain and preventing me from playing softball altogether. Before this visit, I switched orthopedics, went to 2 different PT places, gone through 2 MRIs, and received a cortisone shot with no relief or diagnoses. When my doctor wanted me to try one more round of PT, I was reluctant, defeated, and ready to give up after 7 months of no progress. I can easily say that deciding to get an evaluation at Petroski Physio is one of the best decisions I have ever made. After 4 months of consistent, gritty work, I am back on the field this summer to pursue my dreams of playing college softball. I am so thankful that the people at Petroski Physio came into my life when they did and had such an impact on my healing process and athletic career. Even though my injury was somewhat of a mystery, I always felt heard and validated, and I never felt guilty for my constant questioning to understand more about my injury. Experiencia fantástica: I decided to go to Petroski to do my post ACL reconstruction rehab after Nick was recommended by my surgeon. As an athlete I did not want a normal rehab/PT experience, I wanted to be challenged and to be surrounded by people who would push me to be my best and Petroski was the perfect place. Nick works with every patient individually to assess their needs and I have never questioned that he knows exactly how to have me return to sport better than I left. The staff and everyone there is so welcoming and the energy is so infectious it is the perfect place for anyone wanting the better themselves.

I heard some people talk about Petroski Physio, so I followed them on social media and liked what I saw. Within minutes Mike, reached out to me and asked me what I was looking for. I shared my goals with him and went in for an evaluation. The evaluation was like no other. They really took their time and measured my strengths and weaknesses on each side of my body and developed a work out plan that was specific for me and my needs. I can already feel a difference within myself. I look forward to going every day! It’s such a good vibe and everyone in there makes you feel comfortable. My pitching coach told me one of the best places around was Petroski Physio. With a goal of being able to get back on the field as soon as possible, there was no one that I trusted more than Nick and the rest of his team. In less than 4 weeks I was able to show improvements in grip strength, shoulder mobility, and I was able to start a 3 month throwing program to get back on the field. They built a program specified to my issues, and I now have no trouble. As a high school baseball player who will continue playing in college, I started the strength and performance program about a year and half ago to get bigger, faster, and stronger. Fast forward to today, I have never felt better and I see results daily in the gym and on the field. Every single person in there is incredibly knowledgeable and has answered all of my questions regarding the ongoing rehabilitation of my ankle. They’ve helped with gaining some more stability, as well as overall teaching me how to exercise the area properly to make sure I stay on the right path going forward.
