Experiencia fantástica: Throughout my time here, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences! Physical therapy is not meant to be fun but everyone here has made it fun and easy to attend the sessions. They have been super nice, supportive, very attentive, and extremely helpful. When days were bad, they were there to help me throughout each session.They would encourage me and everyone else which helps to get through every step and through every day. Completing my physical therapy here at Wallace and Nilan in Center City has been the best choice for me and I would recommend anybody to go here! Not only are they a wonderful group of people, the location could not be any better! :)

Experiencia fantástica: I have been facing health challenges for years specifically caused by my scoliosis . I am having a hard time coping with them especially because of the pain I am suffering which eventually affecting my mobility. It makes my life miserable. I have been to different PT places. I have been disappointed with most of the therapists except for one I had in Las Vegas and Eddie Sabara, my current PT at Ivy Rehab - Rittenhouse Square. I find Eddie a very experienced, truly professional and dedicated Physical Therapist with a good temperament and admirable patience. Aside from being very knowledgeable, he is genuinely concerned with the health issues of his patients like me. He resolves the issues by his different approaches to therapy as well as introducing new exercises. What Eddie does prove to be very effective for they help me improve my mobility and relieve my pain, which ultimately improves the quality of my life. Eddie is truly amazing! I am very grateful to him. I am also very impressed with the assistants of this facility particularly with Alice whom I find highly intelligent, smart and pleasant. This facility shows evidently a harmonious teamwork led by the very competent Liz with Eddie, Phoebe and Joe and other staff members. I feel comfortable coming to this facility. I consider it the best PT facility! Recommend 10/10

I find PT intimidating, but they created a safe, supportive atmosphere and worked with me to accommodate my ever-changing schedule. Christian was friendly and supportive and took great care to listen to my experience with the injury and help me come up with a personalized management program. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone seems nice, even the patients. Some of the excercises are a little hard but that's why I came, to strengthen and build my body back. You receive what you put into it. If you're looking for a good/excellent therapist, Phoebe Frank is just the one you want.

Experiencia fantástica: I've started going to Wallace & Nilan in center-city Philadelphia for therapy for my spine. They're doing a great job. After an initial evaluation and assessment, which lasted about an hour, I now go three times a week for hourly sessions. I'm given a range of exercises that are helping me to improve my mobility and successfully manage my back pain. I recommend Wallace & Nilan.

Experiencia fantástica: UPDATE: I had knee replacement surgery on my other leg in May, 2022. Once again, because of the guidance I received from Eddie Sabara , the physical therapist, and hard work on my part, my recovery and healing went more quickly than I could ever have imagined. I can now walk long distances and can go up and down steps foot over foot, all with no pain - things I hadn't been able to do for years. I want to also recognize the rest of the staff at Ivy Rehab Rittenhouse because they too are extremely skilled, supportive, and friendly. I'd trust all of them with my recovery: Liz Giromini (Director), Joe Fiore, and Phoebe Frank. Alice Ong, the assistant, is attentive to every patient's needs. I don't know how she keeps it all straight in her mind. Shanella Harris is a welcoming presence at the front desk. This is a five star physical therapy practice in every way! DECEMBER 2021: I just had knee replacement surgery on one of my legs. The therapists at Wallace & Nilan (Ivy Rehab) Rittenhouse prepared a program to prepare me for the surgery. Post-surgery, I am amazed at how quickly I am recovering. My at-home therapist said, 4 days after surgery, that I was able to do exercises most patients are unable to do right away. The work at Wallace & Nilan made me stronger ahead of time so that I could recover quickly. As soon as I am released to physical therapy outside my home, I will be returning there to complete my recovery. And before I have my other knee replaced (which is inevitable), I'll be back working ahead of time with Wallace & Nilan Rittenhouse.

Experiencia fantástica: I loved going to PT here! The atmosphere is always fun and cheerful and maybe even a little chaotic but in the absolute best way. I’ve been to other places in the city and they’re more of a downer and a chore to go to, but I always looked forward to going to see Liz and the rest of the group here. The care and treatment I got was extremely tailored to my specific needs, and Liz and the team worked to make the exercises more challenging as I improved. It was nice not just doing the same old stuff every session. Highly recommend and I’ll be back here if I ever need PT again!

I highly doubted I would ever look forward to physical therapy, yet there I was three times a week with a smile on my face. The staff there are all amazing. Liz, Eddie, Kevin, Jason, Mike, Christian, Almu, and everyone else at the office were all phenomenal at their job. After completely wrecking my ankle and tearing all the ligaments, I was pretty unsure about how quick the recovery would be, but they kept their word and had me back and running according to their initial schedule. Look no further then this PT and go have fun while you rehab your injury!

Experiencia fantástica: Quinn was a great physical therapist, I would absolutely recommend. I worked with him to strengthen my hips to alleviate lingering knee tendinitis (2+ years, even with a brace). Within 6 weeks I'm doing the same mileage running with no brace and no pain.

The desk and assistant staff get completely involved in making the client feel welcomed and comfortable while the therapists gently prod each individual to perform different exercises for specific injuries. Each therapist has their own unique way of doing things, and I've had the benefit of working with each one. Thank you all for an amazing experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Eddie is wonderful! I came to Wallace and Nilan after my third ACL surgery feeling pretty discouraged about having to go through the long rehab process again. I give a ton of credit to Eddie and the rest of the staff for their support over the past six months. While this recovery has been challenging, I feel stronger than I could have imagined and am back to doing the activities I love. Eddie kept my goals in mind and was so patient with answering all my questions. The months went by quickly because I was constantly being challenged with new exercises and making progress week to week. He pushed me just the right amount in overcoming the physical and mental barriers of recovery, and I am so grateful to now have confidence that my knee will be okay despite everything that has happened in the past. I truly cannot say enough great things about this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently completed a three month course of physical therapy at Wallace and Nilan’s Rittenhouse location at 1919 Chestnut Street. I did so to address tendon issues in my right ankle which were affecting my mobility to walk without discomfort. Although my particular issue may eventually have to be addressed with surgery, I was seeking a more conservative, less invasive alternative, so physical therapy seemed a no brainer. My experience with the staff at Wallace and Nilan could not have been better. Friendly, supportive, accessible, and knowledgeable are just a few of the adjectives that best describe my experience. Eddie, to whom I was initially assigned upon intake, couldn’t have been more professional. I am reluctant to start listing additional names, as I’d be in danger of leaving someone out, but suffice it to say that all the staff with whom I interacted couldn’t have been more caring, a shout out to each of you. Bottom line- If and when I do eventually have surgery to address my issue, I know where I’ll be going for my post-operative physical therapy.

They explain everything that they are doing and why they are doing it.. They pay attention to my concerns and answer my questions. They establish a rapport that makes my visits both pleasant and efficient.

I had Liz as my therapist and appreciated her insights, guidance, and humor that kept the sessions light. I was given a lot of support to work through neck pain and now have helpful at home exercises to continue making progress with. Experiencia fantástica: After completing a round of physical therapy elsewhere with little results, I was hesitant to go back for round 2. I started at Wallace & Nilan with few expectations; I was unable to walk 2 blocks at that time. I told my PT, Eddie, that my goal was be able to walk to and from PT (about a mile). 10 appointments later, I did just that! The entire staff at W&N is so attentive and wonderful. Eddie, Katie, Kevin, and Jesse take physical therapy to a new level. I’ve never experienced such great care and bedside manner. They should teach everyone! Their approach is revolutionary! I wouldn’t be able to walk today without their amazing help! Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: Michael at the rittenhouse Wallace & Nilan PT took my knee after its replacement surgery from barely working to almost perfect. He did it with exact assignment of exercises, careful manipulation, and outgoing concern. If I have any other problems I’ll go right back to him.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience at Wallace and Nilan Physical Therapy‘s Chestnut Street location. The staff is knowledgable and caring, and my therapists, Mike and Eddie were really superb. The assistants, particularly Kevin, were very attentive. Having had PT previously at other facilities I can honestly say that this group is outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly skilled Staff is my first description. I have used them over the years for rehab from hip replacements, Achilles tendinitis and recently for a Total Knee Replacement. I went from having them lift my leg onto the table to walking without a cane in a couple months. Eddie is terrific and constantly changed my exercises to challenge me. The entire staff knows all the patients and will step in to assist or answer a question if needed. They all have the ability to scan the room to check for proper form while tending to a task at hand.

I spent my first 5 months following ACL repair at a close-by physical therapy, not having much progress and struggling with chronic pain. I made the switch here, and within weeks I was improving. After a few months I was running and even starting to go back to sports. Eddie and the entire crew are knowledgeable and professional. As a patient, who is also a physician and athlete, I couldn't recommend this place enough! Thanks guys!

Experiencia fantástica: I first came to Wallace and Nilan after a friend talked me into signing up for a sprint triathlon and I injured myself self-training trying to get in shape. I quickly learned how much more they can offer in addition to excellent treatment of my injury. After my injury healed I chose to have my PT Eddie Sabara continue to work with me on stretching, strengthening and exercising in a safe and healthy way. Eddie is always positive and patient and answers every question and addresses every concern I have. I recommended W & N to a coworker and she is having the same results and positive experience with PT Katie Nichols. The friendly atmosphere and helpful staff are also a testament to Katie as clinic director. Jesse Breitbart (pt aide/front desk) is the third “core member” of this office and will do whatever it takes to help a patient – even tirelessly dealing with issues with your insurance company. This is a great place and Eddie/Katie/Jesse are fantastic professionals and even better people! I highly, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Wallace & Nilan have been everything one could hope for in a rehabilitation/healthcare team in all aspects. They have been completely accommodating with flexible schedules changing appointments to fit the patient's needs. Jesse has dealt with any and all billing complications and dealing with insurance taking that responsability away, allowing the patient to focus on the therapy. While all of the Therapists have been very kind and knowledgeable, I was lucky to work with Eddie who I strongly recommend. With longitudinal care, Wallace & Nilan ensures that your therapist takes the time to holistically appreciate you the patient, your goals and full history. Every session gave one on one care, receiving the full attention of the therapist, with a thorough combination of exercises and manual techniques. Working with such caring, fun and supportive staff make you look forward to your therapy sessions, not only to get better, but also to enjoy good company.

Experiencia fantástica: The PTs at this location are exceptional. I first met with Katie and from the start through my treatment, she provided the best advice, exercises and personal attention. My injury was reocurring and she jumped right in to improve my situation and try other things to help me progress. I even has sessions with Matt and Eddie when Katie was away and my treatment program always moved forward. Everyone is so helpful. The front desk staff and assistants are excellent as well. I'd definitely refer people to this clinic! :)

I had some issues with my insurance initially, but they offered to give me a free consult while we worked to straighten the issue out. Katie showed me some amazing exercises, which made my knee pain drastically improve. Once the insurance was settled, and I had regular sessions, I saw even more improvement. Everyone in the office is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and the environment is utterly welcoming and warm.

Not only are they incredibly attenenative to each of their patients (you never feel as though your lost in a sea of patients and not receiving engaging, individualized attention), they also have a way of keeping it a fun, upbeat atmosphere which makes the time pass and keeps you motivated. They consistently challenge you, focus on your technique, and change it up as you progress. Katie has been my physical therapist and helped improve my pain levels significantly along with a lot of much-needed strengthening. However, this very much of a team effort-- Katie, Erica, Matt, Bill and Jesse work together as such a great team. They are all amazing! I couldn't be happier with the care I've received and more grateful to my physician for telling me how highly recommended Wallace and Nilan is.

Experiencia fantástica: First of all I want to wish Bill a happy birthday. I have been going To PT here off/on for a few years. The staff has always been so very welcoming. Additionally, they remain positive and patient as I struggle to do the exercises correctly. The evaluation that Bill did yesterday was so helpful. I left in much less pain. I just want to offer the highest praise to the entire staff - Matt, Jessie, Erica and of course Bill. Bill is so knowledgeable about his craft. Bill consistently makes me feel like I am his only client. He is always attentive and engages in conversation that puts me at ease. However, he remains focused on his goals for each patient. I cannot say enough about the staff here. I am a rather "reluctant " patient but always feels welcomed and healthier after my session. Thank you all and happy birthday Bill!
