Experiencia fantástica: My mom recently had an appointment here. Both the staff and speech pathologist were polite. I asked one of the staff members if you could access your summaries through myPennMedicine. The staff member told me Penn Medicine and Good Shepherd Penn Partners use two different systems. My mom asked for a paper summary instead.

Experiencia positiva: It was the first time returning to the HD clinic since COVID. The therapy and fitness team is all new so mostly intro session. Some good feedback and being straight with Tom knowing the caregiver gets the brunt of the issues. I would like to walk away with one thing from all the therapists so he can remember and focus on what was recommended. He usually does not remember when too much information is presented.

Up to date with best practices combined with deep experience and highly professional without the associated ego one finds in medicine. I have been to all the different specialties there at Penn and have been highly impressed

Experiencia fantástica: My orthopedist at Penn Hospital sent me here after an xray revealed degenerative arthritis in one of my fingers. The atmosphere is pleasant although the seating is a bit tight. The receptionists are pleasant and respectful, and when I realized there wasn't enough money in my account for copay, told me pay when I returned for next visit. My physical therapist, Jennifer, was very nice, cheerful, yet knowledgeable and very gentle as she led me through exercises for my finger. She gave me exercises to do at home, as well as a fingerless glove to help swelling go down. The whole experience was very good, and I highly recommend it for PT. They also treat patients with Parkinson's, MS, stroke victims, and other diseases.
