The facility is conveniently located, but the most important asset is the high quality of the staff. Smart people who really know their stuff and who care about their patients. I was particularly impressed with Michele and Kate. I completed my PT in MUCH better shape than when I started. I would return there in a heart beat!

Experiencia fantástica: I received physical Therapy instructions from Michelle and Kaitlyn. The instructions and help with all questions I had really helped me alot. I was having so much pain in my knee that I had problem trying to walk and sleeping. I am happy to say in about six weeks of therapy I am able to walk and sleep so much better. I highly recommend them if you are having problems and need relief.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with PENN Physical Therapy at Rittenhouse, the staff and the therapist were professional. Helped me with my shoulder and elbow pain in a short time. The therapist was compassionate and listened to my concerns and coming up with exercises to help me with pain and movements. If you need therapy I would recommend Penn Physical Therapy at Rittenhouse Good Shepherd’s In Philadelphia.

Experiencia fantástica: Michelle and Kate were terriffic. Very patient and taught me strengthening exercises that made it possible for me to finally sleep through the night. Some initial hiccups at the front desk, but once staff got oriented, it was totally quick and easy. Also nice that the facility is only a block from my house.

He was extremely accomplished and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter healed from a traumatic soccer injury and returned to her best potential. He provided excellent exercises, not just for her rehabilitation, but also specific to building strength for soccer and lacrosse moving forward. Justin was the difference in her being able to mentally & physically get back to her game.

Experiencia fantástica: It is a place with very experienced wonderful therapists. They took a good care of me after knee replacements, back pain and neck problems. I can not say enough about Marty Hoegel who took care of my after knee replacement therapy. He also set up a home exercises for me. Ross gave me special very helpful neck exercises. It was very useful that they watched me doing the exercises and they made little very helpful adjustments. Wonderful people!

Experiencia fantástica: I'd had PT at another provider for a chronic back issue with very little success. My doctor recommended a back specialist physical therapist and Ross Fargnoli was on the list. After about six weeks of working with Ross, I had reduced my chronic pain about 85-90% and had the tools to keep reducing it. When I had a different back problem a year later, I went straight back to Ross and was able to address both issues together. He's helped me reduce dependence on medications and given me the tools to get back on track so much faster than I anticipated. When doctors told me I'd need pain meds and steroid shots, Ross guided me through the strengthening exercises to stop the pain from happening. He really listened to me and made me confident that I could overcome my issues. You have to put in the work, the therapists can't do it for you, but if you are committed to the work, you'll see great results here.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with my PT team at Penn Therapy at 1800 Lombard St! They were patient and explain what they were doing and how it would help me rehab from any ankle surgery. I would truly recommend them for post surgery care.

I have had several bad experiences with Occupational therapist but MaryFran was one of a kind. I will continue to work hard even though therapy is over for now.

When done with his sessions, she helped us by explaining how to continue on our own and what needs to be done, etc… It was very comforting to work with Miss Jordyn.

Joe is easy to work with and offers positive reinforcement while at the same time making the work challenging in a good way. My goal is to get back to my pre-injury condition and I feel like I’m on track. Highly recommended!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was inpatient at PENN Good Sheppard for a few weeks. I came in crippled and walked out. I had significant limitations and elected to go to PT. My primary therapist (Kelly) was amazing. Her and all of the other therapists that I interacted with were encouraging, pushed gently but firmly with the focus on improvement. I have made significant improvements. I have a detailed home program supplied by Kelly (and the team) which I will do regularly since my last treatment for awhile was last week. A great place, with solid, knowledgeable professionals.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was excellent. The physical therapist was skilled and conscientious. Appointments were kept on-time. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I think the therapy really helped me. The therapist was attentive to my particular needs, for example, a home with multiple flights of stairs. I was sorry when my time to receive physical therapy came to an end.

Experiencia fantástica: Bob Kachler took the time and asked questions that would assist him in understanding the physical problems I was experiencing. By doing this he was able to recommend several exercises that would help correct my immediate problems and also promote improved long term physical conditioning. He also took the time to make sure I was performing the exercises correctly. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend him as a trainer.
