He is professional and prepared a plan to help me achieve my goals. Along the way Erica and Sean also worked with me and as a team not only got me better, but gave me exercises that I will use now that I am done with PT. It is a friendly environment. My hand therapist Sarah and her students along with my physical therapist Jason are very professional knowledgeable and work with my doctors and insurance company. The center even provides free transportation to and from home. Not only this but they are engaged with you and they truly care about your progress and your happiness ✨️

Experiencia fantástica: I went to NovaCare and saw Sarah as my OT. When I first started my therapy at NovaCare I couldn’t imagine eventually “graduating.” I wasn’t able to physically put my hair up in a ponytail when I began therapy and less than 2 months later I was cleared. Sarah was amazing and I attribute my progress to her. In general, I was impressed by the staff, from the front desk staff knowing my name without having to tell them during check-in to all the therapists working. If I needed to go back to therapy, I wouldn’t look any further.

Experiencia fantástica: As soon as you walk in the door the staff is helpful and accommodating. The ladies at the front desk are amazing. The van service is awesome I worked with Flo and Matt. I had a knee replacement. They took the time to get to know my needs and how to help me recover Edgar was great when picking you up in the van makes you feel very comfortable. Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this facility. I have been coming on and off for a couple years. They are amazing and genuinely caring people.They are pleasant and friendly. This includes the receptionist staff as well. I have had Parth as my therapist for awhile. He is very knowledgeable of what he does. Does it with much care and patience. My current therapist Erica Adamczyk has been awesome. I appreciate the concern,the push and encouragement she gives. We have great conversations which makes the hard parts feel more bearable.Thanks Erica.If you are looking for a place to go for therapy,look no further, this is it!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to NovaCare since January and have had Erica Adamczyk as my PT. She is absolutely wonderful. She helps your learn an Exercise by doing it with you. Gives you the Strength and Encouragement that you can do it. She is very polite and professional and always greets you with a smile and a hello.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 place. My mom and i come to this place for both foot and TMJ related problems, both our therapists are attentive and super sweet. As well for the girls in the front. they aren’t your usual miserable receptionists who hate their jobs, these girls are actually very welcoming. Coming from someone who has been to several PT before, this one is pretty good.

I spend a long 3 months in a cast on my ankle plus 2 Surgeries. Kimberly got ranges and Motion back Nick not like new but we're getting there. . I gave her 10 gold medals.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me start by saying this is my first injury ever and I didn’t take it well… Sarah was my OT and I was very lucky to have her. She did a lot more than just help me get my arm better. She explained things to me and gave me peace of mind when I was having hard times with my arm or when it would get swollen again. Experiencia fantástica: Sarah was my brother’s occupational therapist. Although this center doesn’t normally work with children, she was experienced and made sure he had a good time every time he came. He loved “playing” with her & looked forward to his appointments every week.

He makes sure that all your questions are answered and that all appointments are scheduled. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Thankfully, I was recommended to Novacare! Working with Matthew had me up, moving, & feeling back to normal in a little over one month. Being a personal trainer & from taking previous dance classes, I had herniated a disc in my lower back. Before physical therapy, I was hesitant to even workout/dance due to how paranoid & uncomfortable I had become. After Novacare, I feel good as new! Matthew not only challenged me, but he was also very patient with my progress! Every stretch/workout I learned, I now do before training! Thank you to Novacare & your amazing staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my mom here for her PT. She loves it. They took covid measures and make sure everything is clean. Her PT Jason gave her challenging exercises while being considerate of her concerns. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very lucky to have had Kim as my therapist. She was attentive and understanding. But more important than that, she didn't just hear me, but actually listened to what I had to say. She was concerned about how I and other patients of hers were doing. Were they okay with the exercises or was it too hard for them? She explained fully what she wanted you to do. If I had a question, even if I thought it was a stupid question, she was never annoyed, but answered my question. On my first session, I was in a lot of pain when I got there and asked her if we could start by watering down even the easiest of exercises. She said sure, do what you're comfortable with. So I did them at 50%. In other words, if I was on the bike I went for 5 minutes instead of 10. If I was doing other exercises, I went for five reps instead of 10. She was always concerned about my wants and needs. It wasn't just me, but all her patients that she treated that way. I have since been discharged, pain-free. I am so fortunate to have had such a caring therapist that pushed me when she knew I could take it, and didn't when she knew couldn't or when I told her I couldn't. She was everything and more that you could expect in a therapist and I am so grateful for the help that she gave me.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of going through this facility for my daughter’s injury for the last 2 years. She needed 3 different rounds of OT/PT and our experience has been AMAZING with everyone she has encountered! It was bittersweet when she was cleared from care because we are grateful for her recovery, but she sure will miss everyone. Being treated for so long for the same injury has sparked her interest in becoming an occupational therapist herself. She is in high school and checking out colleges and universities that offer the classes she would need to become one. Thank you very much Matt, and the rest of the team!

Experiencia fantástica: Matthew DeTore, PT from the Roosevelt Blvd and Harbison Ave location is a GREAT physical therapist and very knowledgeable. This is my second time having to get PT, this year. I was lucky enough to get him the first time this past June to August. I called and requested him for this second go round. He really does care about his patients. Matt explains what and why he has me doing different tasks. And if he see it's too difficult, he finds alternate activities. The location itself, is top notch, and has state of the art equipment. The front desk staff are always friendly especially Brianna.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to this particular NovaCare, for physical therapy, off and on for over 3 years. Rachel has worked with me each time and she is awesome! I recently had Shawn T as my PT and he is great! Shawn T is caring, hands on and he knows his stuff. Shawn T listens and explains what is going on with the body and how to improve your ADL.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been doing PT for the past 3 months and all that I can say is: THEY ARE AMAZING! Matt is my therapist and I couldn’t ask for a better one. He’s very patience and he’s always willing to listen all my concerns. All the staff members are very friendly and even though I’m there recovering from tough surgery I feel like I’m home.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to get an evaluation for a new job and went to the Roosevelt Plaza location today.. Matt attended to my evaluation. What a terrific guy! He was extremely professional and compassionate. He explained each step of the process which I greatly appreciated. While I was in the waiting area he came out and helped a young lady who could not read or speak English fill out the release and information forms. He is a tremendous asset to this location and everyone working there seems to follow his lead.

Experiencia fantástica: Rehabbing a distal bicep tear (bicep tendon tear from the forearm). Worked with Colleen and Matt R throughout and they were great! Very thorough, listened to any concerns I had and paid attention to the areas that were bothering when I’d come in for an appointment. When they saw good progress they continued to challenge with new exercises to stretch and strengthen the muscles that hadn’t been used in the 6 weeks between the injury occurred and my first visit with them.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, courteous, attentive staff have been a great help to me during my post stroke recovery. Matt Reis has done an excellent job with my rehabilitation. The shuttle service they provide is also an extremely convenient way to get to your appointments without having to burden family or friends if you are in need of transportation. I am completely satisfied with NovaCare Rehabilitation Northeast.

The atmosphere is fabulous! Stations and materials are wiped down after each use...I highly recommend this place for all types of therapy including hand therapy, which is why I go and my therapists Matt and Amy make my day alittle more enjoyable.

Experiencia fantástica: After bi-lateral knee surgery I needed to get my new knees to bend. Along came Matt (Hello! Matt). I was at the front of the building the first time. I cursed him out big time. Next visit I was told to lay down but in the middle of the building. Again I cursed Matt out. (He bends the hell out of my knees). Next visit I get to use the last table in the building. Now I'm looking around and realize I better learn to shut my mouth or the next visit I have a table in the car wash out back. Yes, I finally stop cursing Matt out. With my own rough start I still requested to have Matt as my therapist. I needed him to keep me moving. (Don't tell Matt, I don't want him to get a big head). I'm walking and I feel good about it. Thanks Matt. .

Experiencia fantástica: I was treated at this facility for a few months for a fracture to my right wrist. I could not be happier with the facility or the staff! The front desk was always helpful and friendly. The facility is well equipped and always clean. I've had to do physical therapy for fractures in the past and my therapist here (Colleen) was easily the best I've ever worked with. She was always patient, compassionate, warm, and encouraging while never hesitating to push me to meet my goals. Hopefully I will never have to repeat but I would. And I recommend this place 100%

Experiencia fantástica: This has been my first experience in PT. From the moment I walked in, I have to say that I was impressed by the staff. The receptionists are very pleasant and welcoming. The first Physical Therapist that I encountered was Hans Stolle. From Day 1 he made me feel very comfortable. He is very thorough, compassionate, and makes sure that I understand what's happening in all aspects of my therapy. He never dismisses an ailment or makes me feel that I am any less important than anyone else. He is very attentive and will immediately put me at ease. From what I have observed of the other therapists in the office, it appears that they are all products of the same mold. I would highly recommend NovaCare on Roosevelt Blvd.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to NovaCare for about a month now after having surgery on my shoulder. The staff is so friendly, kind, caring and concerned with you and your progress. My therapist is Rachel and she always gets me with a smile and asks how I'm doing and how my days away were. We talk about not only my treatment but life in general. She reminds me to not overdo it when I'm home and if I have a setback she encourages me and let's me know that it is temporary and it will get better. I love going there because they feel like extended family!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have used this facility for aquatic therapy for many sessions and was happy with my visits to the warm water and instruction from Shawn. After spine surgery at 62 I was very weak and in a lot of pain. Aquatic therapy felt good and I was able to get stronger while exercising in the water. Recently I started land therapy with Jim who explained how all the exercises would continue to make me stronger. Little by little I am feeling better. I am working on strengthening my back muscles and balance. Jim makes sure to challenge me adding something different to my session. I neglected my muscles even before surgery. After surgery and all the pain I was in I had no other choice but to try therapy. I am really glad I came to this Nova Care. As soon as I walk in the door I know I will receive expert help that will help me to improve my life. OOPS!! I had to come back and mention the friendly Front Desk Staff..
