Experiencia fantástica: Micheline and her team are outstanding. They are able to meet you wherever you are and I witnessed treatment for everything ranging from carpal tunnel to sports injuries. Micheline is so attentive and made me feel like her only patient with how much she tailored my program. The team at Lands End excel at meeting each patient where they are - I was encouraged to push myself when it felt right, but comforted and reassured during bumps in my recovery. Lands End was a welcoming community for me and when I graduated from therapy I felt like my physical health was even better than before my injury. I can't recommend Lands End enough!

I appreciate that as my injury improved, they continued to find new, challenging exercises that pushed me out of my comfort zone toward faster recovery. Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Lands End to anyone in a heartbeat. I came for two different issues (lower back and knee) and had both resolved within a short amount of time. Without the work I did here I would not be able to continue playing the sports I love at the same intensity. Micheline and her team are pros. Experiencia fantástica: I spent the last 10 months going to Lands End Physical Therapy 2x a week and then 1x a week as I recovered from miserably broken ankle (a.k.a. trimalleolar fracture). Now I can walk and hike again! Micheline has helped me in the past with shoulder and ankle tendonitis and I always appreciate her "pay attention to your body" approach to recovery and rehab. She has creative ideas for problem solving. In August 2022, after having been in a cast and a boot for a while, I was terrified of putting weight on my foot and relying on it to walk again and wasn't sure how to get down to floor and back up so I could stretch. She was patient with me, showed me different ways to manage my situation, and helped me get confidence while also helping me restrengthen my leg. Her assistants are fun and friendly and they did a great job of keeping me on track and encouraging me. Maisy, the office dog, is the cuddliest and adds humor for everyone there while we do the 2 sets of 10 of everything needed to rehab. After 10 months I have almost all of the strength back in my leg and can do about 80% of what I could do before the injury. Because of Lands End Physical Therapy, I have all the tools and capabilities to work towards 100% on my own (always and forever 2 sets of 10 of every exercise :)

Experiencia fantástica: Micheline and her team at Lands End are amazing. First, they make physical therapy accessible as they work with my insurance while many others in the city have turned me away. More importantly, I received great care from the team there. Micheline took the time to understand and evaluate my condition and her team makes doing physical therapy exercises more fun. Micheline also goes above and beyond to recommend other treatments and tools that really helped with my back pain. I cannot recommend Micheline enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Both my roommate and I went in having bad ankle injuries, 3 months later and we’re both ready again for soccer. The team is absolutely great at what they do and extremely friendly. In addition, you are given a tailored list of exercises to do at home in-between sessions. They tried lots of different things to see what was working best. In the end their treatment was effective, and it only took a few sessions to find the most effective exercises/stretches/massage

Micheline's practice is focused on the patient and my recovery from surgery was greatly aided by the individual attention and the targeted programming she provided. Experiencia fantástica: Where does one start with accolades for Micheline and her team at Lands End Physical Therapy. First, they know what they are doing and explain it clearly to you. They adapt to input and optimize your treatment. Finally they are all good, nice, fun people to be around. I didn’t want to stop my treatment (but I was done) because I thoroughly enjoy both their treatment and them as people which I think helps the treatment become more effective.

Experiencia fantástica: For about 4 months, before and after knee surgery, Lands End PT became a second home, and Micheline and her crew, a second family. My experience with Micheline and team was excellent for three reasons: 1. Expertise - first and foremost, Micheline's practice is top notch. In the very rare situation where she doesn't know the answer, (I had a somewhat rare surgery,) she will do the research and become an expert quickly. 2. Advocacy - not only do you get Micheline and her team's encouragement during your sessions, she also takes your case on as her own, connecting with your doctor on her own time, and ensuring you're getting the most appropriate care. When there's conflict, she's in your corner. 3. In-depth care - Micheline staffs and runs her clinic such that she ensures quality time with each patient. She's a natural healer, and uses touch and connection to help you through the inevitable bumps along the road to recovery. I cannot imagine a more tender and customized caregiver. However, it's not all roses and rainbows at Lands End PT - Micheline will ensure you do your exercises completely, properly, and without looking at your phone, especially while walking backwards on the treadmill. The only way to escape her watchful eye is to bribe her and her team with bubble tea: their sole weakness!!
