I love that all the PTs here have the highest form of PT eduction, a Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT). All of them are super personable and great to chat with during my exercises and when they are working on my ankle. Helps the time pass and take my mind off my ankle I got a pretty bad grade 2 sprained ankle and I’ve seen a lot of improvement in just 3 visits and with my at home exercises. Shout out to Andrew at the front desk who is awesome with scheduling and payments. The PTs- Gary, Maddie, Marie and the DPT student Nathan are all fantastic.

I’ve been to a lot of physical therapist, they listen to you as the patient and really have your best interest at heart. Scheduling is super flexible. Experiencia fantástica: If you are reading reviews like this you are probably suffering with a stubborn injury or recovering from surgery… I’ve been there and had been thru the fast food cycle of several local physiotherapy facilities. They basically assign you a generic set of stretches/exercises and if you are real fortunate they remember you by name and injury. Well I was desperate to find a more vested partner in my recovery from major spinal fusion surgery last February. I finally asked my surgeon if she could recommend someone who was “the very best” she knew of, who got the best post surgical long term outcomes. I said I was willing to go wherever I needed to, and she sent me to see Gary Diekhoff, the Clinic Director at Results P/T in Plano, a full 25 minute drive on the tollway each direction but I am thankful I didn’t just continue to go to the place that was closest to my home because it was so convenient. When I left the convenient place they never even called once to find out why I just quit coming in cold turkey. There is nothing easy or convenient about undergoing major back surgery and in my now 6 months of being treated by both Gary the Clinic Director and his right hand physical therapist Madison Hotelling I never once felt like a number. They don’t pass you off to a P/T tech to monitor your form & endurance they are actually with you that whole hour one on one. That is huge … they provide you with custom strength oriented exercises based on what you CAN do not what the cookie cutter model dictates you “should be doing” by now in your recovery. Six months down this road they both have become such supportive partners I can’t imagine where I would be today if I had not expected more from my physical therapists & just gone to “the PT place down the street.”

The whole team is exceptionally welcoming and caring, from the front desk staff, to the physical therapists and students. I was treated as an individual and my pain was dealt with thoroughly and compassionately. The therapists offer gentle hands on treatment, as well as guiding patients on machines and demonstrating exercises. My ankle has improved immensely and, while I’m happy to have “graduated” from therapy, I’m sad that I no longer need to attend the clinic on a regular basis. Experiencia fantástica: I serverly injured my right ankle during rugby practice towards the end of April 2022. I could barely walk for the whole month of May. When I finally went to a Podiatrist, he referred me to Results PT Plano. This was the first time I've ever had to do physical therapy, but Gary and his Team have make this experience amazing for me personally. They worked out a plan for me to get me back to not just where I was before the injury, but better... and as my ankle got stronger they modified the intensity of my session according to my progress. They were interested in the sport I played and even incorporated some of the drills from rugby practice into my sessions so I wouldn't lose that muscle memory. All these things really solidified my confidence in their methods and as a result I'm happy to say that I'm back to walking, running, rucks, scrums, lineouts and doing everything I need to do during rugby practice. I've even extended my PT with them through the month of July to help get me ready for an upcoming rugby tournament in August. Gary, Anamarie, Maddie, Lauren and everyone else I've met at Results PT Plano are all amazing, great people. They are patient, adaptive and very, very encouraging. The insurance part was seemless and easy to understand as they took care of the communications with the insurance company. Gary's clinic has a wonderful, friendly atmosphere and since I wake up at 5am to get there by 7am (for my schedule) - it really makes waking up early to get there worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the review you want to read. Five stars doesn't do them justice. I've had multiple experiences with PT in the past - notably, following two rotator cuff surgeries. My results (from other clinics) were... well, mixed. Generally extremely painful, inconsistent results, and therapists of - obviously - very mixed skill levels. Late in June, I had c-spine surgery that made me despair of what my pain would be like in the future. I couldn't even stand without a cane, my range of motion was severely impaired, and I was dreading what I was facing. My surgeon told me "Go to Results PT - and go to this specific location." That's some of the best medical advice I ever had. The real star of the story is TK Khouri. She worked with me diligently, carefully, and handled my therapy with flawless skill and professionalism. Pain during therapy was *very* minimal, and I saw marked results in the first two weeks. She was beautifully organized, always intimately familiar with my case and my regimen, and amazingly skilled - she always knew immediately what I needed to work on, and spent a lot of time tuning the exercises to target what I specifically needed. At other places, I felt as though my therapists had to refresh themselves every week and were often unprepared for the session - sometimes they seemed to pick exercises at random. TK Khouri was the exact opposite. She never hesitated, never pushed harder than I was ready for, and always kept me moving. Her sense of humor never wavered (which is impressive when everyone you see all day long is in pain), her bedside manner was compassionate and professional, and she was patient and thorough. Results count - I waited to post this review until I was completely through the course of treatment, so I could determine how effective it had been. ***Two months after I started, I walked out the door pain-free, with better motion than I've had in years.*** I also had a full understanding of how to progress on my own over time. Honestly, I don't have a single negative thing to say. TK, Gary, Sarah - all of you were fantastic. And I'm going to owe TK every day I spend without pain! It's been my pleasure to refer my PCP, my chiropractor, and my surgeon(s) to ResultsPT - they really are a new, better level of treatment. Thanks again, Ross Henton

Luckily, it was just a muscle imbalance. They were able to evaluate me and put me at ease. After a month I was getting into running again without any pain!

Experiencia fantástica: This is one top notch operation. The facilities and equipment are modern and well maintained. But the core of this place is the staff. From Lauren at the front desk to Gary and TK (the therapists), everyone is pleasant and focused. The therapists are very attentive and knowledgeable. They aren't just taking you through a route program, they are developing a custom program that targets the needs of the individual patient. I have been to other PT facilities, this one is clearly the best I have experienced.

I went from not being able to move my arm to almost doing a windmill with this arm. He is very knowledgeable about the muscle and so much more. Gary, Lauren, Sarah and Becca makes you feel as if you're apart of the RESULTS FAMILY! I haven't said enough about Gary but you would have to see for yourself. A great way to start a new year. Experiencia fantástica: After a horrific car accident that occurred 6 years ago and in chronic pain day in and day out...I sought out a second opinion (after EMGs, X-rays, MRIs told an Orthopedic Surgeon that I didn't need surgery) and it was actually deemed VERY necessary! I had a cervical fusion of my C5-C6 on Oct. 2nd 2020. My first appointment appt. was with Gary Nov. 16th. I was referred to Results PT by my Amazing Neuro Surgeon, Dr. Rebecca Stachniak. And she HIGHLY recommended me to Him. Gary is equally Amazing! He's compassionate, detailed, extremely educated and knowledgeable. I'm so happy to have been lead in his direction. Most days now, my pain level is 0-1. Far stretch from the 10+ I dealt with for 6 years straight.
