Experiencia fantástica: I started at DB with the intention of improving my lifting form. I didn’t have any injuries or pain. I hit a plateau in my training and a friend recommended I turn to the professionals for guidance to get to the next level. Mark was the guru that got me there. He took the time to explain each exercise and what small changes I could do to lift better and lift stronger. His knowledge of the human body and kinesiology is incredible and exactly what any experienced athlete needs to up their game.

It will take awhile and a lot of work. I used to walk in the East Bay hills with my dog and now I know I will again thanks to Mark. I have to work very hard, but now I have hope.
