Fantastic experience: My wife Shanna has been coming here for many years! Dr Ed and Dr Stacy are really great people! I’m writing this review because I was having difficulties with my feet and even was struggling with planters fasciitis. My wife mentioned that they do feet scans so I came in to get one. After the scan I was told that I have a severe case of flat feet. Steph the receptionist helped me with the scan, and went over it with me. She also helped me pick out insoles that would help my feet. After wearing them for two months now, I am completely amazed by how much better I feel! My knees, back, and my gait has increased greatly! Then Shanna asked me about my sore heel from the Planters fasciitis, and I was like “I forgot all about it!!!” Thank YOU so very much for your help and for recommending to get these insoles! It was so worth every penny! I would highly recommend anyone who is struggling with sore feet! Thank you again Vitality!

Fantastic experience: Wow, my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ed for a while and always a great experience. This visit Dr. Ed had my husband and I try the decompression machine. I have always had trouble with sciatic and hip pain. I feel good after being adjusted, but after the decompression I felt like my back and hips were so much more loose and had more mobility than even a normal adjustment. It just leveled up my adjustment. After leaving I could tell right away. I love that Vitality is incorporating new things in helping stay healthy.

Fantastic experience: If you’re a nervous Nelly (like me) about going to a chiropractor, I would highly recommend Vitality Chiropractic. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with a positive, clean atmosphere. The ladies behind the counter are such a treat to see—both very friendly and incredibly helpful. After check-in, you’re able to use the roller tables if you’d like. 10 out of 10. They help you relax not only your muscles, but your mind as well. Then comes the adjustment—the part I was so nervous about. Dr. Ed was excellent at explaining what chiropractic therapy does not only for your back, but for your entire body. During my first adjustment, I cried—not from pain or discomfort, but from a sudden release of tension, emotion, and trauma I had bottled up for years. Since being on a personalized plan, my sleep has improved, my mental health has gotten better, and best of all, my back pain improves with every adjustment. As someone who has received care from several chiropractors, I know how rare it is to find a good one. And when you find a GREAT one, just how much that is to be celebrated. About a month ago I experienced severe lower back pain - to the point I was practically immobile for a few days. It was affecting my work and I saw little improvement. When I decided it was time to get chiropractic help I asked around and did serious research. I’d like to say I found them from the reviews, but the truth is I eventually remembered meeting Dr Ed at a recent “Best of the Best” Awards gala here in Rochester where their team has won “Best Chiropractor” for four consecutive years. And I can see why - they’ve earned it. When I first walked in - I had mis-scheduled for the next week - but the front desk was warm, welcoming, and said they’d get me in shortly. Within 2 minutes they had me in a room. With virtually zero wait-time Dr Ed sat down, asked me questions, examined me, diagnosed my problem, and explained both what was happening and the treatment to me. I remember expressing my pain and Dr Ed said “We’ll get you feeling better today.” I remember walking out of that less than 30 minutes meeting feeling the best I had in four weeks = I could move again. The entire encounter I felt listened to, cared for, and that I had found a chiropractor who not only delivered on fixing me, but explained the how, what, and why. It was everything a great business should aspire to. I’ve waited 12 days from my first care - having been there 4 times now - to write a review because I wanted give a thorough perspective for readers. Each day the process, explanations, and adjustments have been quick and informative. I’ve been impressed the entire time and felt better each day. What surprised me most was the affordable pricing. Having had chiropractic care elsewhere I was expecting some large numbers. Dr Ed offered a transparent “here are your options” - even if you chose to do nothing - plan for longer term care. I was shocked at the affordability and signed on right away. The whole staff are warm, personable, and they even encouraged my dogs Atlas and Kaia to come in for a few visits. It’s a rare and happy experience to find a business that is so well-rounded in their service and how they treat costumers/patients. If you go here, you’ll be grateful you did. I know my back is. Fantastic experience: I had not seen a chiropractor since I was a kid, I was desperate to find a new chiropractor since moving up here, and I found Vitality Chiropractic. The team was so sweet and caring on my first visit and that hasn’t changed since! I have struggled with migraines since I was about 11-12 years old. I had been seen by Mayo Neurology at one point when these migraines got so severe. I have also tried nerve blocker injections, medication, and nothing has given me results like Vitality Chiropractic. Dr. Ed takes the time to take a complete scan of your spine, and takes you step by step as to what everything means and how he plans to move forward. He always wants what’s best for his patients, takes the time to understand them, and makes the best plan customized for you moving forward. I have recommended him to at least 5 of my coworkers and friends already, and that number continues to grow. The environment here is very welcoming and friendly. If you are new to this they will explain how everything works and help you understand what you need to know. They also care about your health and wellbeing and take pride in what they do here to help others.

I have a busy schedule and live out of town; most of the time I ended up showing up early but sometimes I'm late but I always get worked in so smoothly. I had a long-standing shoulder injury that caused numbness and tingling from just below my elbow to my index finger. Over the years, I saw many chiropractors in my hometown, but none could resolve the issue-I had come to believe it was permanent. After just 4 weeks of consistent care and targeted adjustments with Dr. Ed, about 75% of the numbness and tingling has improved. Additionally, my sciatic pain has eased significantly. Fantastic experience: Dr. Stacy is fantastic. Easy to talk with, expert with adjustments, treats the whole body. Their office staff are friendly and efficient. It's easy to make appointments and change them if something comes up. I am not from Rochester, just in town doctoring at Mayo, and they were willing to take me on as a client even knowing that I wasn't a long-term patient. (For reference, I've worked with them over the course of six months). So if you're looking for a chiropractor who is willing to meet you where you're at and make a treatment plan that works for you, come to Vitality!

Everyone here is amazing and the results are really in the proof of my back scan. They did one at the start of my sessions and at the end of my 15 weeks here and the improvements are pretty amazing. I also liked that I was able to pay upfront for all my sessions in a treatment plan. The front desk staff is amazing Stephanie always makes me feel so welcomed and if I have to make any time changes they add flexible. The adjustments themselves are so worth it really targeting the areas that need improvement. They also support you in your goals in life and to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. I have struggled with chronic back pain since I was about 16. This is the best avenue I have found for pain management and overall well being. Fantastic experience: Dr Ed keeps me in line, literally! I love going in and using the roller table to loosen up my back before my adjustment. When I first started seeing Dr Ed my shoulder, neck, and hip, pretty much hurt most of the time. At times, even seemed to be what affected my knees as well. At first I went more to get things back where they’re supposed to be. Now I go every two weeks and sometimes bump it out a little more. I should also say, I was seeing another chiropractor consistently before going to him. I could never seem to do more than get by. That has all changed, thanks to Dr Ed! I can’t end without mentioning, my constant problem with being able to go #2.. I know, TMI! But it’s definitely important to mention, because that is also hardly ever an issue anymore! Dr Ed keeps me on the go in more ways than one! Dr Ed’s wife also works along side him. I’ve never had an adjustment with her but I hear great things about her also! Their staff is amazing, friendly, respectful, and very helpful too! Check Vitality out, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent first experience with Dr Ed and all his staff. They were extremely welcoming. He identified the problem extremely fast and knew exactly what needed to be done. My back pain was probably about a 6 or 7 out of 10 when I went in and when I left it was significantly less. Probably a 3 and feeling better by the minute.

Fantastic experience: First started here with terrible back problems where I couldn't sit still or sleep at night that I had delt with for months. Under 2 weeks with about 4 appointments Dr. Ed fixed my back and I forgot all about the pain. Very nice payment options that are not through the roof if you get the bundle deal, friendly receptionists, massage tables for the wait and just overall a nice friendly atmosphere everytime you show up. And he gave me a peice of licorice today

May I add this is also the third time that they have done this for me and then when you do go in they have roller tables for you to loosen up on. They are absolutely amazing.
