I went in recently with a tweak in the back and he dialed it back in perfectly. Fast service, no pressure for a program. He solves the problem and doesn’t push for extra appointments. He solves the problem and sends you on your way, I highly recommend and trust.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from pain in my back and neck since 2014 and Dr. Chris did exercises for my back and neck and scheduled 8 treatment sessions for me, and I felt the pain disappear from the first appointment with Dr. Chris. He found that my left leg was slightly longer than my right, and he did exercises and they became equal in length. I advise anyone who suffers from back, neck, or shoulder problems to go directly to them and you will find a big difference after they finish the exercises. Thank you guy’s so much

Fantastic experience: I have been relying on chiropractic therapies to address various back issues for approximately 30 years. While I do have my preferred chiropractors, they have usually been located outside of Rochester. Recently, I decided to give Chiropractic First and Dr. Nick a chance. I was fully prepared for a potentially cumbersome process, expecting to go through multiple steps, including X-rays and extensive paperwork, just to receive what I anticipated would be an intense massage-like treatment. To my pleasant surprise, my experience at Chiropractic First was quite different. All I had to do was provide my insurance card, fill out a brief questionnaire, and I was promptly attended to by Dr. Nick. After a friendly and concise conversation, Dr. Nick immediately began employing the hands-on techniques that I've grown accustomed to from the small-town chiropractors I've seen over the years. What was even more refreshing was the absence of unnecessary X-rays (unless absolutely necessary) and bureaucratic red tape. Instead, I found myself in a welcoming environment with a doctor who genuinely listens to your needs and concerns, then promptly devises a personalized treatment plan that suits you. I highly recommend Chiropractic First and Dr. Nick!!

Fantastic experience: Came in due to dislocated disc from deadlifting, very simple and quick process, simply called in and they got me in the same day. This is my first chiropractic session. They did a phenomenal job getting the disc back into place. Doctor Chris relieve all of the pain in the lower back region and left with barely noticeable soreness. Very informative as well. I would give them 50/5 stars if that was an option.
