Fantastic experience: I have seen numerous chiropractors over the past 30 years for a myriad of spinal concerns from scoliosis to broken coccyx and many, many more. I have never been more impressed with a chiropractic practice than Rebound Chiropractic and Acupuncture!! From my very first contact with the office through EVERY interaction with EVERY staff member (from front office personnel, technician, Dr. Woodrow Holmes, and the billing personnel), I was impressed and thoroughly amazed at the professionalism and unmatched customer service provided. The MISSION of the office, as stated on the information packet I was provided upon checking out, is "To Build Together the World's Most Preferred Chiropractic Clinic with the Best People, Each Passionately Committed to the Health of Our Patients". MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!! That is EXACTLY what I experienced!

Fantastic experience: Ive been suffering from terrible neck pain for the past week, decided to just face my fears and go see the chiropractor! I’m so glad I chose this one, Dr. Wolf was amazing, he answered all my questions& his bedside manner was remarkable! He talked me through every step and made sure I was ok with it before he performed any adjustments! From the moment I entered there, I was greeted so warmly with friendly smiles, they even have a full bar with cookies, candy, and coffee with many selections to choose from! It shows how much they appreciate their patients, I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking chiropractic care

Positive experience: Overall, my experience wasn’t terrible. I do believe they could spend more time engaging and asking for updates on issues rather than just treating for what they previously treated for. Lastly, their billing services are unacceptable. If I’m paying at any point in time in store, I should be notified of any outstanding balance not hear about it weeks to months later after continued spam/harassment. Their financial services need better communication with their front desk!

Fantastic experience: Dr Holmes is an excellant doctor. I recently fell on some ice and came in to see him. He listened to what had happened and carefully performed a thorough physical exam to determine the extent of any injuries I might have had. After that, he made some adjustments to nudge ssveral vertebrae back to their proper position. He is kind, calm, and methodical. He alters his treatment plan as needed.

Fantastic experience: Called as a new patient and got in the same day! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the pre check in paperwork was pretty easy! Dr Travis was very friendly and had some great jokes! His level of care was excellent and I felt better when I left! I would highly recommend!

My neck was hurting really bad, and the first therapy session really gave me some relief. I have a ways to go, but heading in the right direction to being pain free! I am under the care of Dr. Travis, and he is an excellent chiropractor!

Fantastic experience: Waited six weeks to submit a review - I wanted to see how I responded to the treatment. (VERY bad chiropractor experience in the past.) I need not have fretted - my back & hip are now (nearly) pain-free, after decades of pain. I started acupuncture last week for joint pain-relief; my hip pain no longer randomly drops me to my knees. There are four doctors - Dr. Joseph is in charge of my care and he's been amazing. His bedside manner is such that I have to remind myself he's not a family friend. He really listens to you, then asks pertinent questions to zero in on your hot spots to provide the proper treatment. It's nice to feel seen. Everybody else in the office are great, the receptionists & therapy assistants are always smiling and cheerful. They're also busy as heck - it's impressive watching them move from room to room to monitor each patient. To top everything off today they presented me with an adorable mini-cupcake (with lighted candle!) for my birthday - talk about above and beyond! Prices are very reasonable, and I believe some insurances cover chiropractic care. Definitely recommended!

A subluxation was performed and I was as good as new. His staff are friendly, caring and treats everyone like family. Most recently, December 2025, I was referred to Dr. Woodrow Holmes. He is a great addition to Dr. Joseph's cadre of medical staff. He possesses a wealth of knowledge that he shares with me about my entire body, particularly my sciatica, degenerative disc disease and my scoliosis. Fantastic experience: LaVerne Thomas no Awesome Team Starting seeing Dr. Joseph and his Team over 3 weeks ago in pain that I thought li needed surgery. In a matter of 3 weeks and still counting my treatments which are going extremely well. I can turn to both right and left and lay back. The nurses and administrative are supportive and kind . Dr. Joseph is feel was very sympathetic to taking care of the pain i.was experiencing. He started my procedures to get me where I am today. He is very personable, kind and gentle when applying the adjustment treatments. Oh yeah, the heated whirlpool water bed therapy is AMAZING! I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I’m leaving a1 star review based on hygiene practices and scheduling. I was scheduled 4 acupuncture visits with one day apart and if I didn’t get all 4 in I would have to start the process over if they would see me. I have since learned that other practice will allow services with 1 visit per week. I found relief after two visits and now feel like a pin cushion. The third visit was just constant poking and any sense of relief was gone. Also, there were at least 2 or 3 patients being treated at the same time. I could hear the entire conversation and treatment procedures. Never once did I hear dr Vincent step away to wash his hands. This particularly concerned me when I was gushing blood out of my hand and he was wiping the blood with his bare fingers. Please review hygiene procedures before starting.

Fantastic experience: An amazing establishment. The place was extremely clean and well put together. The staffing was above and beyond. They even gave me a cupcake and lite a candle in it bc my bday was the day before. The Dr I seen was extremely knowledgeable and very light handed. The reason I came in was I was having severe pain in my Jaw due to having TMJ. I never knew a chiropractor could help me out but they did. He explained everything he was going to do thoroughly and proceeded with care and he actually fixed my issue. Truly amazing and highly recommended for any joint issue not strictly spine issues. Kudos to them

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Joseph for several years now and he has saved me from some of the most crippling low back pain, more than once. I've only REALLY tweaked it two times, to the point of child birth level pain, and each time I went straight to him. Within five every other day visits, back to normal!!! Feeling some level of relief each visit, starting at the first visit. If you know what I'm talking about, then you know that some relief is God sent!!! I have been recommending Dr. Joseph to everyone that say the words back and pain around me, every since I started going to him for my minor back pain. I'll hate the day that he retires!!! Fantastic experience: I was attended by Dr W Holmes and my visit was phenomenal! Dr. Holmes took his time with me to explain and treat. Being my first experience with them I can’t rave enough about it. A few hours after my visit the Dr called me to follow up; he said he was old fashioned and like to check in after a first visit to follow up with me and that reassured me that I picked a good place to be attended! I also got to purchase the ChiroFlow water pillow they had in office and I can’t wait to give that a try as well!

Fantastic experience: I was once a patient of Dr. Joseph's for 2 1/2 years when Rebound was at City Center near Langley Federal bank. He did wonders with my spine, pain levels and lack of mobility. I was able to go back to work in 2017 because he helped me so much to recover from a 3 car accident in 2006 that caused daily migraines, stiffness and soreness everywhere, constant fatigue and vertigo. Dr. Joseph dedicated years to helping me with my condition when he didn't have to, insurance would only pay minimum and sometimes not at all but he kept seeing me anyway. For that, I am eternally grateful and I would recommend his gentle hands and methods to anyone in need of a chiropractor... I now take my 3 month old for small adjustments just to help with mobility and digestive issues because he prefers turning his head to the right more than the left and his little digestive tract switches back and forth from diarrhea to constipation often. The adjustments loosen him up and realign his little system so the gas goes away easier, now movements are smoother and his flexibility has definitely increased. All I can say is I'm a happy momma and Dr. Joseph is to thank for that.
